Andrea is AMAZING! She always responded to emails the same day I sent them and eased my mind about anything. She was on time and really listened to what I wanted and what my girls wanted and acted accordingly! I could not have picked a better person for my hair and make up and reccomend her to any bride! It was such an incredible experience working with her and I was blessed to meet her and have her make me look and feel beautiful on my big day!

Andrea and her assistant arrived early and set everything up. They even accommodated an extra person and still got everyone ready early. Everyone looked so amazing! Something Blue Stylists provided hair & makeup for our June 2, 2012 wedding and did an incredible job! I was impressed by their great reviews, beautiful pictures, and ability to travel to wedding venues--I was coming to CA from out of state for our wedding (along with most of our wedding party) and it was so nice not to have to drive or coordinate carpools to a salon on the wedding day.

Because I don't live in California, I couldn't do my preview appointment until the week of the wedding. It wasn't a problem! Andrea was very flexible and patient. I brought some photos to the preview but didn't have a clear image in mind for hair or makeup, but Andrea put together a hairstyle that perfectly mixed all of the elements I loved in my sample photos! The makeup was just perfect--I stick toward a natural look with makeup, and Andrea elevated it to match the occasion perfectly.

On the day of the wedding, Andrea and her assistant arrived right on time (in fact, I think they were a few minutes early!) and set up their supplies quickly. Both were so friendly and outgoing and put everyone at ease! I had 5 bridesmaids and 4 additional family members getting both hair and makeup, and the two of them were simple incredible. They worked quickly and efficiently, and everyone looked fabulous. Both Andrea and her assistant listened carefully to any special requests, and the whole morning went smoothly. We were ahead of schedule at the end of everything! They really are an amazing team!

The best part of it all--my hair and makeup were perfect all day. I'm not exaggerating--not a hair is out of place in any of our wedding photos. We had an outdoor wedding and it got pretty breezy, so this is a big deal! I had to do a few touch ups to the lips, but that's to be expected. Something Blue Stylists did a great job, and I recommend them enthusiastically!

Andrea was very easy to work with and flexible. She completely understood what I wanted to look like on my wedding day, myself but just enhanced. I loved her work and looked beautiful in ALL my pictures!

Andrea Martin and her team at Something Blue Stylists were incredibly easy to work with and the makeup and hair services they provided were wonderful. I put down a $100 deposit to save the date, and because I didn't get a hair or makeup preview (because I was living too far away) she just applied it to the final balance. Because I didn't get a preview, we had a consultation over the phone and I sent her pictures over e-mail for her to get an idea of what I was looking for (which she executed perfectly). She arrived early with her assistant to the venue. With 6 women getting hair and makeup and another just getting hair done, it only took Andrea and her assistant around 4 hours to get everyone completed. Andrea made sure to be the one to do my hair and makeup and she provided me with an emergency bag for the day of the wedding as well. I got plenty of compliments on how my hair and makeup looked throughout the day and I was very happy with the end result!

Andrea and Shayna are PHENOMENAL!! We had 12 people to have hair-makeup done and they had them all done in about 4 hours!! Everyone was soooo impressed with how their hair and makeup turned out. They made the day stress free and added humor to the getting ready process. I HIGHLY recommend Something Blue Stylists!!!! Thanks SO much for everything!!!! You guys are FABULOUS and I couldn't ask for more!! Prices are great, too :) HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We used Something Blue for all the girls and moms for my wedding. Shayna and Cyndi were so amazing and everyone looked so beautiful! Cyndi was so great and flexible when we had to change things last minute, and I ended up being even happier with the finished product. Shayna is so fantastic with makeup. All the girls looked and felt stunning and we had compliments for weeks after about the hair and makeup. I would recommend these girls to anyone. They were so easy to work with, flexible, and so sweet. We loved having them!

The drive was worth it. Andrea was extremely professional. She was so helpful on the day of the event, even helped my daughter fix her dress! She listens to the bride and helps to create their desired look! Would recommend to anyone.

