She was able to determine what I liked, what looked good and me and made excellent suggestions that resulted in me saying YES TO THE DRESS!!! The whole staff is fantastic, they make you feel like a princess every time you walk in the store. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience at Solutions! The staff bent over backward to make sure every last detail was perfect for me. They have high communication and a beautiful salon. The champagne toast when I chose a dress was a fun treat. When I had issues, they were incredibly responsive and resolved them quickly in a way that was more than satisfactory to me. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely happy with Solutions Bridal. I did not purchase my wedding dress from here but I did try on many dresses. Meg was a great consultant and helped ease my nerves. Wedding dress shopping wasn't as fun as I had hoped it would be and she could tell I was under a lot of pressure. Meg was a wonderful stylist to help me choose my gown. She was very sweet – not a pushy salesperson at all and took her time listening to my vision. And she pulled the dress I ended up purchasing first! She really knows what she is doing! And she helped me put together accessories to complete my look at my initial appointment. When my dress came in from the designer, I had a little hiccup (it was too short). But Tali took care of everything with the upmost professionalism. And since I was on a time crunch to get my dress altered in time for my wedding and I didn’t live in the Orlando area, she sent me to a local tailor in my area that did an amazing job on my dress! Kayliegh and Jennifer also helped me out with a few things along the way, and they along with Meg and Tali were so wonderful to work with! And Tali provided “solutions” for every small obstacle that I encountered. Thanks for everything, Solutions Team!

I LOVEDDDD Jennifer!!!! She is so bubbly and sweet. I really wanted a Kenneth Pool dress and this is why I originally went to Solutions. I did go to another place on Park Ave, but came RUNNING back to Solutions. My bridal experience at the salon on Park Ave wasn't even in the same category as my bridal experience at Solutions. It was awesome!

There are many bridal salons that have beautiful dresses but the staff can make all the difference...and they do at Solutions. They really take the time to ask you what you like and why, to help guide you to the perfect dress, while also keeping your budget in mind. It was a really fun, special experience and I am so glad I was able to find my perfect dress there. In addition, the seamstress, Holly, who works out of the store is awesome! It only took one fitting for her to get my dress altered and it fit PERFECTLY!!

I truly enjoyed my experience choosing my wedding dress at Solutions Bridal. They provided me with individual attention and gave the whole "bridal experience." While the dresses are a little more on the expensive side I felt like the experience I received made up for it. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

I loved my dress, and the consultant that I dealt with when trying dresses on was fantastic (Christina). However I was told that I would receive my dress on a certain date and then 2 weeks later I get a call that I would receive it 11 days before I left the country for my wedding (about 2 months after the original date I was told). Needless to say it was all a headache and I felt like the manager was condescending and I caught them in a few fibs. Very frustrating.

I purchased my Marisa gown for my October 2010 wedding from Solutions Bridal in Orlando. The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. The staff are very friendly and inviting and have a great eye for helping you find your perfect dress based on your likes and dislikes. When my dress arrived from the designer I did not receive any communication to let me know it was in, I had to call to inquire about it, but that is the only, very minor, less than perfect comment I can make about Solutions. From the purchase of my gown through alterations and final pick-up it was a wonderful experience.

I bought two wedding dresses, jewelry, veil and bridesmaid dresses from Solutions. They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process from purchase to getting the dresses fitted. While they might be a bit more expensive then other shops but they are WELL worth it!

Solutions was by far the best brial salon I visited. They worked with me to find the perfect dress and Michelle, my bridal consultant was amazing. Heidi who did my alterations did such wonderful work. They also did a wonderful job on my bridesmaid dresses! Tali the manager also was great along with the rest of the employees they made it fun everytime I was there.

I purchased my dress in 2008. My wedding was cancelled due to immigration issues. Fast foward to 2010, my dress was still hanging in my closet in the bag. I did have alterations done the first time-hem and bustle. The second time I took it back to Solutions to have it altered and checked. I also used their preservation services.

Solutions Bridal has great staff with excellent interpersonal skills. I love the fact that they took the time to get to know me and to find out about my style. My dress was the thrid one I tried on. They made it really easy. In addition to that, they were able to store my dress for several months before the wedding, which I really appreciated. I have a really busy work schedule and they have always work things out for me so I come to my fittings. Overall I have been very happy. The only thing I wish was different is the fact that I wish they had more variety in their gowns collections and I wish they would carry more designers (more popular ones).

