I was one of the crazy people that thought I could plan my wedding and enjoy myself on my wedding day without a planner! That lasted about two weeks. Holly was great, and from the moment we first met to discuss the wedding, I knew she would be great as she totally got the look and overall atmosphere I was going for. She was so helpful throughout the planning process and helped me coordinate with vendors. She thought of things I never would have! On my wedding day, she made sure everything went smoothly - people were in the right places at the right time, guests were happy, there were no issues! I would highly recommend Holly and her team for anyone looking for a planner!

Holly and her team did everything they could to make my wedding day smooth and perfect! My family and I did not have to worry about a single thing on our day, and it was so comforting to know that we were in good hands. When we walked into the reception, we were blown away by how incredible everything looked, and our guests were super impressed too! Not only did Holly and Simply Sweet Weddings get our vision perfectly, but she was there the whole day and night to make sure everything was spot on. Every time I needed something, one of the girls knew exactly where I had put it and went to get it for me. I cannot imagine working with anyone else and I am SO happy that we had Holly's help!

Originally I had decided that I wasn't going to hire a coordinator because I thought it was an easy way to save some money, however as the wedding date got closer and I began thinking about all the tiny details, for example, during the ceremony what's the order people will walk down the aisle, (sure you can google that stuff) but who is going to tell each person when they are supposed to go, like the timing? I also originally thought I would just have my family and in laws help with the set up before the guests arrived. As the date got closer however I realized it wasn't just may day, this was a special time for all of them, and it wasn't really fair to make my family set up when they should be enjoying the day getting pampered just like I was. Hiring Holly was the absolute best money I spent on my wedding. Hands down, no questions asked, period. I did not worry about one single detail the day of my wedding. I was a very DIY bride and had spent hours before the wedding making cute details that would make our special day ours and Holly totally got it. Everything was set up exactly how I had imagined and discussed before hand with holly and her team. It could not have gone more perfectly. I would 100% recommend every bride to hire holly as their coordinator. I could not say anything I would have changed or would have liked her to do better. From helping our slightly wild group during the rehearsal figure out what they were all supposed to do, to answering tons of my emails and texts before the big day, to meetings before the date to finalize all the details. Holly also was a huge help by coordinating with all of the venders to make sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing and at what time she needed them there. There is literally no way I could have done everything she did and had such an amazingly perfect wedding day. To be able to be carefree and enjoy my new husband and our friends and family was what made our day so unbelievable special. Thanks again to Holly and her great team, Ryan and I appreciate everything you guys did to help make our day so perfect.

Holly & the entire Simply Sweet Wedding team helped to make our wedding day a special one. I believe it was their first Indian wedding and they survived it with flying colors! Lots of chaos and lots of people, but Holly and her team managed to remain calm (not to mention keep me calm!) and handle everything professionally. She & her team were sincere, accommodating and very friendly, to myself & my husband, as well as all of our guests.
I am happy others are allowing Holly & Simply Sweet be a part of their days; she truly cares about the couple and views them as friends, rather than just another wedding.

I met Holly and that was it. She was the only wedding coordinator I "interviewe...d" - I liked her immensely, immediately and knew she was the one for me. Not to mention - I figured I had most of the "details" down so I didn't think there'd be much for Holly to do - WRONG. Holly was instrumental in so many ways - she set up our little altar (non denominational - wine crate decorated outdoor venue) - she made sure our little guest books (all themed differently and one for each table) were placed where they needed to be - she had my lipstick - she greeted my groom and I with a bottle of water each - as we got off the beach from photos - she hustled and she bustled (I hadn't a clue how to bustle). Imagine the power at your wedding going out for 2 1/2 hours - she didn't panic (nor did I). She improvised - she jumped on it - she dealt with it - she was amazing. The morning after - there was all of our things - all in one place - all organized - I'd lost track of my bouquet - it was there - every detail was looked after. To say that Holly was the best wedding planner, would be an understatement. There is no way that our wedding day would have gone as smoothly and seamlessly, if it wasn't for her. She worked amazingly with all our vendors and most of all was the only person I felt comfortable "giving up the reins" to on our wedding day. She knew things I wanted before I even knew I wanted them. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone getting married. She will be planning all of our important events in the future and my mom has already booked her for my brother's wedding (and he hasn't even met his girlfriend yet).

Our wedding wouldn't have been half as nice if it weren't for Holly. My husband and I are both pretty detail-oriented... and for the first time in our lives, we didn't have to be because Holly took care of EVERYTHING. Alejandra and I started working with Holly almost a year before the wedding as she was the coordinator at the place we got married at when we first met her. When she became an independent coordinator she was a perfect fit for us. I think my dad said it best, "Holly's service was worth twice as much as it cost us".... my husband and I totally agree. The wedding went on without a hitch and a large part of that was due to Holly and her team. From the moment we met Holly, my wife and her hit it off and we knew we'd be in good hands for our wedding weekend.
Having her expertise, her knowledge of the venue, and enthusiasm was vital, especially since we were planning a destination wedding in Southern California and we were located in DC and Chicago respectively.
Holly and her team were there early on Friday for our welcome event, had the welcome bags set up well before guests left, and were smiling throughout the day.
Indian weddings tend to me large, hectic, and described by many as organized chaos. But my wife planned every detail and Holly was in sync with her and know where to put her team every minute of that very long but enjoyable day.
My wife put a lot of time and effort into planning the day, but obliviously she couldn't conduct the days events herself, but Holly stepped in seamlessly. The umbrellas and programs were up at the wedding venue, the food and drinks made regular rounds, and the decorations and set up of the reception was like clock work and we didn't have to follow up with any of the vendors.
Holly's team was instrumental for the weekend and played a role in what many of our guests described as, "the most fun they've ever had at a wedding." We recommend her and hope you have the same great experience we do.

While pursuing a degree in accounting at Loyola Marymount University, Holly knew there was something missing. Never one to settle, Holly decided to pursue a career in wedding coordination. In her senior year at LMU, after persistence, she landed an internship with celebrity wedding planner, Mary Dann and fell in love with the business. Under the wing of one of the most sought-after wedding planners in Southern California, paired with her experience managing a small event site in San Juan Capistrano, Holly learned the ropes of the industry and soon decided to start her own practice.
