Sharida (Simply Stunning Weddings) was everything I could have possibly hoped for (and more!) in a wedding planner. When I first spoke with her I was struck by her passion for her profession, her genuine interest in me, my fiance, and our vision for our wedding, and her creativity and impeccable sense of aesthetics. She quickly gained my trust and admiration due to her extensive knowledge of the wedding industry and the honesty and integrity with which she managed my money and negotiated and worked with vendors on my behalf. It speaks to her tireless work ethic and great resourcefulness that she created the most perfect, flawless wedding that I could ever have dreamed of (a sentiment echoed by many of my guests as well) while remaining within my budget and without any effort myself the day of the wedding. The day went so smoothly and seamlessly that I was able to enjoy every second of it with my family, my friends, and my new husband. I wholeheartedly recommend Sharida to any and all brides needing help planning their wedding. My wedding was absolutely perfect in every way, and I know that I have Sharida to thank for it.

I would highly recommend Simply Stunning weddings, Sharida is extremely friendly, honest, and depenedable. She made my dream wedding a reality. She always came up with new and cost effecient ideas for my reception.

As the mother of the bride, the day of the wedding, I had to enlist the help of two of my guests to get buckets of ice for beverages, I had to help people get into golf carts and explain the process, I had to keep an eye on the gift card basket (at this time it is unclear if any cards are missing), and I found out later that evening that the photographer we had for the wedding had asked our wedding planner for a meeting with the bride and groom to get to know them and was turned down. I'm unsure as to why this meeting could not have taken place, but I don't feel I should have had to do anything the day of my daughter's wedding. And I'm very upset that I had to enlist the help of two of my guests to perform duties that the wedding planner and her assistants should have done. I tried to keep everything amicable with the planner and assistants the day of the wedding so as not to spoil my daughter's special day, but here I am, two days later, still fuming. My planner gave me wrong information about how much to buy to stock the bar (glassware wise) and I'm stuck holding an inventory of these because the wrapping was broken by the bartender or assistants making it impossible for me to return. I was overcharged for items that didn't nearly match the cost of what I was quoted (the candy bar). Food was not properly labeled for children and was eaten by adults; the photographer wasn't given the opportunity to take photos of the food as she would have liked. All in all, I feel I was grossly overcharged for the services of Simply Stunning Weddings and I will NEVER use this vendor again. However, I was very impressed with the employees of the site where the wedding was held, The Barn Golf Course. I in no way want this review to reflect on them.

Simply Stunning Weddings and their services were NEVER hired for this event. This event was held at Patio at The Barn which is a local Wedding Venue. Simply Stunning Weddings helps run weddings for a local venue but does not provide personal planning services unless they are selected as part of the package and paid for. The venue is flexible so that you may pay for them to provide certain services or you may provide and be responsible for them yourself. The MOB selected to provide the beverages herself. Once all of the guests were directed to their golf carts and ready we made an announcement over the loud speaker letting the guests know the plan and what to do/expect. If the MOB explained all of this to her guests it was not necessary to do so. As for all accusations made concerning the photographer, they are all false. The photographer had arrived early to go over things since she has never been to the facility however, as soon as she got there she was ushered into the brides room by the MOB. The timeline was selected by the Bride and her mother. They had scheduled for their guests to come back and eat while the photographer stayed to do pictures of the bride and groom. Of course this wouldn't allow the photographer the opportunity to take pictures of the food. Any requests to meet were false, no such thing would EVER be denied. In fact all of the photographers information was given to the client(s), they had been "blog stocking" her and had the information to contact her if they wished to do so.
Again, Simply Stunning Weddings was NEVER hired to provide their services. This review should not be here!
