They didn’t make our cupcakes look nearly close to what we had wanted. We even showed pictures.

The cake was amazing. The owner was so flexible and was willing to do things other venders would not. The cake turned out exactly how I imagined it! I would definitely go to her again!

I loved my cake. It was exactly what I asked for.
Cost was in budget.

Shaker Baker was a big disappointment. While our wedding and groom's cakes looked good and tasted good they were not spectacular. The big let down was they forgot to deliver our 2 sheet cakes and we ended up short quite a bit of cake. When the head waiter at the banquet site called to find out where they were they played dumb and said that she had no idea where they were and would need to talk to their baker. Then on Sunday morning I called again to try and figure out what we would do about the mess and again I was blown off. I finally got a hold of the baker on Monday right before we were supposed to leave for our honeymoon! They were somewhat accommodating in refunding us our money for the sheet cakes but I felt we deserved a lot more. All in all I wouldn't recommend this vendor

They did not explain fees very well and when I tried to have a discussion with them about "hidden" fees, the manager only stressed me out more. Their cake is delicious and my cake was beautiful but it was completely wrong!!! It was as if they combined the idea of my cake with someone else's. I would deffinately reccommend going somewhere else.

The BEST CAKE ever. I actually ordered for 120 people and I ate cake for days afterwards. My 3 year old daughter loved all the cake. I even have gone back each year for our anniversary cake from them.