It was such a pleasure working with Andrea and Shayna! My favorite memories of the day include the morning hair and makeup session that was so full of laughter :). Andrea was very helpful and professional from initial quotation, to trial, to the day of. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day because everything was so smooth!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. She is a skilled master with both hair and makeup. I grew up in salons because my Mom was a stylist / Salon owner so I know good hair and technique. The only reason I did not commission my Mom is because she was a guest and I wanted her to enjoy the day without any work. I can tell you that Andrea did the best job on my hair ever, Mom was even impressed by her skill and attention to detail. As for the make up.... I was a make up artist in a previous life and can say that Andreas skills, color theory and technique are second to none. She has a very good eye and listens to her client on what they want to see for their wedding day and then.....se exceeds it! Now lets consider her as a person outside of her mad skills: She is gracious, professional, adorable, easy going and a joy to work with. She has such a positive attitude and an inner light that is infectious. I am a huge fan and can say without a doubt the next time I have a big event and need to look my best - I will call upon Andrea. Her pricing was so reasonable I am trying to find reasons/events where I need her services again. No doubt she will make sure I am as beautiful as I can be. Obviously I cannot recommend her enough and if you want a skilled and warm vendor that is second to none - Please call her. You wont be disappointed.

I got married Nov. 13, 2011. I was referred to Andrea & her team of stylists by a couple of coworkers that had used her for their weddings. I was a nervous bride searching & searching theknot.com & weddingwire, so I was so thankful for a recommendation. And when I went to the website, I was completely sold. It was very informative & answered almost every possible question I had, including pricing. I contacted Andrea immediately and booked her shortly thereafter. I bombarded her with emails over the months & she always responded so promptly, easing any fears & nerves I had and answering every single question thoroughly. Meeting her for the hair/makeup preview was a dream. She's so easy to get along with and I looked absolutely gorgeous!! On the day of the wedding, she & her team arrived promptly & started work! They transformed us into the most beautiful girls I have ever seen. We were all so happy with the results. Our looks were flawless. I can't give them enough compliments. When initially conducting my search for someone to do hair and make up for my August 27 wedding, I reached out to probably a half a dozen places. Andrea at Something Blue Stylists really stood out for a variety of reasons, including:
1) She has a great web site. I’m not going to lie – online presence really matters a lot to me. I want to be able to see what you’ve previously done! If you’re good – you’ll show it off! And boy! Andrea’s good! She has a great online portfolio. (On another note, her web site is really great as everything you need from prep tips to an availability calendar is all right there online.)
2) She has terrific reviews! I couldn’t find one review where people who were serviced by her weren’t happy.
3) She’s moderately priced. Not the most inexpensive, but not out of my price range – she’s priced great for what she offers.
4) She can do both hair and make up brilliantly. So nice to be able to work with one individual!

I actually booked Andrea for our wedding after only exchanging a few emails; I was THAT confident in her ability.

In July, I had my preview with her down in San Clemente (note: FAR San Clemente so prepare for a bit of a drive.) I came armed with pictures and waterproof mascara – and was all set! She was super talkative throughout the whole process – kind of like a friend would be. She made the experience fun. She understood exactly what I wanted based on the photos I showed her and did a great job of creating it. With lots of photos, we were then all set for the wedding day.

I had an afternoon wedding – so well, practically still night time – Andrea and her assistant arrived at 4:45 a.m. to do my hair and make up, plus my four bridesmaids, plus my mum. For it being that early, she had a ton of energy, which was great for my girls and I to get us excited for the big day. She and her assistant were super efficient, giving my girls exactly what they were looking for. If something wasn’t right, (e.g. one of my bridesmaid’s bangs were a bit too high), she would accommodate the change (e.g. added bobby pins to reduce the volume). I know it must be frustrating to go back and make little changes, but you could never tell. She was always positive!

My hair and make-up looked even better than it did on the preview day. I wanted to make one small change to my bangs from what we did that day and she understood straight away. Throughout the wedding and now from my photos, I’m receiving tons of compliments about my hair and make up. Thank you Andrea!

