We used Signature Event Rentals for chairs for our ceremony. We were very happy with our choice. Set-up and take down of the chairs was flawless, and I was very glad it was one less thing to have to worry about! And their white chairs look great in our photos.

So easy and stress free working with Samantha and her team at Signature Rentals! Loved our gold chivari chairs for the reception and the barstool height ones for our cocktail hour! They were so great to work with even with last minute changes to our schedule and adding some items! Definitely recommend them for any event!

My biggest compliment is that it seemed like fairies showed up with pretty chairs and took them away after the event. I arrived at the reception and the chairs were in place. I never had to deal with the actual vendor, other than signing the contract and telling them when and were to be. For a hectic bride, this was a great relief. They did their job, the chairs were beautiful and added an extra level of elegance to my wedding, and they were affordable. I couldn't ask for more!

Signature Event Rentals was amazing!!! Everything I paid for!!!!! The chiavari chairs made the reception room decor. Think about it. Pay 4.00 dollars for a ugly chair cover or rent a beautiful chiavari chair for a small!!!! added fee. When I saw the decor of the ball room I was at a loss for words!!!! It really makes a difference. I also rented Garden chairs for the ceremony, and they were prestine. They were amazing against the backdrop of the venue. The customer service was exceptional. Many times in our day to day interactions with others we are quick to criticise. I want to give acknowledgement to this amazing professional, personalable, caring, company!!!!!!!! Any other special occasion my parents 30 years anniversary, my vowel renewel, baby shower, with out a doubt. Signature Rentals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company was very helpful and professional, and very quick to respond to any concerns/questions. We rented chairs for our beach ceremony and everything was amazing! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone. =)

we worked with samantha and she was so pleasant and very knowledgable on our needs. the day of the wedding she went completly above and beyond. Samantha had a cloth making sure every chair was spotless and perfectly in line she was even helping put bows on that we brought. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone planning an event.

Excellent! We rented chairs and table linens from Signature and everything turned out perfectly! We especially loved the chairs. The gold chiavari chairs were high quality and beautiful. They handled a very last minute request and did it so efficiently. They moved our ceremony chairs to the reception so quickly and we never even saw them during the ceremony or pictures. They were wonderful and the chairs were SO worth the money. Thank you!!

I rented chiavari chairs from SE and they made the room POP!! Valentin and Samantha are so professional and thoughtful. They really take interest in you and your event. If you are at all considering chiavari chairs…DO IT…and go with Signature Events!

My planner rented the table & chairs for me through Signature and they worked perfectly for my reception. Originally I was not going to get extra chairs and tables and thank god I listened to my planner and her suggestions to add this to the budget. Thank you also to Signature for their great prices and great service. They came in and set the tables and chairs exactly where my planner asked them to. The chairs were beautiful and added so much to our event. The staff/owners were there on time and set everything up as well as at the end of our event came and took them down. I would definitely use them again. They were pricey- I probably won't be able to use them for all my clients, but worth it for the ones who can afford it.
If you want high qaulity service and rental chairs, as well as a great planner, give Samantha a call!

Our chairs are 100% high quality hardwood and are reinforced with metal brackets.
Do you charge for set-up and take down of your chairs? No, there is no additional charge for set-up and take down.
Do you charge for delivery and pickup of your chairs? Yes, this charge is based on quantity and location of the event. Please call for an estimate.
Can I customize my chairs?
Chair cushion colors can be customized and sashes can be added to each chair to add a touch of color and personalize them to your wedding’s color scheme. Just send us a sample of your color and we will be happy to match it. Additional charges do apply for custom colors.
Do you offer any other rental items?
Yes, also offer lighting, draping, furniture, dancefloors, white wood folding chairs, ceremony decor, charger plates and tables.
