This crazy woman needs to be in prison. Anyone who can take people's money the way she did and have no remorse for ruining one of the most important days in a woman's life needs to be put away. My bridesmaids all ordered dresses from her shop in March 2009. They also paid in full at that time. In July, the business closed overnight with no warning, and very little communication.. Horrible experience!! We had to pay for the dresses a second time directly to the designer to have them sent to us, because Sharron never sent them any payment. I am glad she is no longer able to do to any other bride, what she did to me. Be warned, steer clear if you hear her name.

Sharentt's closed their doors with no notice. The sign on the door reads closed do to the bad economy and please call this number to contact us about any open orders. My wedding is August 1 and a few of my bridesmaids utilized SharNett's for their dresses. They still don't have their dresses back and when we call the number the mailbox is full. I have never heard of such an inconsiderate and mean spirited thing to do. The shut down with no notice and there is no way to contact them!

A horrible store, with an apparently very unethical, and unconscionable owner.

I have to tell you; we looked at five different bridal salons before selecting Sharnett to handle all of the dresses and tux business. From the first moment we entered the store, we have always been greeted by professional, friendly girls who are ready and willing to help out. When you arrive, there is someone on hand to assist you personally, and though there are many women trying on dresses, I always receive personal attention. Another thing that I LOVE about Sharnetts is that they are extremely well organized. I would never have imagined finding a bridal shop that was unorganized, but there were so many that didn't know what dresses they had in stock, where to find them, etc. All my information at Sharnetts is in a file, whomever is helping me is able to find everything that I need in a short amount of time, and I'm always feeling happy and special when I am there. I couldn't ask for anything more, and have loved my time there.

Very large selection of bridesmaid dresses. Bridesmaid part of the store is a little cramped in space. The alterations department is extremely easy to work with. Alterations are done after hours so you have their full attention.

I went to Sharnett because no other bridal store had what I was looking for. Sharnett did. From the time I walked into the door I felt taken care of. The staff are helpful, fun, sweet, and they seem to love their jobs! I was getting married very soon, they rushed my dress, got me in immediately for alterations, and reassured me every step of the way. They were supportive, and my dress was the one thing I didn't worry about at all. I even decided to put in a corset lace up back at the last minute and they didn't even blink. My dress is gorgeous and I highly recommend getting your dress here. I was on a very tight budget, and I walked out with a big smile knowing I'm going to look great on my wedding day. Thank you Sharnett and staff for going above and beyond and for loving what you do!

Avoid this place like the plague. First of all, they are only nice when they are trying to make a sale. After the dresses arrive they couldn't care less about you. They don't even let you try them on in a regular dressing room, you have to do it in some makeshift dressing room made with shower curtains, even if the regular dressing rooms are empty. Customer service aside, the dress that we ordered came in looking horrendous! NOTHING like the version of it we tried on in the store. There are 8 bridesmaids in this wedding, all different shapes and sizes, and the dress didn't fit any of us. I tried on the size I bought and the dress I received is NOT made the same. They don't care at all! THey just try to sell alterations or SPANX to help. It's ridiculous. I found out later that the owner is known for recommending her clients buy the wrong size so they will have to pay for alterations. These dresses are made so horribly I can't believe they sold them. Go across the street to David's.

Do not shop here!! Let me say this again do not shop here!! SharNett's is terrible!! They are nice until they make a sale and after that they do not care about you or the wedding. I have always hear a wedding is about the details. We did not get the dresses that we order and the owner insisted that we did--she is rude and yelled at me, telling me I was just trying to ruin the brides day. That is not the case I wanted everything to be perfect(detais)-I am the maid-of-honor and was there when the dress was picked out-I helped (I tried on almost every dress in the building till she found a dress she(the bride) was happy with)!! The owner said no other bridesmaid had an issue with the dress--how could they--they did not know the dress that was chosen(I was the only person present with the bride). I feel that they took advantage of the other bridesmaids. We got ripped off-the wrong dress was ordered!! I was told my shoes would be in 2weeks, it was 3weeks and a day (they needed to be dyed too)The flowergirl's dress was wrong also. The owner was to busy with prom to care about this wedding that is May 9th. One would assume that since they are in the business of oredering dresses you would think that they could-the staff is incompetent and the manger is worse! Go to David's!!!!!

