Serendipity Studios is awesome!! While I have not seen our video yet, I was very impressed with Travis at our wedding! We chose them because videography was so importatnt to us and we really wanted something unique and special to remember our day by! Travis was a fly on the wall--worked so well with our photographer and was able to get all the shots for our video without having us spend a ton of time doing things for his to capture. I cannot even wait to see how great our video is going to turn out! They are so talented and easy to work with--THANK YOU SERENDIPITY STUDIOS for traveling to the Panhandle to capture our wedding day!

I'll start this by saying that Travis was great to work with on the day of the wedding and we were happy with the video quality. Our main issue was the music. We wanted to be involved in the music selection for the wedding teaser because it was really important to us. We wanted to share it with all our family and friends (especially those that weren't able to make it to the wedding or who are far away). The most he would let us do is give him 3 songs we liked and he would pick a song he thought was the closest match. He wouldn't let us listen to or approve the song before he made the video, so we had no idea what the song was until we got the teaser. We didn't end up being happy with his song selection and didn't think it was close to the three songs we gave him. If you don't allow your client to listen to or approve the music selection, then you should take responsibility for the risk that the couple might not like the song you chose and fix it at no charge. Instead, he told us we would have to pay almost $1K to change the song, a song that he chose and we never got to listen to or approve beforehand. In all honesty, if he had just offered to fix the song on the video we would have given him 5 stars because he was great to deal with on the day of and we liked the quality of the video. Unfortunately, he wouldn't take any responsibility for the song selection and that was upsetting to us because we paid a lot of money and this a video we planned to look at over a hundred times and share with many family and friends.

Selecting a photographer was one of the most important parts of building our wedding, and also one of the areas we wanted to be the most selective. We were looking for a photographer that was not going to shoot the typical pictures....everyone lined up and smiling at the camera...no context behind the photo. We wanted a photography to capture the moments, memories and emotion between us throughout the day. So that each photo triggered a different memory and feeling when we looked at them.

We chose Serendipity Studios because Candice took the time to get to know us and who we are and our story. She was fantastic to work with and we would recommend her hands down to anyone looking for a photographer. When we look back on our photos now we see us. Not just another set of wedding photos.

These videos are the highest quality. This is the most important money I spent of all the wedding. It's not just capturing the day, it's an artistic movie quality feature film. Everything i've ever seen Travis do brought me to tears, I knew he was going to have to be the one to capture my special day. In addition to his artistic mastery, he's a funny person and a joy to have around (he and his wife both). Serendipity is extrememly easy to get ahold of in a crisis (which we all know is important to brides)!! If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose Serendipity over and over and over again. best descision of my whole wedding (other than the groom of course).

When I was little, I asked my mom if I could watch her wedding video. She told me I would get bored. I did. I didn't want to hire a videographer who would just tape the wedding, I wanted someone who would make it so interesting that my children would want to watch it. You guys did that for us. When we watched our video for the first time, it brought us both to tears. It was so vivid and beautifully captured that we felt like we were reliving it all over again. 50 years from now, if I can forget the way my husband looked at me that day (which is a way he has never looked at me before), I can watch that video and remind myself of the most beautiful day of my life without being bored! Seriously, it was like watching a movie of the best day of my life. :)

Travis and Candice we absolutely sensational! I knew I wanted to use them before I was even engaged. Their work is so unique, fun, captivating and breath taking!! The quality of their work is worth every penny. They captured some amazing moments. And the cinematography used to create such a unique perspective on the big day's events make the video sensational! FAR beyond your typical wedding video. Despite their crazy schedule they make you feel like you are their only client when they work or communicate with you. Would use them again in a heart beat!!!

We heart Travis and Candice. They are simply fabulous people who create simply fabulous images and videos. They traveled with us to our destination wedding on Great Guana Cay, Abaco, Bahamas and spent the week with us. They became part of the family. Everyone was in love with their personalities and professionalism, and they had great ideas for our wedding day and even our “day after” shoot on the island. Later at home, our preview trailer for our wedding feature was awesome (funny enough still one of my favorite parts)… and the day our DVDs and Blu-ray discs arrived in the mail I was giddy with excitement. The images are beautiful, and I played the video probably three times in one night… catching new things every time. I can’t imagine not having them… the day of your wedding goes so quickly and you can’t see or remember everything that happened. In many instances there were things that occurred that day that I would have been unaware of forever if it weren’t for our feature film! It was so great to hear the ceremony and speeches again (I had already forgotten how it all sounded), and it was great to see how it looked from an outside perspective. I loved all of the aspects of the video that we purchased; the preview trailer, short “highlights” video, feature film, full ceremony/speeches, deleted scenes, day after shoot, and even a few bonuses. Everyone has been very impressed with the quality of the video and find it very interesting rather than boring. I am also so glad that we spent the extra money to invest in the Blu-ray version and the added features; it is fabulous and will withstand the test of time even longer. Our wedding video and images were by far the best investment that we made into our wedding day, and I will treasure them forever.

I did not even know what a wedding cinematographer was and that I NEEDED to have one until I met Travis of Serendipity Studios. He was able to capture all of the excitement, nervousness and fun of our special day. The final product is amazing, my husband and I will sit and watch the DVD of the most important day of our lives for years to come. Serendipity Studios was able to package our wedding into a product that will allow us to remember every detail for the rest of our lives. You guys are amazing!

We are so glad that we went with Travis from Serendipity Studios. He did an amazing not to mention an exceptional job into every part and detail of our wedding video!! Travis was an awesome person to work with while filming he made it so much fun. Thank you so much for everything you truly have a talent that nobody else can match! We will always recommend Serendipity Studios to everyone! Thanks again for a memory that will last forever!
