Shirley did an awesome job! It rained on our wedding day but you cant tell in the pictures! I like the poses she had us do! She was very creative and let us also chose poses as well! Its well worth the money too. She takes a lot of pictures and they are all beautiful. She is very professional and honest. I had fun working with her!

I fell in love with photos Shirley had taken of other weddings at the site we chose. She was just past the top of our price range, but we booked her anyway. The price made me more and more nervous as the wedding got closer...but she was worth EVERY PENNY! It was a pleasure having her with us on the wedding day, she was all but invisible. Her assistant was very friendly and they both totally rolled with the punches (not everything happens on time with a wedding). She took the pictures quickly, she took lots of them (over 800 proofs, all film, no digital). And the obviously best part is the pictures are INCREDIBLE. Now that the day is over, the pictures and the dress are all I have left. It was an amazing day and Shirley's photos perfectly captured every part of it. Everyone who sees the photos is blown away. She is truly a professional and truly an artist. I gave only 4.5 stars because we planned this wedding from long-distance and it was sometimes difficult to get a hold of Shirley on the phone. NOT a huge deal, though, and still worked out just fine even though we live in Florida! She also has an idea of the best time to do things on the wedding day and was much happier with me when I compromised between what I had in mind and what was ideal. The direction was helpful, though, as most people who are planning a wedding have never done it before!