Andrea is great...the preview appointment went perfect..She understood exactly what my daughter wanted and made suggestions as well. The day of the wedding she and an assistant arrived early to do hair and make up for 6 of us. Her timing was flawless. Everyone's hair came out just as my daughter wanted and the girls makeup looked beautiful. AND their hair stayed perfect all night. From 1 PM to !! PM...Andrea was able to add the flower girl hair in even though she was not on the original contract. (Thank you Andrea!) She even stuck around to help the photographer get my daughters bustle up higher so it didn't drag in a gravel path at the photo shoot. She is friendly, cheerful and was an absolute pleasure to have at my home...Thanks again!

I had the opportunity to work with Andrea from Something Blue Stylists before (she was the hair stylist for my friend Sarah's wedding in June 2009), so when it came time to find a hairstylist for my wedding, I knew I had to work with Andrea again. Andrea was fantastic. SHe was vibrant, creative, and really into making me look with in a look I felt comfortable in. Her makeup is classic and beautiful. Andrea was AWESOME! She was so fun to work with and immediately made me feel comfortable. She worked with my wedding situation and provided great services for a price that was lower than any others I could find! When she did my hair and makeup I got the look that I wanted, which for me was natural, but beautiful. She didn't overdo it on the makeup and the hair was perfect! The first look we did wasn't quite my cup of tea, though I looked beautiful, and she adjusted it to be just amazing!

Andrea Martin of Something Blue Stylists was Terrific. She did amazing hair for my bridesmaids(4), 2 moms and myself. She is very efficient and thorough and does amazing updo's. Her style is very contemporary and not too flashy. Her style is very classic and beautiful!! I recently booked Andrea of Something Blue Stylists to do my hair and makeup for our engagement anniversary. I wanted to really get glammed up to make our anniversary extra special and Andrea delivered! She was always quick to answer my e-mails from day one and to ease my apprehensions and answer all of my questions. (I inquired elsewhere as well, but they only got back to me once and never followed up with me. Andrea made me feel appreciated even before I officially booked her so that definitely made me trust that I was making the right choice).

She was so professional and worked so fast. She came to meet me at our hotel and immediately got to work. I gave her mostly no direction and gave her free reign. All I wanted was a certain hairstyle and flawless skin and she really came through for me. She was able to hide all of my imperfections and even took the time afterward to go over some parts that I was still self-conscious about.

Throughout the entire process, she treated me like an old friend instead of a client. She is so personable and friendly and that is so important when you're trusting someone else to make you look good.

My fiance loved it!!! I had him believe that I did it myself, but once he started saying how wonderful I looked and how talented I was and how if I'm this good I could do my own hair and makeup for the wedding, I had to fess up and let him know that I had a fairy godmother come in to help me. He was very impressed and touched that I went the "extra mile" for our anniversary.

The eye makeup and hair held up so well, that I didn't have the heart to undo it so I recycled them until the next day and they kept for a full 26 hours! Amazing! Those lashes were so glamorous and didn't budge at all. By the time I was going to take them off, they seemed to have melded with my own and they took forever to come off. I can't believe that they withstood sleep and a shower and still looked as fresh as when Andrea did them the day before. Amazing!

My friends and family were gushing over how wonderful I looked and I certainly felt like a beauty queen that night. :)

Andrea was amazing! Her and her assistant arrived on time and went to work on about 8 girls' hair and makeup. They worked their magic in the amount of time we had before the ceremony and made me feel so at ease. We even had one more girl decide to get their makeup done the day of because she saw how amazing all the girls looked. Andrea did an amazing job! She was very profesional, and fun to work with. She arrived right on time, and finished everyones hair and makeup with time to spare. MY only complaint would be that I wish she would have done my makeup, instead of her assistant. Her assitant did a great job, but it did not look quite the same as when Andrea did it during the trial.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with Something Blue Stylists. Andrea did the trial hair & make-up but on the day of the wedding she did our hair & Cindy did our make-up. We had a rather large wedding party but Andrea & Cindy not only got everyone done in perfect timing but everyone loved their hair & make-up. I hired Something Blue Stylists for my wedding on 8/8/10. Andrea was amazing! She did my hair exactly the way I had dreamed of it looking. She listened to what I wanted and was open to changing anything I didn't like. She not only did my hair, but my makeup as well. She was calm and never made me feel like we had to rush even though she had 11 girls hair to do! Shayna was awesome too! She was very personable and laid back. Even though only 7 girls signed up to get their makeup done, she was willing to add the other 3 girls who decided the day of to get their makeup done. Her work was amazing and very professional! I booked Andrea because of her prices! It is very very affordable compared to other vendors. She was also quick in responding to emails which I appreciate. On the day of the wedding, Andrea and her assistant arrived early. They both did an excellent job and we received so many praises! All I can say is that I'm very happy I booked her and I assure you that you won't be disappointed like me.

