We had a great experience here. The people are helpful. The prices are wonderful. We both got unusual rings we loved without feeling pressured. They educated us as they sold to us. The purchase also includes lifetime care of the ring, an added bonus.

We bought my rings and pearl necklace from them. This is the only store out of small and large stores that my husband went to that didn't treat him badly because he wasn't going into debt by purchasing my engagement ring. They have taken great care of my rings and I am proud that my husband bought my wedding gift there. My pearl necklace is absolutely gorgeous. Service and selection there is great. Thank you Shane for not treating us like second class citizens.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here. We ended up taking the one he proposed with and returning it for a simple band. Needless to say, the staff werent overly attentive or nice to us after that. Their selection or quality wasnt what you would expect either.

I will never go anywhere else to buy my jewelry. The shane co. is helpful, and never pushy. Their prices are very reasonable.

If you are looking for the most value out of your hard earned money, get your jewelry here. My Fiance got my ring there, and he absolutely raved about the service-he was NEVER pressured into buying anything, even when he spent a long time in the store. This was definitely NOT the case in other jewelry stores he went to when he shopped for my ring. They have an awesome layaway plan too, if this helps you out. (which we ended up using for our rings) He talked about them so much, we ended up going there to get our rings, and that was the only place we looked at. The service is A+++! We couldn't find the type of band my fiance wanted, and the salesperson took it down, sketched it out, and said he would call when they had new stuff come in and let us know if there was something like it. I totally forgot about it until 6-7 weeks later they called me to let me know there was something almost exactly what we were looking for in! Best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had hands down!

in assisting my husband to find the perfect engagement ring at the price he wanted.
They also helped us find a band to go with it, although it took
several visits to the store! They offer lifetime care of the rings at
no extra charge, which is an added bonus. They are always friendly and eager
to assist when you walk into the store. Overall we were very pleased
with their selections and service.

We love our rings but we had a few customer service issues with them. It all worked out at the end but given the choice to do it all over I would look at other vendors. They have a beautiful showroom and quality jewelry.

We shopped everywhere for a ring, but Shane Co stayed true to their slogan "you have a friend in the diamond business." We felt like royalty there, we found the ring we wanted and they didn't build any pressure into getting it right away. They were honest and straight forward. They had the best guarantee policy hands down.

My husband and I LOVE The Shane Company. We had looked all over the mall for rings and they were all so expensive. The last place we went to was The Shane Company and I wish that would have been the first place we went. The staff was so friendly and they greeted us as soon as we walked in. There was no pressure and it was actually fun vs. stressful. They give you a tray to walk around with and pick out different ring styles you like and then compare and take you into a back room to look at diamonds. They were very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else!

My husband said that they made it easy for him at Shane Co. when they helped him out with selecting my e-ring. He got to pick the diamond and the setting, and they helped him find the best ring for it to on. I was happy by my ring! He said that they treated him really well at Shane Co., and that they gave him such a good deal as well.

The quality of their rings is AMAZING and they don't chare you the high markup that other jewlers do. Plus my ring has a warrenty that will never expire. They will clean and care for my ring until I die. They were wonderful to work with, very knowledgable, and never pressured us into buying. I had a great experiance with them. I would definatly look to them for jewlery for the wedding. We bought both wedding bands from them and we could not be happier.

I was very happy with our engagement ring shopping at shane Co. The quality and service cannot be matched anywhere else. I looked at many other stores and could not find the style I was looking for. I was even told that kind of ring didnt exist. at shane co, It was the first one they showed me. Love the ring, great price, great service.

We got our rings from the Shane company and they are fantastic. Everyone there was super helpful each time we went (a total of 4 times). They were so patient with us at each stage; just looking, picking our the engagement ring, picking out the wedding rings, and then getting the fitted and cleaned before the big day. Each person we had let us take our time and showed us several styles. They asked a lot of questions about what we wanted and our price range. They worked very well in those and we are very pleased with the results.

The only reason I give Shane Co. four stars instead of five is beacuse my original engagment ring broke three times (2 diffent settings). I'm sure it's not their fault and when it broke the first time they repaired it immedeatly and ordered me a brand new setting. That ring broke two times at which point they discontinued that setting and made it right by seriously discounting the ring we ended up with. Overall, the staff is very professional. I would reccomend Shane Co.

Ring was beautiful BUT no one explained the style of ring that i received and how the way the diamonds are set they will always fall out unexpectedly. THANKS FOR THE WARNING!