I bought my beautiful wedding dress here and I could not have been happier! My dress was made from Anne Barge and it had pockets!!! It was actually featured on the today show (I bought it before that was aired or even taped) but that was really neat. The service was great as well as the selection. I do wish they had there own seamstress on grounds but they were able to refer me to one. Thank You Solutions Bridal!

I bought my wedding shoes (Angela Nuran) and blusher veil (erin cole) from Solutions Bridal in Winter Park. The girls who work there were so great, especially Tali- who spent a lot of time helping me make my final decisions on the veil and shoes. Solutions Bridal was the only bridal house that I visited in the search for the perfect dress. They had it, and it was the second dress I tried on! I got my gown and my bridesmaids' dresses from Solutions, and I was SO pleased to find them! They were the second store I shopped, and my "it's the one" gown was the third I tried on! Lauren and Tali (and EVERYONE, really!!) are great! They take the time to find out about your style, to get to know you, the kind of wedding you want... everything! You even get to pop some champagne when you find your dress! Solutions carries such lovely designers, and they have a great selection of accessories, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride dresses too!

Every time I was in there, they knew me by name... They're all so intentional in that way.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Solutions Bridal. I decided on a dress I saw at a trunk show and changed a couple of minor things on it and Jennifer I worked with was so helpful. My dress came in when they said and I even went back there for my accessories and my shoes.

I never expected that dress shopping would be so easy and enjoyable. ALL of the ladies at Solutions in Winter Park (especially Farha and Monique!) made my experience so wonderful. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were patient and honest and accommodating. The salon is so gorgeous, and the staff really devote themselves to you while you are there. The gowns are all displayed beautifully and with plenty of space in between dresses, so you can actually look at each gown properly. My personal consultant sent me a thank you card for coming to the salon, and they give you champagne and really make it fun. When my vail came in and I wasn't happy with the color of it, they busted their butts to get it changed quickly and for no cost to me. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

I loved my sales associate, but she ended up not working there after my dress came in. They recommended I use Judy from "The Seamstress." This woman RUINED my 5K dress. She didn't alter the dress to fit me the way it was suppose to fit, she just half assed it and figured I wouldn't know the difference. After I picked the dress up and tried it on again, at home. I called her to get it fixed the correct way, and she said she didn't have time to fix it. Mind you this was 72 hours before my wedding. We end up taking it to a real seamstree named "YUKI" (off of New York Ave in Winter Park) who in that small amount of time completely redid my dress. She said the bustle hadn't been done correctly and the straps were too high up. Oh an I can't forget to mention the fact that Judy BLED ON MY DRESS!! I wouldn't EVER EVER go back to her again! Yuki saved my wedding dress and ultimately my wedding day! I love her and recommend her anyone who is going have their dress altered. JUDY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I really did not think I would end up with a wedding dress from Solutions but I did. I stopped here on my first day of shopping and found the perfect dress for me. I really did not have a complete picture of what I wanted - only an idea about pieces of the dress. After trying on five or six dresses, Alicia showed that she was really listening to me. She said there was a dress is the back that might I like and as soon as she brought it out, I was done shopping. Well, not entirely. I'll admit that the dress was more than I wanted to spend...a lot more. I continued my quest for a few weeks but could not get that dress out of my mind. After some rather disappointing (and upsetting) visits to other bridal salons, I was convinced that the dress at Solutions was what I was supposed to wear. The staff was extremely helpful when it came to deciding on what size to order and I was updated several times regarding the expected arrival date of the dress. After going to several different salons, the huge price differences between dresses became obvious given the fabric, design, and overall quality.

Solutions has beautiful dresses. However, the service was not as great. My bridal consultant left the store 3 months before my wedding and everything went down hill. The ordered the wrong size dress for my maid of honor and were not accommodating at all. We had to wait to get the dress the week before the wedding and it still needed to be altered. I was given no compensation. I did not need the stress at that point in the wedding planning process.

I got my bridesmaids dresses from Solutions Bridal. They were very beautiful and the staff was very helpful! My consultant stopped working there about 5 months before my wedding day but the other consultants were very helpful and I didnt have any problems. The dresses are very expensive but you pay for what you get!

Solutions Bridal was the second bridal boutique and I visited. I had a particular style in mind, and Solutions was the only shop that had that style. I only tried on one gown, however, they have so many beautiful dresses. The entire staff is courteous and very professional. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses there in a myriad of colors. I purchased all my bridesmaid dresses here as well. I was able to order a sash that matched by husband's tie perfectly. I highly recommend Solutions Bridal for your gown and your bridesmaids.