Andrea is professional, easy going, and great to work with. I met her a little over a year before my wedding since she was the vendor for my cousin's wedding. Being a bridesmaid a handful of times and working with different vendors in the past, this was the first time that my hair and make up looked great all around. I knew I had to book her for my wedding! Not only that, but Andrea's vision and expertise really adds along to her arsenal. She is efficiently quick and her work speaks for itself. I felt and looked amazing at both the preview and on my wedding day. She gave me the fresh and romantic look, which lasted all day and night.

I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough!! I was definitely on a budget for my wedding, and Andrea was the perfect fit for me. You can't get any better unless you have a friend do it for free! She was extremely professional for she always responded to my emails quickly, and she was always on time and ready to go. And since I was on location, she found the hotel with ease and I didn't have to worry about a thing! She was great at listening to what I wanted (kind of beachy, casual hair with natural make-up) but made sure that I would look fabulous all day long. She was also extremely flexible (some of my bridesmaids changed their mind that they wanted their hair done, but she totally fit them in!) and just a great personality. Thanks Andy!!

Andrea was very very good! i booked her literally a month before my wedding. she was very responsive and helpful. She got to my hotel at 6 in the morning even earlier then the scheduled time. She would give good suggestions and yet thrive to achieve what a bride wants for her look. Very reasonable pricing as well. I highly recommend her!

May 2010 Update:
Andrea and Shayna both came to do hair and makeup for myself, the bridesmaids, several sisters, and mothers. We ALL looked fantastic and had a blast working with both of them! I didn't think it was possible but I looked even BETTER on my wedding than at my preview!! They are SO reasonably priced, came on time (early actually, I think), were able to get through all 9 (yes, 9!!) of us ON SCHEDULE (despite 2 arriving late, which they did not have to because it was those 2 ladies' faults!), AND we all looked amazing... I just don't know that there's any more to say... HIGHLY recommend BOTH Andrea and Shayna!

Happy, happy, happy! That's how I feel about Andrea and I've only had a trial! I cannot wait for my wedding! Andrea was a blast to work with, so fun and easy going but also answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and made us look beautiful (PIB)! I booked her on the spot! I recommend you give her a try; her prices are so reasonable and she's so talented and sweet -- a rare combination! I'd give her 10 stars if I could and I'd pay way more than she's charging me (and I do not say that often!).

I could not have been more happy with Andrea! Her prices are great, she was punctual (even at 6am!), energetic, and willing to do whatever it took to please me. She has such a great attention to detail you will for sure look your best. Andrea was exactly what I needed to keep me calm while getting ready. She uses the individual lashes so your eyes don't feel heavy like the strips do. My make-up and hair lasted the entire day. My friends and family loved the way I looked.
My mom also used her and cried when she saw herself. She couldn't describe what she wanted done and Andrea did exactly what she had envisioned.

Seriously, why pick anyone other than Andrea?! Her rates were reasonable, she has a great personality and was a breeze to work with. Her communication was perfect and most importantly, she made me look beautiful. I really just can't say enough good things about her! Thanks Andrea!

Andrea was fabulous. She listed completely to what I wanted and offered her own suggestions to make sure everything was perfect. The morning of the wedding, she went above and beyond, even volunteering to help with last minute things that were in no way her responsibility (successfully untangled the flower girl's necklace)! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about her - my entire wedding party was very pleased with her services.

