My husband and I have Kelly Aguilar and everyone at Social Butterfly Events to thank for pulling off the most amazing day of our lives!!! There was no way we could have enjoyed the day that took at year to plan without Kelly and her team! Kelly did it all--from giving us ideas for the program and setting up the reception room to reassuring me (the nervous bride) before going down the aisle and helping my mom get home with gifts, flowers, and left over cake! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to stay cool under pressure (and heat!) was second to none! Kelly was awesome and one of the BEST decisions we made--was to have her be a part of the wedding!

1. Always check references AND insurance information for any vendor you hire. What might seem to be a bargain upfront, may actually turn into something worse on the day, so PLEASE do your homework.
2. Be sure to read contracts closely as most wedding / event vendors and venues do not offer refunds for deposits paid. In the case of venues and catering companies, many of them may still require you to pay a percentage of overall bill. So be sure to read that fine print!
3. Be sure to order an extra boutonniere for the groom - all that pre and post-ceremony hugging plays havoc with those delicate flowers, especailly if they are orchids!
