Shane Co

Shane Co. is awesome and so is Tanner. Once my husband purchased some jewelry from there years ago, there was no question as to who he decided to go to for my engagement ring. Because they don't work on commission, they take the time to help you, educate you, and make you feel comfortable. My husband told me they really helped advise him on details the never would have thought about, such as ordering a ring in my size (3.5) rather than downsizing the 7 they had in the store. They said this would help to prevent the settings from getting too wide and not keeping the diamonds as steady. They also resize, polish, clean, and replace loose/lost diamonds at no cost, for life!

My FH and I went to Shane Co to get an idea for what I would like for an engagement ring. (My FH wanted to make sure I LOVED the ring that I was going to wear forever!) The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us and explaining the cuts and colors of each diamond. They were very honest when it came to pointing out flaws in certain diamonds so we were able to get the best cut for the price we wanted. I have gotten so many compliments on my ring and I love telling them that he got it at Shane Company! Ironically FH's name is Shane also...so it makes for a cute story : ]

update: so I have already lost 2 small diamonds from my ring and i was so upset!! FH called them to see what we could do about it and they said we can come in and they will replace the diamonds at no cost as well as check for the stability for the other diamonds! thank god...I was about to get crazy on them since it's only been 2 months. this ring has to last me forever!
