This restaurant was amazing. I don’t think that I have received better service anywhere. They let us bring in our own groom’s cake and Champaign for a toast. They provided us with our own section of the restaurant and didn’t make us pay a separate fee or room minimum. We had a wonderful meal and plenty of options. My fiancé (now husband) and I decided to preview the restaurant before we committed. The owner provided us several appetizers on the house to try. My mother in law communicated with the owner on a regular basis. She was very impressed with the clear communication and the prices for the food. The night of the dinner they gave all the ladies roses and had a piano player playing soft piano music in the background. Our servers were wonderful and the food was fabulous. They even gave my cake decorator a rose when she delivered the cake.
Reception Venue:
This is a steak and seafood restaurant that we had rented out for our entire wedding reception. We were able to come up with a really tasty but simple menu for our guests, and the owner was also really helpful with suggestion contacts for decorations and providing a really nice atmosphere with candles and lighten. I think this is a great alternative to a hotel reception room, because it is more intimate and lovely. I think the place has a classic feel, and it was perfect for the mood we wanted to set for the wedding.
Catering:
The menu was delicious! We had a surf and turf plate for everyone, and then there was a few plates of pasta for the vegetarians. We made sure we knew the number of people who would not be eating meat. Then we also had the traditional salad and soup, with really nice bread and shrimp appetisers. They also provide the wine, and we had two bottles per table.
