My cake turned out fabulous and delicious!!! Exceeded our expectations. I was a little worried during our consultation because I thought he would draw up a sketch for me but didn't since I had all these crazy designs and samples to show him. Although I saw the fabulous cakes all around store and his photo albums I knew my cake was in good hands. MIL wanted to attend the tasting too and she had to bring along my niece and nephew. Dane was very accepting of the kids. They were good and quiet during the consultation. HAHA A little unusual to bring kids, I wouldn't recomend it but yah know... We will definitely be going back to Dane to remake our top tier for our one year anniversary. Going to stop in his shop for coffee and cake some day soon. I would recommend him to anyone. I'm not a big cake person but I can definitely eat Dane's cake anytime!
Fabulous cake! Probably the best cake that I have ever tasted and Dane is at our clubhouse at least twice a month providing wedding cakes for our brides and grooms. When I planned my sister's wedding, I chose Dane and Simple Elegance in Cake Design!
I truly recommend Dane and Simple Elegance in Cake Design. I have had the pleasure of working with them quite often and the cakes are delicious. They taste so freshly baked and are beautiful to look at as well.
Dane is an amazing talent. His cakes are DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL. My absolute favorite flavor is his signature Nutty Irishman cake but he also makes so many other tasty flavors!
