They did a great job with our rings, but make sure they tell you EXACTLY what you are buying. When we ordered the rings, mine was supposed to be silver, but I come to find out almost a year later that it's white gold! Not a big deal, but it matters with how they clean it, so the whole engagement my ring could have been twice as shiney!

As a bride, I felt extremely special and catered to by Shane Co and their employees. When selecting my wedding ring to fit with my engagement ring, we received help from a number of people. We did finally find the band, but needed some etching removed from it for it to be "the one." Not only was this done quickly, but we weren't charged for the alteration.

I'm so happy I went to Shane Co for my rings! When it came to the engagement ring, I didn't really know what I wanted. We looked at a lot of different stores and never really found "the one." Going to Shane Co was nice because we were able to browse, without feeling pressured. We got a quick lesson about diamonds and started walking around. It was really busy at the time because it was the weekend before Valentine's Day, but that didn't stop the sales associates from giving us exceptional customer service. We walked around for a couple of hours until we found the right one. After that experience, I knew I wanted to go back for my wedding ring. This time, I knew exactly what I wanted and before I could say anything, the sales associate picked out what I was looking for. Both my rings are absolutely perfect and I get complimented on them all the time. Their layaway plan helped make both affordable and their customer service will keep me coming back.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! We bought both my engagement ring and wedding bands here. We had them saudered together to be 1 ring. The service and personalized experience we had here was unbelieveable! They give an amazing warranty and clean your ring every 6 months and inspect it to make sure the diamonds are secured and nothing is chipped that everything is still as perfect as when you first bought it. They were timely and very professional. I give Shane Company a very high rating and is the only jewelry company I will every go to and recommend!

My husband loved his experience so much that when it was time to pick out his wedding band we returned to Shane Co. The staff was great with helping us decide on the perfect one for my husband. The staff at the Shane Co is beyond what we have always know jewelry sales-people to be. They are well-educated on their product and are not at all pushy with their sales pitch. They know they have a great product and give their clients all necessary information they need to make an informed decision. Which was extremely helpful to my husband when he was deciding on the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. I can see us returning to the Shane Co for future purchases and would recommend others to visit their store also.

My husband and I went to Shane Co for both the engagement ring as well as the bridal wedding band, and I have to say that both experiences went so well. I loved picking out both of the rings because they are so unique and gorgeous. The sales staff at Shane Co were very relaxed and it didn't even feel like they wanted to make a sale, but rather that they just wanted to see you happy. I really felt comfortable with each person I interacted with there and I feel that they will be our new go to jewelry provider!

The Shane Co was great for the most part. My husband loves their designs and their customer service, which is why he got my ring there. I went in to the store several times for resizing. Most of the time they were great, however the first time I went in to have my ring sized down (it kept spinning around backwards on my finger), they didn't change the size at all! I wore it for another few weeks before getting exasperated and going back to have it resized again, only to find that it was the same size it was when I went in the first time. Fortunately they were apologetic and rushed the resizing that time so that I could get it back the next day. All four times I went to the store (to drop off twice and pick up twice) it was somewhat difficult to get someone to help me. For the most part though, I love my ring and they did a good job when they did work on it.

I absolutely love my wedding ring! I had searched all over to find the specific one I wanted and the first place I found it was at Tiffanys. NO way I was spending that much on a ring. My boyfriend really liked Shane Co and so I decided to look online for the one I wanted. Luckily I found the exact one I had wanted. I can't stop looking at it even to this day. The people in the store are great too. I had gone many times before my wedding to resize it and they are always super friendly. They don't charge you to clean it or even to resize it. Even when I was looking for bands the women helping us wasn't pressuring us to get the most expensive. She showed us different types and reminded us that if we wanted to upgrade it later the amount we spend will credit towards that. Couldn't be happier

My husband picked out my ring without me there, but this place was awesome. A few days before he asked, I got bit by a dog on my left hand, and they resized it probably 20 times free of charge as the swelling got worse and better. Very helpful and with a free warranty for life.-

I found the exact setting I was looking for and was able to incorporate my grandmothers diamond into the wedding set. They don't work on commission so they don't have an agenda -- they are there to help you find the perfect stone & setting. They also offer free sizing and cleaning for life. No additionfal costs thrown in just to make even more money off of a customer. This is an awesome jewelery store.

