Caroline did a great job at my wedding! She was there every step of the way throughout my planning with any questions I had. She emailed me monthly checklists to make sure I stayed on track. When it came down to the day of the rehearsal and wedding I don't think I could have done it without her. She is so organized she kept things flowing so well. She was very professional and kind to all our family and friends. She was so good about directing the wedding party on the wedding day but does it in such a smooth manner you can tell she is very experienced. She coordinated the day with all of my vendors with a very organized timeline. I felt like I could enjoy my wedding day because I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Caroline for any event.

Caroline Chang of Serenity Events had to be my favorite vendor! Our wedding was stress-free because of Caroline and her team. Her organizational skills are top-notch. She prepared everything down to the little details. As long as you follow her bi-monthly checklist, you'll have everything ready for your wedding and no last-minute rush. We had the last few days before the wedding to just relax and be with family. And if you're a "list" person like I am, you'll love Caroline's setup sheets!

Also, Caroline is great at guiding what you need to do during the ceremony. One of our friends got married one month before we did, and she was there at the wedding rehearsal. After seeing Caroline work, she said to me that she wished she had someone like that to guide her for her own wedding. Caroline's attention to details made our wedding day perfect. And it's a big bonus that she's super nice.

People kept telling me when I started planning the wedding that hiring a good wedding coordinator is the best investment, and now that I had my wedding, I completely agree. Caroline is worth every penny!

First of all, Caroline had been helping planning our wedding for over a year, and she had been so flexible, and understanding...and had been like my support. We could not have been able to do it without her. She is so patient, organized... and she would help me with stress that I had never experienced before the wedding planning. And on the wedding day, she was like a super woman. She helped me with what I had forgotten to do, made the escort cards that I forgot to make, called me to make sure I was awake in the morning... fed us between the ceremony and reception,... and help me calm down when I had a nervous breakdown due to issue I had with my photographer that day.... I mean, she and her team was so great that day!! We are so grateful to have her. We just can't thank her enough. She saved our wedding. Thank you, Caroline!!!

Caroline Chang of Serenity Events made the wedding day and planning so much easier than if I had to do it alone! I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I thought my mother and I could handle it all. However, I was wrong. Caroline set me on track with her time-line and gave me her recommendations for vendors. There was so much more to planning a wedding than I had realized! She was incredibly patient with my mother and me, and when there was a dispute between us, she calmed us down and settled everything. The only mishap on the wedding day (that I was aware of) was that my father forgot his black socks, which Caroline resolved within seconds because of her emergency wedding day kit! My bridal party and family were amazed. Everything went smoothly and all the details that I had wanted for the day came through. I highly recommend Caroline and her team. She is experienced, knowledgeable, patient and kind. 5 stars all the way!

Caroline is detail-oriented, professional and one of the nicest people I've met. She is on top of her game and knows what she's doing. She suggested some great ideas that I implemented for my wedding according to our persionality and budget. We have nothing but good things to say about Caroline and her team!

Caroline really was the BEST wedding coordinator, and I am so happy we had the opportunity to work with her. She was always very professional and quick to respond with answers or point us in the right direction. Her professionalism was impecable, and she was always on top of everything. She went beyond our expectations and helped make sure our wedding was everything we envisioned. It also helped that, with her extensive work as a coordinator, she was well connected with some of our other vendors. If you're a bride in search of a coordinator, Caroline is the one!

We had to plan our wedding in 4 months. We were at the top of our budget, but our friend recommended Serenity Events as a “must-have” for the wedding day. She couldn’t have been more right. Caroline and I were a match made in heaven!

After meeting her for the first time, we booked her right away. She is organized, personable, professional, and oh-so knowledgeable. She asked questions I didn’t even think of. I’m an organized (and very particular) person, but I have such high regards for how organized Caroline is! She provided a monthly to-do list, and even highlighted the more urgent items. She directed the rehearsal and wedding day smoothly and seamlessly. She remembered every detail, even when I had trouble remembering… and I only had ONE wedding to worry about!