Andrea was absolutely amazing at every step.
When I went for my hair & make-up trial, I brought five inspiration pictures, not really sure of what I wanted. She talked it over with me, found the elements of what I liked in each one and came up with a style that was perfect for my dress and veil. (I was floored that she did such a great job with my impossible looking birdcage veil as well)
She was great with email, super responsive to my questions and requests.
On the big day, she and her assistants were there right on time, cheery and ready to go at 5am. They were organized and made sure that all the ladies had their hair and makeup done on schedule.

Andrea was awesome! I got married on 9/26 and she did such a great job on my makeup and hair! It was so much better than what I imagined it would be. Friendly and very professional! She told me what she was doing as she did it and had me check the mirror often to make sure I felt comfortable with the direction she was taking. I loved the makeup and it didn't rub off when I hugged people or look too fake. My hair stayed firm until I arrived at my honeymoon location. Thanks Andrea! You rock!

They did a great job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. They were able to create the look I was going for based on the pictures I brought in. They are also extremely reasonably priced compared to other wedding stylists. I would use them again for future events.

Andrea and Shayna were GREAT!! My wedding was on the hottest day in August and I was afraid my face was going to melt and my hair was going to frizz. Niether one happend! My hair stayed in place all night and my makeup didnt smudge a bit. These ladies were fantastic and would reccommend them in a heartbeat!! I changed my hairstyle right before Andrea walk into my door and she was able to achieve the look that I wanted. Shayna knew what colors would work on my pale skin and gave me the summery glow that I was looking for. My two bridesmaids loved their lashes that Shayna put on :)

We had Shayna do our makeup for our 4th of July wedding. She arrived at 6:15am (on a holiday!) bright eyed and bushy tailed. My flower girl was driving us all crazy but she stayed calm and collected (and steady-handed). A lot of the makeup services I looked into required a minimum amount of people- and even though I only had one bridesmaid, and a mother and me- it was no problem. We did a test run a few weeks out at her site, and she was very reassuring that I wouldn't look like a drag queen (my fear). The makeup looked natural and beautiful- I would totally recommend her for a fun, no drama day! (Note, the price included a $100 holiday fee so it wouldn't have been this much normally).

Something Blue Stylists was amazing to work with for my wedding. I worked with Andrea and Shayna and they were both fantastic. They came to me for the trial which I loved. Andrea was supposed to be on maternity leave for my wedding which I knew before I booked but after the trial with another hair stylist, she decided that she would be the hair stylist for me and the bridesmaids and I am so happy that she was! Their prices are incredibly reasonable and personally I dont think they charge enough for the service they provide. They came to us the day of the wedding and did my hair & makeup, 4 bridesmaids hair & makeup, MOB & MOG hair and flower girls hair all in just a few hours. I had Shayna come back after the ceremony for touchups on my makeup as well. All in all, I recommend them to everyone! After my wedding, my SIL and friend both booked them for their wedding as well so I got to work with them again and do different hairstyles each time (all fabulous).

I worked with Andrea and Shayna from Something Blue Stylists. Andrea did all of our hair and Shayna did everyones makeup. Both did a fabulous job and I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. They arrived early and began to set up. We were supposed to be done at 2:30pm (started at 10) and they finished almost an hour early! We did hair for me (the bride), 4 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and flower girl. We did makeup for me, 4 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom. Everyone looked fantastic and they were all super happy with the makeup and hair. One of my friends is getting married in October and she decided right after she got her hair and makeup done she wanted Andrea to do her wedding too! My hair stayed curled and my makeup lasted all day and night, not one thing rubbed off! I have already recommended Andrea to several friends who have booked with her and would not hesitate to continue recommending her! Amazing, amazing job...

Andrea did a wonderful job! I was very impressed with both my hair and makeup - I thought I might be a difficult client because my skin isn't clear and perfect and my hair is pretty short. The makeup covered up all the redness and the coloring was a perfect match, and she did a wonderful up-do that I didn't know was possible with short hair. She was very easy to work with - I coordinated everything long-distance via email. She did a trial run on my sister (maid-of-honor) and I loved the results and knew she would do a fabulous job for me and my other bridesmaids. We did a preview the week before the wedding, and she was great at coming up with ideas and incorporating feedback. On the day of the wedding everything went very smoothly. We finished well in advance of when we needed to be ready and everyone looked great. Very few of my bridesmaids ever wear makeup or vary their hair styles, so it was fun to see everyone made-up, but they all still looked very much like themselves (just more formal).

