Travis and his crew were easy and fun to work with. We told him what we wanted and he delivered a fantastic product that we couldn't be happier with. They captured all the key moments and put everything together beautifully and in a unique way that truly captured the spirit of our wedding. His prices are more than fair, considering the quality of his work and the amount of footage you get for the money. Shields Films is awesome!

Travis Shields from Shields Films, was great to work with! They do some really impressive stuff, especially with 8mm film, which gives a really cool vintage effect. They are the only videographer who offers this is Portland at this time and you can add it to your package or get a package that includes it. They offer 8mm in black and white or in color. Their services are a bit expnsive, but well worth the beauty of what Shield's films produces. Honestly, if we didn't choose them, I don't know that we would have choosen anyone else - they just offer the most professional looking videos!

I love Travis. He has done 3 weddings for our family. He is talented and I consider his video's the most important part to wedding planning. We will cherish it always. Thanks Travis

Travis is an incredibly talented person and he made us a wedding video that I will treasure forever. His work is very stylish and modern but he also captures the emotional aspects of the moment and event. I have received so many compliments on our video. I would work with Travis again in a heart beat. However, just be prepared to wait for your video as they take a long time to produce.

Our wedding video is truly priceless. Travis did an exceptional job! Everything about working with Shields Films was wonderful. Travis is extremely professional, responsive and fun to work with! We had a blast with him on our wedding day. It was like hanging out with a great friend! Somehow he captured every moment of our ceremony and reception! We couldn't believe how much of the reception he was able to get on video! Absolutely amazing! We also did the super 8 which was SO much fun. We have received so many compliments about how unique and fun it is! We could not have been more pleased with our video and the service we recieved.

Wow. Shields did an amazing job with our wedding. They used a different camera to create an "old-hollywood" feel for the online trailer and for portions of the video, and we love it. We now have a unique piece of art, and watching it is like watching a classic movie, which is just what we wanted. Travis was very easy to work with, and really captured our personalities, along with the quiet, sweet moments of our wedding day. If you are wondering if it's worth having a video or not- if you hire Shields, it is worth more than its weight in gold. Cut back on other things is you have too- Shields does an amazing job.

Travis was wonderful in every way. He video taped all the important parts of the wedding and then did a fabulous job editing the video to show the excitement, the warmth, and the high spirits of everyone who attended. He captured the personality of my daughter and son-in-law perfectly. My mother, who was not able to attend due to her inability to travel, watched the video and said that she felt like she was right there. She asked to watch it again and again. Everyone who has seen the video raved about it. I highly recommend Travis and know that you won't go wrong if you hire this talented , creative videographer!

Shields Films captured everything that we wanted and things we didn't know that went on during our day. We had 2 guys for the whole day and it was just a lot of fun. We both were very pleased with the final outcome of our DVD, brought my wife to tears 4 or 5 times throughout the 1hr 48min video. With all the different options we had to videotape our day, we made it easy and settled for all the different options and it really did make our DVD different, (in a great way)! If there is anything worth the money during your special day, weather it's a birthday, wedding, or other special event, spend the money on a great videographer. They will capture every special moment! We did pick the right company and we are very pleased! Thank you Shields Films!

I was really thrilled with my wedding video; however it took 6 months after the wedding to get it. I was told it would be 3-4 months, but I must say it was worth the wait!

After much contemplation as to whether or not to have a videographer at our wedding - we are more than THRILLED that we went this route.