I was amazed at the selection. They had a great range of prices, and a huge sale section. Even when the store was busy, the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They stayed after hours to help my bridesmaids and I pick out dresses and colors. Everything was going fantastic until we found out the dress I chose could not be rush-ordered. (supposedly this is a special rule of Mori Lee dresses only?) My only option at that late date was to buy the sample dress from the store. It was 3 sizes too big. The zipper was torn. It wasn't clean. It had been tried on and stretched by who knows how many people. Sharon assured me it could be altered perfectly and everything would be fixed. But we still ended up paying full price for the dress and alterations. We never even got a refund for the rush delivery fee. When it came time for the dress to be picked up, I made the mistake of not bringing a bridesmaid or a friend with me to check the work. I tried it on, Sharon looked it over and said it looked great. From my view of the front, it did look amazing. I signed the paper that everything was satisfactory at pick-up. When I got it home and showed my mom, we realized the torn zipper was never fixed. The bust and back were a size 10 still. Only the sides had been adjusted to fit me. Because of all the prior stretching, the row of buttons down the back that covered the zipper gaped wide open. My mom had to iron it herself and sew up the back at my wedding and use massive amounts of body tape to hold the top down. I couldn't wear it to our hotel, I had to be cut out of it before we left. After all the doctoring up at home, it looked great. I was so dissappointed with Sharon's patronizing and condescending tone any time we had to have a discussion. I was so scared of her, no way I was going back for a refund!

Walked in there with 2 days before the wedding because that dry cleaners Ruined my dress, and Sharnett helped me with everything i needed, and they had it ready next day. i was so impressed, sooo much more impressed with Sharnett than i was with David's

Great value for what you get!! They had sizes larger than 10, which few stores do. Great selection in a small space. The sales ladies were wonderful to work with. Sharon, however, is a Nazi. Do NOT be late. Do NOT bring more than one or two people. After she's got your money, she's all business, the fun is over. I had some issues with the color on my dress and had to keep calling to get answers. ("We were just about to call you" was the response I got every time. Too much of a coincidence.) After photos on my wedding day we noticed that two of the "pick-ups" on my dress had been pulled out. My wedding coordinator said she noticed it was too long in those areas from the moment I put on the dress. Not sure when this happened, but we suspect that it was like this when I picked it up. (Beware.) The alterations were perfect, and very affordable. And I appreciated being able to pick up the dress at the last minute. I would recommend them, but don't expect any sucking-up.

Sharnett Bridal was a great choice for my dress and the bridesmaids/flowergirl gowns. The prices were amazing and their alteration work was flawless. I had been searching for a specific Maggie Sotero gown and when I found it at Sharnetts it was less than a third of the retail cost. The staff was helpful and gave me tons of helpful suggestions for accessories and wedding design. I highly recommend this store.

I bought my dress from here. I loved my dress... though I could've paid the exact same price everywhere else, I just loved their atmosphere. They didnt bombard me with dresses, they actually let me look, and helped when I asked. Would def. reccomend.

My dress shopping experience was great. They were very helpful. Everytime me or one of my bridesmaids walked in they knew who we were and knew exactly why we were there. The were very nice and it was very helpful that they had there own alternations at the same store instead of having to take it somewhere else.

Sharon is fantastic! My dress was gorgeous and I did not have a single problem during the time I worked with Sharon! The dress was ordered and came in before I was expecting it. Alterations were completed in a timely manner and definitely to my expectations. Sharon offered suggestions and showed me lots of bridesmaid dresses to help me make my decision. My girls dresses were ordered, delivered, and altered in plenty of time for my wedding!!!

When I went to try on dresses, the owner waited on me hand and foot. It was wonderful! She gave me all of this attention even though she knew I was on a budget of $500. She helped me find a dress that was less than $400 on clearance, and it was beautiful. Later, when I went in for my alteration appointments, she worked with my tight schedule to find times after work when I could come in. For each alteration, she showed me all of my options and helped me choose which would be the best for me. I was so happy with the final outcome. I would use this shop again in a heartbeat.
