Siri Bridesmaids

I was in love with style Harvard by Siri. I couldn't find anything quite like it. I gathered other ideas and potential dresses, but it was overwhelming, and I was exhausted by it. I finally decided that I would let my girls go with any dress from Siri. Siri is based in San Francisco, and since two of my girls were up there, I thought it would be fun to do a road trip from So Cal to Nor Cal...this way the girls would get to know each other, and we could check out Siri. They tried on all the dresses, and we chose our favorites, narrowed it down to two, then picked one...Harvard! I'm so glad we did it this way...I think it would have been such a pain going to a bunch of stores and trying on a bunch of dresses. Service was great, we got a discount...was a little sad to hem the dress would cost extra...even though they already make the dresses from scratch. Why not just give me the hem length I need instead of giving it to me when I don't need it. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

I found a Siri Dress at a bridal shop in San Anselmo, CA. The dress was awesome but the cut was not flattering to my body. Wasn't going to work. I learned that Siri was in San Francisco and made and appt to try on wedding dresses. I told them what I wanted and I was able to get the dress that I found and liked in San Anselmo with a normal waiste (as opposed to dropped). The dress was made (took 3 months or so) and I went for my first fitting. The first fitting was not so good. The lady who helped me wasn't so helpful. Halfway through the fitting Beverly Siri came out, took over, and saved the day. I had three subsequent fitting that all went well. The dress turned out exactly how I wanted it it. It was perfect. Wedding dresses from Siri are simple yet elegant and don't break the bank. The place is off the beaten track but definitly work at trip.

The Siri boutique in SF was a very relaxed, low-key, low-pressure place to try on and buy a wedding dress. The staff were wonderful - very supportive and friendly. The dresses there are very simple and elegant, and well priced (as far as wedding dresses go).

I love the dresses at Siri. One of the first dresses I fell in love with while perusing bridal magazines was the 'Vivian Leigh', a cocktail-style dress with a beautiful, dramatic portrait collar, which my mom ended up buying a version of for the wedding! I went for one of their bridal gowns, the Marie Antoinette. What I love about Siri is that although they use imported fabrics, all their dresses are made right here in their 'factory' (really a large sewing/design studio) in San Francisco, and all their gowns are elegant yet simple, and well-constructed. Price-wise I thought this was one of the great bargains in the bridal industry, especially given that David's Bridal was charging upwards of $400 for polyester fluff-creations that weren't that flattering on my body. Their bridesmaids dresses are gorgeous too (it's what they're really known for--I was really disappointed that none of my bridesmaids wanted to get their dresses here! :(I had a silk tissue taffeta gown with a slight train and bustle, and although I would've probably bought my dress earlier if I could do anything over (my gown wasn't done until about a week before my wedding--a little nerve-wracking!), otherwise the service, price and product quality offered at Siri is great!

When you arrive at Siri, you will notice that it is located in a commercial warehouse area. It is a small store with a make-shift changing room, and the factory in the back and not as decorated as some other places, so you know the money you spend goes right into the dresses. I was also always greeted and helped out by the owner, Beverly Siri, each time I went with a bridesmaid. The service is excellent, though it's not a place you'd want to go with a lot of people, or your groom to be. However, it is a easy place to get to, with easy and free parking.My maid of honor and I checked out a few places in the area, and decided on Siri. The reasons are as follows: 1) Their dresses are beautiful and the quality amazing, 2) their bridesmaid dresses are the kind that you'd be happy and able to wear again to another occasion, and 3) they are a manufacturer, so we had more time than if we went to somewhere that would have to order from the manufacturer. I just got our orders in 10 weeks (right before the deadline) before the big event, whereas at another place, we would have had to order 4.5 to 5 months ahead of time.Best of all, all my bridesmaids loved the quality and styles available for the price they paid. I want to go back another day and order myself a nice dress!
