Didn't go to this Shaw's but have been to the one in Brookfield and in Glendale Wisconsin. Very happy with their service. They let me test different types of metal out before we bought to make sure I wasn't allergic to that type of metal. We got a great deal and are really happy.

Showed us many styles of rings, and worked with us on the details. A little slow in service, but not bad over all.
