I found Shannon's to be a little confusing to deal with. One person would say one thing, and another would say something else. It made for a very frustrating time planning the wedding and menu for a mainly gluten free crowd, HOWEVER, they did pull it off brilliantly, even if I did have to provide them with the gluten free food, and even if we were told two or three different things leading up to the wedding. They set everything up the way I wanted it, and the food was delicious. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and once they realized that we had been given conflicting information, they did their best to make it right. I would have another event at Shannon's in a heartbeat. I didn't have one complaint from any of my guests.

(My advice is to talk only to the Sons.)

This Was honestly my favorite part of my whole wedding. The staff was excellent and friendly, music was fantastic, and the food was OMG delicious. They did a wonderful job making sure our guest had a great time, and that we had everything we needed all night long. I suggest picking up your phone and calling them.

Shannon's Country House is a very professional, family owned business. From day one when I called for information the people were so friendly and first congratulated me on my engagment and sent information to me by mail. Both brothers are very easy to talk to and they will do ANYTHING to make your day the most memorable. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything the night of the wedding. The brothers were amazing!!!! I tell anyone who is getting married to go and check it out!

This family owned business made my wedding day a complete success! They are one of the most organized and flexible reception venues around. Everything the day of the wedding went smoothly (even though the ceremony was 30 min over and we got to the reception late). The Maitre'd was amazing and coordinated everything perfectly. But by far, the best part of Shannon's (with compliments still coming in) was the food. You cannot get a better quality food than at Shannon's! All in all, for the quality and price, you cannot go wrong with Shannon's!

They did an absolutely amazing job, and helped to provide me the wedding that I never knew I wanted.

Everything was exactly as planned.

This caterer is absolutley fabulous! Everything was included, linens, dessert table, bar, down to our cake! They were very nice, and I had absolutley no issues with them whatsoever!
