Pleasant experience overall. Things were a bit hectic/stressful at times, but what wedding isn't? Would recommend if you are looking to spend more time being engaged to your significant other, and less time worrying about wedding logistics and other details.

Our wedding went off perfect! We had a great party that our friends and family are still talking about. The flow could not have been better and I believe this is something people often forget about for weddings. Brandi and her staff took care of everything. I am very intense and have issues with control but Brandi was able to handle the wedding and me. The way she was able to capture my vision and run with it was amazing. She was very professional and was able to negotiate prices with venders. I would highly recommend having her manage your budget b/c she came in spot on with ours. Overall the wedding was wonderful. I want her to plan another party for us.

Brandi was an amazing coordinator. I hired her at the beginning of our 10 month long engagement and was thankful everyday that I did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our day. Not only was Brandi, amazingly helpful, she was necessary.

Brandi and her crew were amazing to work with throughout our planning period and the day of the wedding! She was always very quick to return our calls, answer our questions and reassure us that things would certainly work out the way we wanted. Brandi is dedicated and throws herself in to the job. We were so lucky to find her and her services made the day stress free for us!

Soiree (Brandi) did an absolutely wonderful job for me, I've recommended her to every bride i've come in contact with since. (and some that may become brides fairly soon ) She was always fast to return phone calls, made amazing recommendations for all of my vendors, and was even able to find a seamstress that could fix a dress disaster 2 days before my wedding!!! She took care of all the smaller mundane tasks of planning a wedding so myself and my family could just relax and enjoy the day. It was such a pleasure doing business with her, she was worth every last penny!

Our wedding would have been a very different experience - and not for the better - if it hadn't been for Brandi and Soiree. Not only did she help me keep my sanity throughout the process, but she helped to craft the look and feel of the entire event, introduced me to the incredible vendors we ended up using, and made sure the actual day was perfect. We were at first hesitant about spending extra dollars, but looking back it was the best decision we made (besides the "I Do's" of course!).

I had the opportunity to hire Brandi Reiland of Soiree Wedding and Event Planning to coordinate my wedding on June 9, 2007. Initially, I planned to have her complete just the major tasks on the day of the event, however, as a busy woman with many other obligations taking up my time, I soon realized the amount of work planning a wedding is and the value of her services. Gradually, I increased my order, choosing items from her a’ la carte menu. I was extremely pleased with the quality of her work and the timeliness of her response.
Brandi proved herself to my husband and I several times over when a tragedy occurred two months before our wedding, causing our event location to fall through – three days after invitations went out. Within two hours of this breaking news and my distressed call to Brandi, I received an email with six available alternative locations for us to consider; two of which we loved and one of which we chose. This, in my opinion, was a miracle given our wedding date was on a very popular event weekend. The potentially disastrous situation was resolved within several days. Although this was the most memorable instance of working with Brandi, my husband and I are grateful for all the smaller things she did that we would have overlooked, or been inconvenienced with:
After finding out exactly what we wanted, Brandi worked directly with all of our vendors, going through contracts and confirming all the details so there were no surprises on the day of the event. It was very convenient for us to have her work with the vendors as we realized a few of our vendors were slightly unorganized and needed repeated reminding of some details that were important to us. She was like my second set of eyes and hands with these people.
My husband’s favorite: Brandi and/or her assistant picked up the Tuxes the day before the event and delivered them to the hotel where the groom and his groomsmen were getting ready. Then, the next day, she returned them! It was a relief to know this was taken care of since we had to leave on our honeymoon almost immediately.
My favorite: She led the rehearsal. This was important because our pastor couldn’t attend the rehearsal and I had no idea where our very large wedding party was supposed to stand or in what order the family and wedding party were supposed to proceed down the isle. I didn’t really appreciate this service until we were there and she effectively and graciously took charge of our rather large group.
My mother’s favorite: Brandi arrived at the wedding site at noon and didn’t leave until all the guests were gone and the decoration was taken down. She managed everything from the decoration to the reception music to make sure everything went smoothly and was exactly the way we dreamed. My mother didn’t have to lift a finger until the reception was over and the gifts and our personal decorations needed to be removed. (And that service is probably listed on her a’ la carte menu.)
Brandi understands the importance of this big day and makes every tiny detail a priority. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. At one point, I was talking to her several times a day over email. Imagine her patience! My husband and I told her our vision of our wedding, and she made it happen to perfection. At the end of it all, I consider Brandi a good friend and have personally recommended her to anyone who is smart enough to listen.
I have had the pleasure of working with Brandi at Soiree for the past year and love her attention to detail and the attention she gives to her clients. She is very easy to work with and has the gift of pulling everything off seamlessly while remaining completely calm. A great fit if you're looking for a full service planner that will take you from the beginning to the end of planning and executing your wedding.
Brandi and her staff do a great job. Fun fresh ideas and alway a great event.
