Sensational Sounds

I Had Paul & Phil DJ & MC my wedding they were the best. they also performed at my best friends wedding last year that is how i found sensational sounds. My wedding was at the fox hollow in the two most important things was the music and the venue both were outstanding. they were able to keep the dance floor moving all nite long we had a 6 hour wedding and their was never a time that they ever lost the crowd. They played a great mixture of new dance music for the young people and kept the older people happy with some songs for them as well. They handled all my must play requests to the letter. everyone at my wedding told me how amazing the DJ's were. The live pictures they took on the TV's were great shots. They were also able to print my guests photos directly on the spot that was a great extra we added on well worth the extra $$ Thank you Sensational Sounds for a performance done to perfection. Make sure you deal with Cathy in the office she is such a sweet person to talk with and answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me to finalize all my details.

The DJ we originally wanted wound up canceling a couple of days before our wedding due to a family matter which was totally understandable so they sent a back up guy (Paul). Although he was very professional and polite, the music he played was very disappointing. My guests were a mixed crowd of rockers, dancers and older people and he just couldn't seem to read them. So I began requesting songs and to my chagrin, he didn't have most of the music I requested. What DJ doesn't have Frank Sinatra or Aerosmith in their repertoire?? Then I kept asking him to play newer dance music because he was playing 80's and 90's music, which I like, but come on, not the entire day. He didn't play any of the new dance songs currently heard on the radio and for some reason, he played a few songs 2x, WTH?
The most embarrassing moment came right after we were announced into the reception hall. I expected to see my bridal party all lined up, guys on one side, girls on the other, holding bouquets in the air so we can walk under their arms right through the people tunnel. As we walked in, they were nowhere to be seen. We walked in and kind of stood in the middle of the dance floor not knowing what to do. I just smiled and waved to people and then my photographer started taking pics so we started posing. She kind of saved us. It was so awkward and noticeable that people mentioned it to me later on asking what happened. I asked my MOH what happened and she said they were told to go to their seats...so weird. The DJ/MC should have coordinated that. As I mentioned earlier, the DJ/MC and his assistant were very professional, polite and worked with us on some last minute requests (my husband wanted a spot light dance with his 16 yr old daughter which was so precious). We only wished he played better dance music and rock songs as we requested; had more party prop handouts; and coordinated the bride and groom entrance.

I am so very happy I picked Sensational Sounds as my DJ for my wedding. Simply the best they played all the songs I requested. And did an excellent Mix on all the songs. The uplighting was amazing. All my guests danced the entire evening.

I found Sensational Sounds by a refferal from a friend. The MC & DJ were perfect in every way I can't say enough on their Professionalism and detail to everything we asked of them they kept the dance floor moving all nite long. the uplighting in the room they provided was excellent added a nice touch of class i would give them a call Andrew was great to work with.

Awesome DJ! Played everything we asked for, kept the guests moving and interested and the price was phenomenal!
