Russell and Emily were the PERFECT people to shoot our wedding! Honestly, I think we hit the jackpot when we were referred to Snider Photo and Design. Not only are their pictures AMAZING, but they are so easy to work with! Our interaction started with a meeting with Russell, who is very easy going and friendly, yet professional. He answered all our questions and set us at ease right away. At the time, we received a free engagement shoot with our package. After setting a date, I became sick and had to cancel. Russell was very understanding and we were able to work out a post wedding session. That kind of flexibility doesn't happen often!

On the day of the wedding, Russell and Emily showed up with a lot of energy and ready to get to work. Despite the cold weather, they never once complained and seemed genuinely thrilled to capture every moment. During the ceremony, I can't say that I saw them once!!! Yet, they caught so many beautiful and meaningful shots that I was blown away!! I can honestly say that when we saw our teaser photos, I felt like I was right back in that moment.

I think that the value for what you get is great! I met with a wide range of photographers with varying prices, and Snider was the perfect fit in terms of price and quantity/quality of pictures. We opted to get the disc of images so we can print our own, which was delivered as promised.

I may not be a professional, but even my untrained eye can see that what these photographers can do with lighting, placement, and creativity is pure talent. I feel like these pictures truly showed the love between me and my husband.

We were thrilled to have Russell and Emily capture every moment during our wedding day. We hired them for 10 hours (a very long day), but they were so unobtrusive, we hardly even knew they were there. Their easy going personalities made us comfortable in front of the camera, and they instantly became more like our welcomed guests, rather than a vendor.

Snider Photo and Design delivered our engagement and wedding photos in a timely manner and was very responsive to all our emails. They also had a wonderful rapport with our videographers and day-of coordinator, which made our day go by effortlessly. We highly recommend this creative team - their photos and DVD slideshow will make your heart tingle as you relive your wedding day.

We chose Russell as our wedding photographer because we loved what we saw. His style of photography, editing, and his unique ability to capture the perfect moment drew us in. As a photo enthusiast I really didn't see what all of these other photographers had to offer up as competition. In the end our instincts to choose Russell definitely payed off because my husband and I are more than thrilled with how our photos turned out.

Our situation was a little complicated in the sense that the wedding was in L.A., I currently reside in Hawaii and my now husband was in Okinawa, Japan on deployment. Russell understood the difficulty with planning this type of wedding and was flexible and understanding the entire time.

Not only was Russell great at his job, he was also good company! We really enjoyed spending time with him during the photo moments and would definitely choose Russell again if we had to do it all over again!!

My FI and I knew that we wanted Russell to photograph our wedding right from that start. He was the second and last photographer that we met with. He is really talented and we just know that he is going to do a great job.

We are going to have our E-SESSION with him soon and we just can't wait!

There are not many words that can descibe the pure joy of working with Russell and Emily of Snider Photo and Design. From the day that we met Russell, we knew that he was everything we wanted in our photographer. From his personable demeanor to his amazing work, we fell in love.

Our engagement session was at The Arboretum in Arcadia on a hot day, and through all the walking and heat, Russell managed to take some of the most amazing photos I had ever seen, let alone been in. My husband and I loved the way we captured our love in every photo he took.

By the time the wedding came around, Russell and Emily were no longer one of our vendors, they were guests to our wedding that captured every smile, tear, and hint of love expressed on our very special day.

It is not often that you look for a photographer, and find a friend instead. My husband and I look forward to all the times to come, where we can call on this pair to capture the love and life that we share!...

He and his wife Emily did a wonderful job capturing our special day. He has a wonderful eye and did a great job capturing the details of our ceremony and reception. His pacakages are more than reasonable and worth every penny.

We are so glad our wedding was photographed by Russell Snider of Snider Photo and Design! He's an undiscovered gem of a photographer with a great artistic eye for finding beauty in every wedding, birthday, anniversary, engagement shoot or any other event, and making every precious moment really shine.

We had a small, non-traditional wedding, and, like most couples, the photography was very important to us. We needed a photographer who could make our small, very different wedding look fantastic, fun and fabulous. Russell Snider was able to capture moments in our wedding that made it look like a fun, exciting party, but also romantic and intimate, giving us a lot of variety of memories to recall in beautiful photographs. He combines traditional shots with a wonderful photo-journalistic style for the modern wedding.

Also, most importantly, Russell Snider is happy to be at your wedding, celebrating your moment. He was completely unobtrusive and did not interrupt the flow of our wedding at all, which was really important to me. No bride wants to feel bossed-around on her wedding day! Russell made us all feel comfortable and happy. At the same time, he took charge when need be and was great at directing friends, family, guests of all ages and types into the perfect shot when we needed it. He made the most of the time he was there, and made us all feel comfortable while he was doing it.

We highly recommend Russell Snider for any event and especially for capturing your treasured moments at your wedding!

I wished I had found them when we were getting married but we didn't. However we did find them to take pictures of my 15 months old son Kurt. They are very good w/their cameras. They have an eye for detail and really know how to work w/aperture. (That's one of many key things w/taking pictures w/a photojournalistic approach.) We took pictures at a park right in the middle of the afternoon. The sun can be pretty bright during that time of day but the Sniders knew what they were doing and definitely know how to work their cameras w/the lighting. They are great at giving directions and suggestions so that you don't feel like a dummy posing. I liked being able to be ourselves and just enjoy the day w/our son while they snapped away at us. My pictures w/my family turned out great too and I only wished I had found them sooner for my wedding, maternity session, newborn session and many other milestones. I will definitely be hiring them again for another session w/Kurt and also for a family session in the near future.
I know for anyone's wedding, you can definitely count on them to do a great job on your day. They will definitely capture special moments, details and make your pictures tell a beautiful lasting memory/story!

I had the pleasure of working with Snider Photo on a wedding last Fall for the first time.
