Unprofessional and poor quality. It was frequently difficult to get in touch with her by phone, sometimes not returning phone calls for over a week- which is scary when you are close to your wedding day and she has your deposit! Frequently interrupted by children in the home while trying to decide flower arrangement. Was late to my ceremony site in dropping off the flower (arrived 5 minutes before I had to walk down the aisle), and WORST OF ALL my flowers hadn't even opened up. I walked down the aisle with closed tiger lilies and refused to include them in any of my wedding photos, how sad. All the flowers needed were some water-- which were her exact words when she dropped them off, "Just place them in water and they will be fine." First, I didn't have any time to do that, secondly, I didn't pay to have to do that. My mother placed them in water that night and the next day they were beautiful... Also, she was supposed to drop off extra lillies at the cake shop but didn't have any so she left roses. My cake had roses on it when it was supposed to have lillies... Lastly, we asked for a navy ribbon to wrap the flowers in to match my husband's uniform...she didn't have any samples to show me so I put my trust in her to be able to accurately pick out a navy blue ribbon..but she ended up using a cobalt blue ribbon which of course did not match. DO NOT USE HER

I have never been so impressed with a florist! Simple Elegance came up with every thing I wanted and still stayed in my budget. They have such a sence of design that it ended up looking better than I could have dreamed! They even surprised me with some free flowers. They were on time the day of set up. All of their flowers were so fresh and lived several days after the wedding! I am so happy I could trust them to get the job done 100%! Sincerely, M. Stalvey

Pat was wonderful to work with. She took my ideas and ran with them to make the most beautiful wedding I could have imagined. The flowers were the highlight of reception. Pat was always available for questions. She helped me by providing me with a list of things I needed to prepare since I wasn't really using professional planners etc. I only wish I asked her for a photographer instead of going with a family friend. Pat was very proactive and I would highly recommend her to others.

Simple Elegance is one of a kind. It is a one-stop work of art. The proprietor is well talented, especially in the field of music, as well as her artistic vision. One can definitely work with Simple Elegance and be assured of quality for their ceremony, programme, etc. The name alone says it all.

I am still on a high from my affair and my guests are still talking about it.