After a HORRID experience with Kohl's jewelery department my now husband realized what advise he'll be telling our future son - GO TO SHANECO.
As soon as we walked in the door (it was 30 minutes before they closed- we went there directly from Kohls after trying to return a ring) we were met with friendly staff that are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
We learned about the quality of diamond we liked and the lifetime warranty on their rings- overall, just a very pleasant experience. When we walked out of the door we were incredibly satisfied and I jumped for joy knowing that if my ring gets beat up by our steal mailbox door again that a registered jeweler will be able to fix my ring without having to completely replace it in its entirety like Kohl's has to do.... Great company and really offers one of kind jewelry. I was able to pick the band I wanted and was given many choices to pick the right cut and type of diamond I wanted.

My fiancée picked out my ring all by him and I'm glad he got it at the Shane Co! It is so sparkly and very nice quality. I bring my ring in to have it cleaned at least once a year. They also offer free sizing and engraving on their jewelry. I also bought my husband’s wedding ring from here too and I am very impressed by the quality of the ring. Shane Co may be more expensive than other places but it is defiantly worth it for a high quality ring!

We got both of our rings at Shane Co. Everytime we went into Shane Co their empoyees were so helpful and great customer service. They took care of make sure the engraving was correct on my husband bands and ordering the biggest size before sizing it bigger so I didn't have to pay as much.
Also, they worked with my husband when he chose my engagement ring. There were so flexible in meeting what I had dreamed about in a ring. My only requirement was that I wanted both of our birthstones on the ring as a view of us becoming a couple. He found the perfect ring that had one small diamond on the engagement and the wedding band brought the second small diamond into it. Since Shane Co only works with hard gemstones they didn't carry either emerald or amethyst which are our birthstones but what they can do was put in color sapphires to match. It came out perfect and I love my ring.

Shane was absolutely the right choice for our wedding rings. My husband picked out my engagement ring on his own and found Shane to be reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and very personable. My ring is gorgeous and unique in style. We went back to get his ring and the salesperson was incredibly helpful. We learned that the staff is not paid commission, which makes them less sales-y, and more accommodating. The coverage and care on the rings are unbeatable and we're very happy with our purchases!

I love and respect the fact that the sales people don't work on commission. They never try to push you to something you don't like just because it is more expensive like a lot of other places. We had my groom's grandfather's ring (thin gold band) placed between two white gold bands. No one can even tell that it is really three rings. I love the look and their standards for quality and service are the best. Highly recommend!

When I went to Shane Co to pick my ring I was treated like royalty. Even though my budget was small, I found a gorgeous ring and after a year I get compliments everyday! They even re plated my riing right before my wedding to make it shine. I would recommend Shane Co to everyone.

We ordered my rings online but had our questions answered online by some very helpful and courteous customer service reps. Since then, I noticed a darker pave diamond in my band that seemed a bit off - I took it in and they replaced without hesitation. Wonderful!

My engagement ring and my wedding band were both purchased at Shane Co. They include resizing (my ring was two whole sizes too big when Shawn proposed) and cleaning. Anytime I need anything done to keep it looking its best, I just drop it off and it is usually done the following day, though they say to prepare of a three day wait. The staff at Shane are very nice and quick to offer their assistance as soon as you walk through the door. I don't even mind the hour drive for me to get there ;)

Not only did the service rock, they had so much to choose from and the staff were very knowledgeable.

They were very accomodating - we didn't want a diamond and they had a wonderful selection of sapphires, emeralds & rubies we could choose from. Very good price, extremely good customer service. Would highly, highly recommend!