I stressed about absolutely nothing on the wedding day. Not one thing. Caroline and her team took care of everything. My new sister in-law mentioned that her 2-year old daughter (now my adorable niece) loves to dance to a particular song. Unfortunately, the DJ didn’t have it. Caroline’s team somehow found it on iTunes on their phone, downloaded it, and gave it to the DJ to play. Our niece danced the night away to the delight of all our guests – she stole the show! This highlight of our wedding wouldn’t have happened without the quick thinking of Caroline and her team. We've gotten countless compliments on how fun and perfect the wedding was.

I can’t thank Serenity Events enough. For all that they did for us, and everything they did for us we likely didn’t even hear about.

I just told my husband I’m writing a review for Caroline, and he said, “Oh yea, she was awesome!”

Caroline was AWESOME!! She was so easy to work with and so organized. I had a tea ceremony prior to my lunch reception and she woke up at 5:30am to give my husband a wake-up call! There was nothing I couldn't ask from her.

I had 400+ guests and the day went perfect! All of my bridesmaids loved Caroline and commented on how wonderful she was. My in-laws keep telling me that the wedding was so well planned and organized.

Caroline and her assistants were AMAZING. During the start of my engagement/wedding planning, my parents were against me hiring a wedding planner. They said, "the hotel is providing a coordinator for your wedding day, why do you need another one??"
Regardless, i hired Caroline because she made me feel so comfortable and secure when i first met her. I'm the biggest procrastinator but Caroline kept me in check and made sure i followed up with everything right up to my wedding day.
We can't thank Caroline and her team enough for what they did for us during our wedding day! Caroline set up our room, including a candy buffet, beautifully. My husband and i were amazed at how beautiful everything was set up. The most important part though, was the fact that Caroline made SURE that my husband and i were NEVER HUNGRY. She even brought out a plate of Hors D'Oeuvres just for us and our bridesmaids/groomsmen. A couple of my bridesmaids spilled WINE on their dresses but Caroline whipped out a bleach stick and the stains magically disappeared! No one else thought to bring a bleach stick!
Our wedding day went so smoothly and we are so grateful for Caroline and her assistants for that! Even my parents saw how hard she worked that day and truly appreciated her work and professionalism!

The first vendor I would have to praise is Serenity Events. Our wedding went as planned thanks to the coordination of Serenity Events. The Langham Hotel where we had our cermony and reception required that we hire a professional wedding coordinator for the month of, and thankfully they did. Now I understand the importance of a PROFESSIONAL wedding coordinator and not just having a "friend" help you. We actually worked with the associate wedding coordinator Joanna Kim instead of the main coordinator but we were still VERY pleased with their services. She was always available to answer my questions and nicely too. Even if something did go wrong on the wedding day I never knew about it, she took care of everything. We had an emergency on the day of the wedding...my veil and part of my dress ripped, but I was calm. I knew I could just call Joanna and she would be there to fix it, and she did! My wedding party even had to praise Joanna Kim for running everything smoothly. My guests even came up to me and told me that I looked too relaxed and calm for a bride. I told them, it's because of my wedding coordinator!

Caroline was our wedding coordinator for our destination wedding in the OC. She was quite helpful with the vendor referrals (photographer, flowers, dress, reception, church, etc.). Caroline was great with follow-up and her organizational process was top notch. My husband and I were initially concerns about hiring a coordinator, but we made the right decision by hiring Serenity Events. Both our families enjoyed working with Caroline (and her assistants) on our wedding day. She helped us work with our parents on the cultural dilemmas (with our parents)!We will recommend Caroline to other couples -- it was well worth the assistance with Serenity Events.

Caroline's so awesome, even the Best Man had to give her a shout out during his toast =). She was extremely helpful and organized, with everything from her detailed checklists to her great assistants.

Caroline did a wonderful job setting up the reception venue, keeping all of us on schedule and keeping me and the hubby calm and sane throughout our wedding day. She's a great coordinator and planner! Caroline made our wedding day soooooo great =)

I cannot recommend Caroline and Serenity Events enough. I'm a born planner and extremely particular with schedules and Caroline was in step with me through the entire process...if you knew me, you'd know that means a hell of a lot!

