Sheraton Cerritos

Sheraton Cerritos was a great help throughout the wedding planning! We were so happy with everything! The food that Carlos prepared was incredible and everything we had hoped for! Thank you so much for everything! We look forward to celebrating many more with the Sheraton Cerritos!

The Cerritos Ballroom is gorgeous and I fell in love with it. Amanada was my contact person and she was very helpful. I called and e-mailed her numerous times with different questions and she always answered them for me. She even allowed me to use her office as storage for the week before the wedding for things such as party favors, glasses, seating chart etc... I had a great experience here.

I am a wedding planner and I wanted to share that it was a true pleasure working with the team at the Cerritos Sheraton. They were very organized and extremely helpful. Their entire staff was professional and friendly. They quickly helped me whenever I needed anything. The wedding was a little behind schedule due to complications at the church, but the team at the Cerritos Sheraton quickly adjusted their plans to accommodate the needs of the bride and groom, and made sure that the events transpired as naturally as possible. It was great working with them and I hope to do so again in the near future.

It has been a pleasure working with you on our wedding, it was wonderful. Here's my feedback:

Your role as the coordinator was very very helpful, you took great care of us, especially for Tiosha (making sure she had enough to eat and drink throughout the night)
The food that was sent to our room after the event was awesome!
The food during cocktail and reception dinner was enjoyed by all
We had no issues between the hotel and our other vendors, alleviating all stress from us
I don't think we cleared out of the room at exactly 12:00AM but no one gave us a hard time
Hotel staff was very professional in terms of providing service towards us and our guests

We really appreciate all the work you put into our wedding and helping it go smoothly. We heard many "this is the best wedding ever" throughout the night and the next few weeks.

We just want to thank you and your staff again for the great work that you've done. We will definitely recommend your services to all of our friends and family.

On August 15, 2009 I got married at the Sheraton Cerritos hotel and had one of the most memorable days in my life. Your hotel staff provided excellent service before and during the event. From the day I met Amanda and Carlos, I felt they had our best interest in making sure that our wedding was everything that we dreamed of. Thanks to Amanda, we were able to have a beautiful ceremony and reception within our budget. She went out of her way to assist us in many other details which would normally be handled by a wedding coordinator. Thanks to her, I found the perfect wedding dress! Carlos did an amazing job with the food! The presentation was phenomenal and the food was delicious! I still have guests telling me how much they enjoyed the food. He also coordinated a breakfast the next morning for 35 guests and my nephews are still raving about the pancakes! Tonya Spencer and Laura Soto were very helpful with the hotel accommodations for our guests. Finally, Elio and Teggy did a wonderful job in preparing the Garden Patio Room for us. The service during the event was exceptional and all our guests felt treated in a special way.

As an HR professional, I know the importance of having competent and valuable employees. You can definitely feel proud of your wonderful staff! I will always be grateful for all they did to make our wedding day the happiest day of our lives.
