Shady Maple Banquets & Catering

Food was wonderful, the guests were thrilled. Service was amazing, couldn't ask for better.

I had a great experience working with the staff at Shady Maple. From our original meeting to go over the contract to the day of the wedding, the staff were very professional and answered all of my questions. The banquet staff were amazing, in the fact that they made me feel like I was the only banquet they were doing. They stated they had a full day of banquets the day of my wedding, but I could not tell, it seemed like they devoted all of their time to make sure I was happy and that all of my questions and concerns were answered.

The only complaint I had was that the day before the wedding, I had to drop off my centerpieces and other things that needed to be at the reception, and they had a time frame that I had to drop it off before 1pm, but because of my other running around, it made it difficult for me to get there in that time. But, once I was there, we got everything situated for the day of the wedding.

On the day of the wedding, all of the staff were very curtious and sweet. Everything was right where I wanted it according to the room layout. The price was hard to beat for everything they provided! We even splurged a little to get the chocolate fountain, which everyone was talking about after the wedding! It was wonderful!

the only thing that some people may not like is that they are a non-alcoholic facility. This did not bother us, but I know a lot of people like to have a bar as part of their celebration.

Shady Banquets has a great value for the cost, but I was not impressed with how much effort it took on my part to communicate with them... even the week of the wedding ended up in frustration as the time, guest count and room layout were still recorded wrong in their records. The day of our wedding went smoothly, but it was a very frustrating process up until then. If you use their services, make sure you triple check with them to make sure they have your information straight.

What a wonderful place to have a reception! The building is beautiful! The staff are so kind. Many are Christians who have a faith in Jesus. They are patient and talented. I got many comments on the good food. The cake turned out just the way I wanted it, and it was delicious!! You can choose the napkins you want to match your wedding colors. You can bring in just about any decorations you want. They also provide optional table decorations. All tables, chairs, and dishes, etc. are provided. Wish I could have a reception there again!!

Every staff member I met was very sweet and curteous towards me and my family, and that made me feel at ease. I could tell that some of the staff were followers of Jesus Christ and that made all the difference in their treatment towards customers.

Everything was beautiful and the food was amazing. My entire family was surprised at how much money we saved on our wedding with having our reception at Shady Maple.