My daughter had to order a bridesmaid dress from this business location. This was a long distance transaction for a Florida destination wedding. I would think that their consultants should be intimately familiar with each designer's measurements that they represent, but using my daughter's measurements we received a dress that was 3 sizes too large, not including the length. Also, since I was pressured to order extra length for her gown based on her height, I ultimately had to pay a seamstress for major alterations, as well as to cut off the extra length (plus some) of the delivered dress.

Payment policy and "contract" details were a nightmare. Phone calls to verify information were difficult to complete and voicemail messages were usually ignored for quite awhile, if acknowledged at all. They wanted to charge $35.00 to ship the dress (just a bit over a normal UPS or DHL charge!). If it were not picked up within 30 days, (remember how far ahead these need to be ordered) the dress would be forfeited. Interesting, since my own salon, in the D.C. metro area, kept my MOG gown for 3 mos., as well as the bridal gown salon, in same area, held the bridal gown for 6 mos. Luckily, a more local bridesmaid picked up the dress and DIL eventually brought it to us. By the way, the designer bridesmaid gown was delivered on a wire hanger in a "dry cleaner style" plastic bag. When I showed their "contract" to the "MOG" bridal salon, they were appalled. A very stressful, unprofessional transaction!

Solution Bridal Designer House provides a gorgeous environment for you to search for your wedding dress. The staff, specifically Monique and Ferrah, could not have been more helpful, kind and understanding. They were so wonderful that I sent them cookies! The dress was a knockout and I receive so many compliments. I felt like a million dollars. We purchased my entire wedding day ensemble there and could not have been happier with the final result. Every trip to the store was fun and part of my best memories in planning the wedding this past year.

I went to Solutions to look for my wedding dress... They are very attentive, really friendly, and I ended up with a beautiful dress. It is by far the best wedding dress boutique in Gainesville, with dresses for all budgets and WAY better customer service. All of the 5 friends/relatives of mine who have gotten married in the last few years have found a gorgeous dress there. They do mark the price up a bit, but that is to be expected for a wedding dress shop. My sister did find a dress there and then ordered it online for way cheaper though. If you hem and haw at all, they start going for the hard sale which can be a little annoying... but hey, that's their job, I suppose. They are very good at communication - they check in with phone calls, mail, and they even sent me a little congratulatory card in the mail after the wedding. Also, when the dress I wanted ended up being more expensive than I expected after tax/extra length, etc, they gave me a discount that was only supposed to be offered if you bought a veil/shoes or something... I know it was just so they would get the sale, but it was still very nice of them to help me out. All in all a very positive experience.

Solutions Bridal is a great dress boutique with amazing dresses. I loved my dress and received tons of compliments. SB was the first placed I looked and I kept coming back to them. They gave me fantastic service and made me feel as though I was the only one there.

Annie and the girls at Solutions are the sweetest, most attentive girls in the world. It doesn't matter if you try on 2 or 200 gowns, they are at your beck and call. They send thank you notes and give you very personalized attention. The selection is unmatched, and the prices are better than you would expect for the area. It makes me cry thinking about how special and princess-like I felt every time I was handed champagne and raved over.

This is a true design house, the ladies of Solution are the kindest and most helpful in Winter Park. There are other boutiques that do not offer this quality of service. They were very accommodating and wonderful. I have already gone back to get my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I will be in next year. Highly recommended.

Beautiful interior decorating! Very elegant and classy- I felt like a princess the moment I stepped inside and the employees made me feel like one too! Everything was catered for me and they even suggested some great vendors in the area I used for my wedding that I would have never known about! My help, Jennifer, made me feel like we were family and told me to call at any time with any questions as she had just married as well :)

The greatest bridal store ever. The girls there are so helpful and kind. They respect your needs and are very patient. They gown choices are really fantastic- all the top designers. They have beautiful veils and shoes as well. Not a huge jewelry or shoe selection, but everything they have is beautiful and matches the quality of the gowns they sell. The alterations expert is a pro. The gown experience was exactly what I hoped it would be for our big day.

The best experience- I wouldn't trust anyone else. My Kenneth Pool gown was perfect and Dawn and Brittany were such a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to get my bridesmaids dresses and veil.

Since I did not actually wear the dress I cannot tell you how it felt. However, as I gazed upon my blushing bride I could not have imagined a more perfect sight.
