They rocked. We aren't a typical jewelry store couple. They acted as if we were the same as Joe Moneybags. The Shane Co. made the process so easy and actually enjoyable.

My husband visited Shane Co and decided to buy my engagement ring at their store because the service was great and the little bonuses were hard to match: free ring cleaning any time and free rhodium dipping (twice a year!)

Another thing I love about Shane Company is their website. You can build custom rings and have them delivered to you (what we did). Their website also has a live chat and I utilized that several times when deciding what stone looked best in the setting I chose.

We first bought my engagement ring at Shane Co and later went back for our wedding bands. My DH found his band right away. Unfortunately my engagement ring is too unique for any of their standard bands. We were disappointed when they said that even though they made my engagement ring, they wouldn’t do a custom wedding band. Luckily we found a different local jeweler ( sorry I can’t remember their name ) that made my band.

All in all we love Shane Co and take our rings back every once in a while for cleaning and such.

We had a really good experience at Shane Co. They provide excellent customer service without any pressure or sales pitch. We did shop one other jeweler and felt like we were at a used car dealer. Not at Shane. My wife and I both got exactly the rings we wanted. They are very helpful in educating you about diamonds as well as selling them.

Shane Company was great. They have an amazing selection of diamonds, but a rather limited selection of bands. You can purchase a diamond and if you get a band she doesn’t like you can trade it in for one she likes at no cost. They also offer lifetime free cleaning and dipping, which is good because they are a nationwide jeweler.

I liked how I felt trusted and they left the rings with us even when they walked away. There was way to many people shopping for the amount of people working, and sometimes it took a while to see more things

They gave us very personalized service, and the value for the money was like nothing we were able to find anywhere else. They had the widest selection, and a lifetime warranty and free cleaning and sizing came with the purchase of the rings. We would never dream of going anywhere else from now on!
