Horrible, horrific and terrible experience.
My dress got "lost", it got sent to the "old store", then they forgot to call me when it arrived, then their hours are horrible ! Then they wouldn't call me back so I emailed everything and then they didn't respond with the excuse of not checking their emails....

There was a large selection of gowns at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent, the sales associate gave honest opinions of gowns (no matter what the price) and didn't rush a sale. I didn't buy shoes or a tiara here, but I noticed there was a large selection of both of these items too. I was very happy with the gown and veil I ended up buying.
