Simply Grand Bridal

I bought my wedding dress at Simply Grand and they were fabulous to work with. First of all, the day I came in to try on dresses I brought an entourage of 10 people (including myself). This was a lot for their shop, so I felt a little bad, but I really wanted my family there. They were very accomodating to everyone and helpful, Kathy was actually the one who ended up picking out the dress I'd choose in the end. Simply Grand also did my alterations and they did a wonderful job. :D

I found this shop by walking past it on a Sunday when she was closed. She saw me looking in the window and let me in! I tried on dozens of dresses (on her day off) and made an appointment to come back on another Sunday to make my final decision and fitting. Kathy was super easy to deal with, she didn't put any pressure on me, and her prices are great!

We ordered bridal attendant gowns through this vendor. The gowns were beautiful. The shop is small and did not have the variety of things we were hoping to find but we were able to order what we wanted. It would have been less stressful if there were more dresses in different sized to choose from so we didn't have to guess and later alter for size. Staff was nice and helpful but seemed a little distracted and could have been more attentive. However, if I had to do it over again, I would still choose this vendor for the gowns and would have used them for the bridal gown instead of the vendor I chose.

I would highly recommend Simply Grand. The two ladies that helped me were very pleasant to work with. I'm sorry that I can not remember their name. I came across their booth at the Salem Bridal Show in 2007. Their booth was extremely busy with a lot of girls trying on dresses. Despite these two ladies being extremely busy, I was never ignored. They were very attentive and helpful.

I hadn't planned on actually getting a dress, I was just trying dresses on for fun and then I found "the one". I felt as if the two ladies were just as excited and thrilled as I was, like they had just found the perfect dress for themselves also. I decided to go home and think about it before I made a decision. They wrote down the information on the dress.

When I returned the next day to the bridal show, they immediately recognized me. They didn't even need to pull the card on the information of the gown, they remembered what one it was. They let me try it on again. They gave me the discount that they were offering for purchasing a gown at the show. They gave me the discount for purchasing a sample but decided to order me a brand new dress instead.

The whole time that my dress was being shipped they kept me informed. As soon as it arrived they called me and when I came in they had me try it on and they took pictures for me since I was by myself.

They do offer alterations but I'm not sure if it is in their shop or not. I didn't need any alterations on my gown except for the bustle. Since my wedding was still a little ways away they gave me the seamstress's phone number to schedule an appointment closer to the date. Since my wedding ended up being postponed and I moved from that area, I do not know anything about the seamstress.

When I was in their shop, I noticed that they do offer a wide variety of dresses in different price ranges. Their shop is very neat and organized.

In my experience, Simply Grand offered tremendous customer service. I would definitely do business with them again.

I went all over Oregon in search of the perfect wedding dress. Tried on hundreds and nothing worked. But then I went to Simply Grand. They were so helpful. She picked out 1 dress for me. I tried it on and it was the one. She really had a good eye for what would look good on me. I have heard similar stories from others about Simply Grand.
