My husband was so nervous picking out an engagement ring. He didn't have a lot of money to spend and was a little intimidated just shopping for one alone, but he wanted it to be a surprise for me. He said the people at Shane's were so helpful, and he got me an amazing ring.

The price was good, and the service was outstanding. The only hiccup occurred when the grooms ring came in; they had ordered (or received) the wrong style. However, enough time was allowed for such a mistake, and a new one was ordered. For my wife, they took the time to help her choose a ring she liked and were very patient throughout the process. They did great.

I LOVE the ring my fiance bought me. Its a verragio. People at Shane were super nice, and I went back to get my ring resized and they helped me within an hour.
