I could not have asked for a better makeup artist than Shantel ! Not only did she make me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day, but she made me laugh and treated me like a friend. She was always early and stayed until she was absolutely sure that I felt beautiful and comfortable. She also did a wonderful job on my mom's make-up! I highly recommend her to any bride!

To all future brides out there - I have one piece of advice. You MUST use Shantel and/or any of her assistants to do the make up for your wedding! She was incredible to work with on your wedding day!!! I was coming in from out of town, and thus couldn't meet with Shantel and her assistant Cindy until two days before my wedding. I obviously was a little nervous, but Shantel had reassured me throughout all of our correspondence before I met with her. This team is amazing, and can do wonders with make up. My make up, and the make up of my bridesmaids and mother/mother in law, looked fabulous all day long, and didn't smudge. Shantel is amazing, and her team is so much fun to work with!!

I do not wear much makeup normally, and presented myself on my wedding day to Shantel a complete disaster. I did not sleep much and it showed. However, she managed to still give me the no makeup look while still covering up my sleepy eyes and blotchy skin! I would have been a disaster with anyone else! She made me look beautiful! Shantel made selecting my makeup artist effortless. She was willing to meet during planning trips to South Carolina, making herself available during my limited window of time. We even were able to do a trial run of my bridal "face" about a week before the wedding, once I had come into town, just to make sure I was comfortable on the big day. Her knowledge of local vendors and stylists also helped in the selection of salon we used for our hair.It was a pleasure to get to know and work with Shantel. She provides more than make-up services to her clients, making planning period and the hours leading up to your vows fun and stress-free. I would recommend her artistry to any bride and can't wait to meet up with her the next time I travel to the Greenville area.

Shantel was fabulous! Every bride needs to invest in having a professional make-up artist on their wedding day; not just a friend that likes doing make-up. Shantel not only did my make-up for my wedding day she also did my make-up for my engagement and bridal portraits as feel as a special session for my husband and I have one more session left with my photographer and and I have Shantel doing my make-up then. That's a total of five times in a matter of six months. She's that good - I won't trust anyone else. She came to my house the day of my wedding early in the day to get my ready for our wedding portraits before the ceremony then she met us back at the church before the ceremony got started and retouch and then came to the reception to help me with another look ( I had a second dress ). She can do any look you need. I had a 40s look for my engagement portraits, a Vogue, high fashion look for my bridal, a very glamours look for my just for him session and then my wedding day was very natural and glowing.

Shantel is absolutely amazing! I did a trial run, althought most brides choose not to I was not from the area and thought I needed the reassurance, which I didn't. She is extremely professional and has the best attitude of anyone I've met. During the trial run she was flexible and encouraged me to tell her what I thought. On the day of my wedding she had brought a special lip color she thought would look even been then the one created during the trial run. She was a blast and really made the morning of my wedding easy going and fun! All my girls loved her as well! I couldn't imagined anyone better for my wedding day! Shantel is a very skilled and professional make-up artist. I have 2 daughters with whom she has worked and they adore her (the whole family does). She does not "overdo" make-up and explains each step. She will even write down everything she uses so you may purchase the same items or she will go with you to get them. She is perfect for major events, special occasions, photograph sessions, or just to help you get a fresh, new look. She has a wonderful and energetic personality that brings out the best in her clients. Shantel knows her cosmetics and picks the best from each line. I have known and worked with her for over 10 years and she is the best!!!!