Caroline was really amazing and worked very hard. She was always understanding and professional through the whole weddnig process. Her and Nicole made a day my husband and I will never forget!

Caroline did such an amazing job coordinating my wedding that everyone commented how cool and collected I was. Truth is...I was. Caroline took care of all the vendors, 200 guests, a bridal party of 12, out of control groomsmen, a couple uptight relatives and a group of co-workers that like to have fun.
Caroline started her day at 5:00am with the rest of the groomsmen and bridal party to set up for how intricate the wedding was...and she was right there with us at 12:00pm to close it down. She even hid chocolate covered strawberries in our get away car cause she knew that I missed them at the wedding.

Caroline made my day flawless and all the while kept on a smile and cheerful personality throughout the entire day.

I think one of our groomsmen said it best when he said, “Your wedding was flawless,” and I don’t take the credit. I honestly believe that the success of our wedding was because of Caroline and her assistants. I especially loved the fact that I had some really good quality time with my bridesmaids instead of working them. I also thought it was a great investment! When you spend so much money on a photographer, videographer, florist, etc., you need to hire someone to put it ALL together for you! Not only did I see Caroline be Wonder Woman for MY day, I also witnessed her great abilities at my cousin’s wedding. I saw how calm she was and how she tried her very best to make things perfect for the newlyweds. I loved how her assistants showed the same care and attention to the wedding as she did. Caroline spends the time to understand what you want and really cares for your needs. She’s ready for anything! She had a handy bottle of hairspray, bobby pins, and a LOT more!

I really can’t say enough of how appreciative I am for what she did for my wedding.

Caroline was everything I could have asked for in a wedding coordinator. My "Day" was especially complex due to the fact that my husband and I had two wedding ceremonies in one day. As you can imagine this was quite a task! Despite this obstacle, she was AMAZING!! Caroline's strongest quality, amongst many, was her organization. She definitley kept not only myself, but the entire wedding party on track from the very start. She had wonderful referals and exceptional follow-up.

Looking back, the most important part was that I enjoyed my day withhout any worry. I know that Caroline was a big part in making this poddible.

I can't rave enough about Caroline! Hiring a coordinator was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Caroline was on top of things, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't believe the amount of attention to fine details. We love her dearly and would recommend her to everyone and anyone.

From the beginning of the wedding planning (budgeting) all the way to the end (decoration of the honeymoon suite), everything went so smoothly. She made herself available all the time at any hour trying to address my concerns, my nervousness, my need, you name it, she was there to do it and take care of it!

She booked me with vendors that did an wonderful job that after my wedding, I got approached with many people who asked, "who was your coordinator that did such a great job?"

Caroline was absolutly wonderful...and probably one of our BEST vendors we hired for the day! She was so organized and on top of EVERYTHING! She made my day so carefree and easy. It was truly a blessing to have found such an amazing person who is so dedicated to what she does. My Maid of Honor is even using her for her wedding!

Thank you for adding to the joyful spirit of our wedding with your kindness and thoughtfulness, which shows in everything you do. You were always organized and punctual. You not only attended to our needs but our guests as well. Our needs were not not only met, but somehow foresen. Our bridal party, guests, and vendors all commented on what a wonderful job you did.

Alex and I never had to worry about a thing on our special day because you were always on top of everything. We felt like the most special guests at our wedding. It was a flawless wedding. So flawless that I was totally unaware of anything that was a challenge that day. Our day was beautiful, perfect, and fun! Hands down the BEST time we've ever had at a wedding.

I loved that everything was planned and organized. Caroline played "bad cop" with my groomsmen leaving me to enjoy my day. She was able to tell all of my groomsmen when and where to be on the wedding day. Given that everything was taken care of, I was able to show up and enjoy my wedding day. Caroline's assistants were ready for me at the church and guided me throught the day. Our wedding day was very relaxing and enjoyable. Caroline is one AWESOME wedding coordinator! Because of Caroline's assistance, Brian and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about anything! Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to stress at all. Even during the planning stage, Caroline accomodated to all our requests and did her best to make it work. Nothing was glossed over and even the smallest of details were given attention.
