Alexis and the team at the Sheraton were nothing short of amazing. The venue looked beautiful, the food was great and I felt that I didn't have to worry about anything. I can't think them enough!

The Sheraton was the perfect place for our reception. Our coordinator Alexis did a FABULOUS job making sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy. My family couldn't have been more pleased with the event. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a reception in Syracuse.

We worked with two of the event coordinators for our wedding. Both were equally fantastic. They were able to guide us through the wedding planning process and were so flexible with us. The food at the reception was AMAZING!!! So good in fact, that people ended up stuffing themselves to the point that they were in a "food coma" and many didn't dance. We have had several people call and tell us how great the food was. The staff was equally amazing, they left a plate of the food provided during the cocktail hour at our table so we could enjoy it too, and they boxed up extra food from dinner for us to bring home. When dessert was served, both my groom and I were busy talking to people, the staff set aside desserts for us to enjoy. We are very happy with the service, food and the whole experience of working with the Sheraton.

We were very happy with the Sheraton venue as well as service from start to finish. We had our hospitality suite, cocktail hour and reception all inside the Sheraton Syracuse University. The hotel provided excellent support for our guests and the events that occurred all weekend. The price was reasonable and the tasting prior to the sit-down dinner reception was much appreciated. We had our choice of so many great cocktail and main menu items. We would definitely recommend the Sheraton Syracuse for a wedding venue. Thanks again!

Ben and Nicole are absolutely fabulous in helping you plan your wedding! Several things went wrong the day before and Ben was extremely attentive and helpful - more than I could have asked for. The food and service was good. I would definitely recommend them.
