Awesome- just got our pictures and they are exactly what I wanted- really beautiful ! Rez and his staff were amazing from start to finish. Lots of energy and a fun to be with. And of course the pics were great- made me cry! He is Well worth it.

Rez was brilliant! We met with about 6 other photographers before picking Rez. His level of professionalism and passion was way above the others during the meeting. We weren't looking for cookie cutter type pictures, but really cool images. Rez loved that we wanted him to be as creative as he dared. When we got the pictures we had an amazing range of traditional and crazy cool shots. His fees were a little more than we wanted to spend, but in this case you get what you pay for- stunning pictures, a fun energetic guy who went above and beyond. The engagement session was so much fun- we went to 3 different locations and were blown away by the pictures. The wedding day went perfectly. He covered the whole day, and had every minute planned. So many of our friends commented on his enthusiasm and energy. I highly recommend Rez- he is well worth the price.

Our photographer was amazing! Rez was very energetic and accommodating to what we wanted in our pictures. He was very enthusiastic and snapped VERY MANY pictures. He was a blast to work with and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend him for everything photo related. We recently got our electronic files of the pictures and I must say, stupendous.

We absolutely loved working with Rez! He is such a great guy, and his work is absolutely amazing! My (now) husband is not one that likes his picture taken very often, but Rez has a way of making everyone feel comfortable in front of his lens. We will definitely be working with Rez in the future, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone!

There is a reason he has a 5/5 rating. The pictures come out great and he has his own style unique to him but also listens to what you are after. We had engagement and wedding photos done. Our wedding site was put under construction last minute causing several pictures to be done on the fly and he did amazing at eliminating the poor backgrounds and finding great ones for shooting. You get what you pay for here and then some.

Reza is great!!!! So much fun and tons of energy. He made the photos entertaining and made the best out of a not so good situation with our venue. He and his assistant stayed with us from 10am -10pm and they were full of energy the entire time. We havent even seen the photos yet, but we know he did a fantastic job! If he gets in the market for maternity photos when the time comes, I would book him for that too. Great job!

Rez from Shari Photography is the best. He made every effort to get to know my fiance and I and what we were looking for in our wedding photos. He went above and beyond in every way - sending a bottle of wine to thank us for our business, two photographers with no extra charge, took photos at our rehearsal, and provided suggestions for great photograph spots. All of that and at a great value. He was extremely flexible - when our shuttle bus broke down he drove us to next photo spot and our venue, and he came early and stayed late on our wedding despite the fact that it went past our contracted time. He wanted to make sure no important moment was missed. Our interactions with Rez were very different from other photographers we met with. We felt he cared about our wedding day as much as we did and he was so high energy and enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to work with. Finally, about the photos! Shari Photography's style can include those formal photos if you are looking for that, but they capture a lot of the candid moments, the real moments. Those were the types of photos we wanted for our wedding day. We didn't want typical and traditional. We were looking for something that was eye-catching, creative, genuine and different. Looking at the photos from our wedding, we got exactly that. And that is exactly what Shari Photography is - creative in their photographic talent, genuine in their interactions with their clients and they offer something different and truly wonderful. Rez from Shari Photography was absolutely AWESOME! He made sure that our wedding day was perfect and spent a ton of time with us to make sure that we got the pictures we wanted. He was funny, made sure that we stayed on task and according to schedule, and most importantly, the pictures are the best and I definitely recommend him to as many people as I can.

Shari Photography was incredible! They were professional, had great ideas for incorporating the beautiful backdrop of the park and the changing leaves into our photos, and the turn around time to see our prints was very fast. I'm thrilled! The only downside is trying to decide which pictures to frame - there are so many beautiful photos that I'm having trouble deciding which ones to hang!

Shari Photography saved the day at my wedding. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I found myself in need of a wedding photographer a MONTH out from my wedding. I had shot with Shari Photography before and been incredibly pleased with the photos, so I called to see if he could help. I got a fast response and was in a meeting with Mr. Behnam later in the week putting together our contract...Shari Photography was REALLY focused on getting us the shots and the feel that we wanted for our special day. He and his associate were perfectly on time all throughout the day, and they were so much fun to work with...my wedding party members all loved him and are still talking about how much fun he was. Our photographs are exactly what we wanted, and we could not be more pleased with how they turned out (in fact, the hard part is going to be choosing our favorites!). Ok, so my family said I was a bit of a bridezilla. I don't think so. I just wanted things exactly how I wanted them. We had a pretty tight budget, but it was important to me to get really great pictures. A co-worker recommended Shari Photography, and I'm so glad she did!

Rez was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and came up with great ideas. He was really flexible when I had to change some things. Even though we were on a tight budget, Rez worked with us, and the end result was amazing. He found ways to make the pictures totally reflect who we are. Our pictures look like we paid twice as much as we did!

Shari Photography was absolutely wonderful. On top of being top-notch photographers, Reza and Randy were prepared, caring, and fun to have around.

Pre-wedding, after taking the time to meet with us several times, taking detailed notes, scouting all of our locations and really making sure they understood our individual needs and wants, we really felt good about trusting them with this very important part of our wedding because they were so obviously engaged.

On our wedding day they got lots of great, natural candid shots and kept it fun and quick (a big request of ours) for the formal posed shots.

We received our photos really quickly after our wedding and found beautiful, high-resolution shots that did a fantastic job of capturing our big day.

We didn't know what we wanted for our wedding but Rez was so calm, professional and enthusiastic it was easy to relax and put ourselves in his hands.
The photographs are amazing and really unique. The ones of me and my husband are so beautifully lit, they just glow, and he made sure we had lots of really natural ones of our friends and family that make the whole day come alive again when I look at them. He even got the details I know I would have forgotten like my 3 year old niece dancing all by herself on the dance floor, so cute!
Even though he was with us for the whole ceremony and reception party, Rez never felt like he was in the way or intruding. I would definitely recommend him.

First of all, the photos for my daughter's May wedding were amazing! Such a gorgeous day and Reza captured not only the usual set shots, but some really wonderful casual photos.
I find myself going back to look at those unposed shots because they make me laugh out loud and tear up. I'm not sure how he got all the shots he did. He was charming and encouraging; my daughter is shy; he brought out the best in her.

Shari Photography is the best! Reza Behnam took stunning portraits before our reception and captured beautiful moments during the party. His attention to detail and ability to put subjects at ease is impressive. He even managed to get the attention of our 200 guests for a group shot, which is among my favorites. Thanks to him, we've captured some really special memories from our "big day."

Rez was the photographer at a wedding we DJed last spring in Benld, IL. He did a great job, as he was always right there for the best shots. He stayed late into the reception, as there are always some great shots late into the evening that some photographers miss! We would definitely recommend Shari Wedding Photography!
