Seawatch Restaurant

We were married at The Lower Wedding Knoll at Gannon's - what an absolutely beautiful spot to get married! At first I was concerned because the spot is next to the entrance road but it was empty during our ceremony and the location is just so beautfiul you forget the road is there. We got married at 5:30pm and it was perfect, not too sunny but breezy and nice. Additionally, there's a webcam on the Gannon's website that can be pointed towards the knoll so if you have friends back home they can watch (which is what ours did!)We had our reception at The Lower Lawn at Gannon's - such a great location, you are surrounded by beautiful views, the space is laid out nicely (although we only had 32 people, not sure about larger groups), and the food.....the food is DELICIOUS!!!! Holy wow I'm not even a food person but that dinner was incredible! We had the duo plated meal with beef and fresh catch with truffled mac and cheese and asparagus, sooooo good - my husband doesn't even like fish and he couldn't stop raving about how good the fish was - I wish we could have gotten a year's supply to go! We seriously lucked out in one aspect of the location - usually the restaurant would be open and there would be patrons dining there but the night of our reception they had closed the restaurant to have as a backup to a private outdoor event elsewhere on the golf course, they ended up not needing it so we had the whole location to ourselves which was amazing! Either way I highly recommend Gannon's in general, it was wonderful!

We had a luncheon reception here, just after it was taken under new ownership by Bev Gannon and we were so pleased with everything! They allowed us to set up a meeting 2 days before our wedding to discuss details and set up- everything was set up as requested. The food and cocktails were great and the wait staff was AMAZING! My true test is making sure that I always have pleanty of beverage, and they were very attentive, always filling up our water and asking if we wanted anything else. It was such a memorable day and we were very pleased to have chosen such a wonderful location with beautiful views and awesome food!

We had our ceremony on the Molokini Lookout of the Seawatch Restaurant. The view was incredible. The pictures of the lookout honestly don't seem to do it justice! It was just breathtaking. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how awesome our wedding was and what a good idea it was. A great place to have your ceremony!

The Seawatch restaurant did a beautiful job catering our after-wedding dinner. Since this was a destination wedding for us, we had all contact over the phone or via email with them and just hoped they would accomodate everything we desired when the big day arrived. They were very attentive and kind and even though we had to pay extra to get an outside table under a gazebo (this is my ONLY complaint), we were very happy.

A lovely venue for a small wedding party like mine! We were able to book a private area by the upper pond, which was just perfect for our party of ten.

We had our rehersal dinner at the Seawatch Restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The view of the sunset over the ocean and golf course was beautiful! Our families sat out on the lanai, and we felt like we were the only ones there.

We did a buy-out of the entire restaurant for our reception. The whole dining room was re-set with round tables and custom linens, and the place looked amazing. The staff was very accommodating. The views were amazing. I think this feels much more like a country club than a restaurant on a golf course. Plus, the valet staff was wonderful to my guests that did not take the group transportation because of small children. We stayed about a half hour past the end time for our event because we were having so much fun. It was a classy move that they did not charge us for over time for this.

This place was perfect for an evening dinner at the right price point. They also work with a AWESOME bakery " Maui Wedding Cakes" top notch favors and quality. I can not say one bad thing about any of my vendors. My wedding was a dream come true.

This location is absolutely stunning, not much decoration is needed to dress up any of the sites. They set-up everything, making it a very stress free event. I was so happy after the wedding. Book in advance for the date you want, as this is a very popular location on Maui. For the price, you can't get anything like this in all of Southern California. Who knew it would be cheaper to get married in Maui!! Highly Recommended.

The Seawatch was fabulous!!! This place is 100 times more gorgeous than the pictures. In fact, when I was there, I was so blown away, that I forgot my cake tasting and nearly left without doing it!! Lucky my DH remembered before we left! Everyone says Susan is abrupt, but I never had an issue with her. She is to the point, but always courtious and she was great when we met with her. She said they usually have around 40 events a month, so I am happy to cut her some slack if she doesn’t pussy foot around in her emails. The wait staff for our event were fabulous, they always had our glasses full and the food was superb. In fact, everybody said it was the best meal they had the entire time we were there. My DH said when we went to visit, that by having it at the Seawatch, we were getting a wedding that looked like $100,000 for $20,000 and I think he was right.

The views were beautiful, the food was great but I was not very impressed by the service!! We were there on a Monday night, very slow night for the restaurant. The waiter was not responsive to our party...he made me feel I was inconveniencing him when I asked for a drink (and I was the bride!!!) He certainly was banking on his guaranteed 19% tip!

Seawatch was a nice place for the reception. They did a nice job. Great views.

We thought about having our rehearsal here, but when we did a site visit, I thought the food was pretty bland. Plus, the area is a little strange with the street so close to the restaurant. Okay, but there were better options.

The Seawatch Restaurant came highly recommended by other brides, and there's more than one reason why. They were courteous, professional, and everything ran like clockwork. I may have given five-stars for every category - but having my wedding at the Seawatch Restaurant was worth every penny!

The day after the wedding we hosted a brunch for all of our guests. America was our coordinator and she made this really easy. We were on the golf course overlooking the ocean. Great views and service. Breakfast was very reasonable compared to the resorts.

Wonderful venue for a wedding and/or reception. We were married on a Maui beach and had our mini Maui reception at The Seawatch. Susan was great to deal with especially since I was planning this from Minnesota! She was always responsive and kept me up to date of any changes. We went with pupu's (appetizers) instead of a full menu option. The food was so wonderful and very tasty! We had an outside reception on the front lawn overlooking the beautiful ocean and sunset. I cannot recommend The Seawatch or Susan enough to anyone who is looking to book a "destination wedding".
