My husband was able to get a huge discount on my ring after repeatedly threatening to walk away. It appraised for about 2x what he paid. They have been wonderful with cleaning it whenever I ask (at any location) and also checking it every 6 months to make sure it is not loose, etc. They will also re-dip the white gold for free for the life of the ring.

My fiance bought my ring from this store. I loved it. He took me in the store and had me show him rings I liked and then I left with my neice to go shopping for toys. When I came back to the store the saleswoman acted as if she were still trying to sell the ring to him but really he had already purchased it. The workers are very nice and they have great quality jewelry. I only shop at this store now for jewelrey.
