I can't say enough about Shane Co and its incredible employees. We found that my husband's ring didn't fit properly one month before our wedding and Shane Co, despite the fact that the return period was expired, exchanged his ring for one that fit perfectly. I was so worried it was going to be a problem and they made it stress-free. We will be customers for life!
Very friendly and helpful! We loved going into the store, they never make you feel pressured or stupid in any way. All of my cleanings were easy and I have never felt un-sure about what they are doing or where they are going with my ring. My wedding band had to be ordered and it was there in plenty of time with no problems. Great Staff and easy place to shop.
I have been a Shane customer for over 20 years now and will remain a Shane customer for the rest of my life. Their trade in policy is one of the best that I have seen around. Their personnel in the store really make you feel like they care what happens to you once you leave the store. Everyone in the store wants you totally happy and satisfied from the minute walk in the door all the way through your purchase and then beyond. If you ever have a problem with your jewelry they want you completely satisfied with it or they will do whatever they can do to make you happy with it. At least everyone at the Cupertino store will.
Been here many times to have my ring adjusted, as I did not know my size. They were very helpful and friendly. Took me several times to get the right size, which was frustrating, but it's great when it fits right. Recently got my fiance's wedding band here. They have great customer service and policies. We' plan to use them for future jewelry purchases.
My fiance and I had visited a few jewelers like Zales and Kay. I was not very impressed, their diamonds did not seem like good quality for the price. On a whim we went to the Shane Co. and boy am I happy we did. It was an amazing experience. First of all they were not pushy! They were patient! They were extremely knowledgeable! Even if you do not buy your ring from them you should stop buy just for fun and to understand what buying a diamond is all about.
My fiance did end up getting my ring from there and I could not be happier! The diamond constantly sparkles! I get compliments all the time.
Also, no one can beat their guarantees! One of my friends got engaged recently and two of the smaller diamonds on the setting fell out already! Mine are good and tight. Even if they did Shane Co would fix it for FREE! They fix any issues with the ring (stones falling out or chip diamonds). They also have you come in every 6 months to have the ring cleaned and tightened. If the metal on the ring gets dull, no need to worry. They re-dip it for FREE so your ring can always look new.
Another great thing is they guarantee the price of your stone. Say you want to trade it in because the price of diamonds has gone down. They will give you the price you paid for the diamond, even if it is worth less. So you can upgrade even more!
After going there, I can't believe that people would actually get their engagement rings/wedding bands from another jeweler. My ring would cost twice as much somewhere else.
All I can say is that I have told all my friends about how AMAZING Shane Co is and to really check them out.
I didn't shop around for rings, but Shane Co is very professional, and they were helped me when choosing my ring and my bride's ring. I am happy with using them.
Loved the selection and service at Shane Company. We bought our wedding bands here and they have provided us with excellent costumer service from the moment we stepped in the door. My fiancé also bought my engagement ring at the Georgia store. We just love Shane Company for their quality, prices, and service. We will be coming back!
We cannot say enough great things about the Shane Co. in Brentwood. All of our rings have been bought through them and we are very happy with them. We love the lifetime warranty as we have already had damage to my ring and it looks as good as new. Their turnaround time for cleaning and maintenance is not long at all which makes it very convenient and you don't have to go without your ring for very long. We were also to use our money we put down for one ring and change our minds to another ring without any issues at all.
I've been hearing the Shane Co. commercials on the radio since I was a kid, so when it was time to pick out my engagement/wedding rings, I didn't even consider going anywhere else.
Shane lived up to their reputation... there was no pressure AT ALL. The person helping us asked our budget, and never went over. Not once. He actually showed us many, many rings that were way UNDER our budget, which was amazing. I really would have felt comfortable walking out without buying anything at all... but we found a lovely engagement/wedding band set that I loved.
I almost left it there for a day or two so I could shop around, but the sales rep let me know that many of their ring designs (including the one I chose) are limited to one set per store so girls all over town aren't walking around with the same ring, and that if I left, it may not be there when I got back. He let me know about their awesome return policy and layaway program, so if I found something I liked somewhere else, I could bring the rings back and get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! No restocking fee? Amazing!!
I was sold, and we bought the engagement ring on the spot, and put the wedding band on layaway. I've never once regretted my decision, and I get TONS of compliments on my rings.
I've been back in twice to have my rings cleaned. Sometimes I have to wait for assistance because the place is BUSY, but the reps are always friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Shane...
This place has been terrific! What a great jeweler! All of the people that I worked with were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience between getting my engagement ring, to my wedding band, to my husband's wedding band. Their warranties are great (just take your piece in every 6 months for them to look at and you keep your warranty up for life) and the entire experience was stress free. I'll keep coming to Shane Co. for my other jewelry needs from now on as well.
We went to the Shane Co. in San Mateo and we had a great experience there. The sales person, Mary, was extremely helpful. She listened to our concerns and our questions (which I really appreciated). Also, she was able to pick out lots of rings according to what she thought I would like (and she was pretty on the spot with the majority of them).
The only reason why I'm giving them 4 out of 5 is because when we went back again (so I could see the ring we had on layaway again), we were not really being waited on as well as we were before. They actually kept on trying to pass us off onto another salesperson and we felt like we were getting the run-around with them. The sad thing was that there were more people there the 1st time we went and we were treated much better then. While they say they are not paid on commission, it seemed like they were .
We did do some more research and found the same ring that we put on layaway and did find that they discounted the ring a lot, plus with the lifetime service and cleaning to boot, I think we got a really good deal.
I loved my experience there! (we went to the Walnut Creek store) We went on a weekend and boy were they busy!! They gave us cold bottles of water and hot, fresh baked cookies. We decided to go to lunch and come back. We ended up returning around 4pm. They had a HUGE selection, and two sales people were helping us. Brian helped with the mens band and Harold with my band. Bother were very helpful! Well, to make a long story short, we found our selves talking with our sales people forever, and we were the last ones in the store. Come to find out, they closed at 5pm...it was 6:30pm. (I'm pretty picky! FI hates it!lol) They stayed to help us, didn't complain or push us out! Soo glad we went there!
They give you cookies (both sugar cookies and milk chocolate and white chocolate chip cookies), Shane Co. bottled water, and chocolate covered mints. We were pocketing all the freebies. (The cookies we ate on the spot since literally putting them in our pockets would have been a bad idea.) Oh yeah, why were we here again? Rings or something?
Ah yes, shopping for wedding bands. Something the boyfriend and I along with about 8 other couples decided to do the same weekend afternoon, crowding around the 5 cases of wedding bands. Unfortunately the nice person helping us was also helping half the other couples there which meant whenever she left to find out the answer to one of our questions (like "is it available in white gold?") she would have to check on everyone else before getting back to us. Needless to say there was a lot of standing around and waiting.
The selection was decent. Because my engagement ring goes out in the middle, they only had one curved band type that would fit it. I would have liked to have seen more variation (style and price).
Overall, I left fairly happy after leaving my first wedding band store but ready to hit more, and later that night took another of their chocolate mints from my purse after dinner.