I was so pleased with the services of Andrea Martin and Something Blue Stylists. She responded quickly to my email questions, and did an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL job on my makeup and hair, as well as two other attendants. She has a great attitude for working around brides, and really helped me feel confident on my wedding day.

Andi was a joy to work with! I flew in from overseas and had given her VERY short notice, but she was able to work with my schedule and come to my home for our session.

I had a vintage-themed engagement photo shoot at Union Station in Los Angeles, and Andi did a great job with the 40's style hairdo. I never wear makeup, and Andi gave me a natural and not-too-overdone look that I felt comfortable with. She did a great job playing up my eyes with individual false lashes and brown shadows--a real plus since I'm Korean with with almond-shaped eyes and very short lashes.

Everyone LOVED our photos, and my only regret was that she was already booked for my wedding day! Thanks Andi!

Andrea is amazing! I received so many compliments on my hair and make up all day, and so did my bridesmaids. We were all so happy with the outcome. I also enjoyed meeting with her for the first time at our preview and was so impressed. Andrea is so easy to get along with and is very affordable compared to others in the area. She is so sweet, talented, and very punctual. My mom and my 4 bridesmaids loved her too. She is very time efficient and listens to what you really want to look like on your big day. Andrea even finished earlier that the estimated time, which was nice to not feel pressed on time. I'm not use to wearing foundation, but the quality she used was so light and breathable it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I loved my lush long lashes, pretty blush, and stunning up-do! Book her asap, you'll be happy you did!

All I can say is that Andrea is the BEST and you will not regret having her do your hair & make-up for your big day!!! She is so easy to talk to and doesn't need a lot of guidance. She's so sweet and just a joy to have around on your big day!

Andrea is amazing. She was very personable and friendly throughout the whole process. She came to me, not only for the trial, but also for the wedding day, which is a great perk. It made for one less hassle the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup looked perfect, as did all the bridesmaids' and flower girls', and it lasted all day. Andrea was also very professional. When one of my bridesmaids wanted a half up half down hairdo, she recommended going all up so that her curls would last all day (since her hair is QUITE long), which shows her expertise. She was also great with kids, and made them as comfortable as any stranger could!

Her prices were very low and beyond competitive for the area. The price, however, is not a reflection of her work. I felt beautiful all day! Also, with our scheduled start time, we had plenty of extra time, and as such, never felt rushed during the "getting ready" phase of the day.

BOTTOM LINE: I would highly recommend Andrea for any Bride who wants to feel beautiful and relaxed on her wedding day!

Andrea did my hair for my Disneyland wedding on 4-11-09. She was there on time bright and early at 6am! That is more than I can say for a couple of my bridesmaids... She did exactly what I wanted and made me look like a princess! She also brought a makeup artist with her since there were eight girls to do! I would HIGHLY recommend Andrea to anyone in the Orange County area. She is the most reasonably priced and comes to you! What more can you ask for??

Andrea from Something Blue Stylists is truly one of a kind!!! She did the hair & make-up for myself and my wedding party, and everything was absolutely perfect! Best part is that she comes to you! My girls and I got ready at a hotel room and Andrea met us there. We had the best time. We were eating food, drinking champagne, and getting dolled up.. all at the same time! Something Blue Stylists was absolutely amazing on the wedding day! I loved my hair and make-up and received so many complements on my eyes that popped! The team worked so well together and had extra time that other members of the family were able to get their make-up done as well. All in all it was a great product for a great price. I've already had people want to use them and they are booked!

Since a friend of mine was doing makeup (her wedding present to me, hehe), I had to find somebody awesome to do our hair. I found Andrea and scheduled a trial with her. I had three criteria:
- no super formal, stiff, wedding up-do
- minimize my moon face
- hair all up because I get hot.

Given that criteria 1 and 3 nearly contradict each other, Andrea did an AMAZING job with my hair (it was a curly french twist of some sort). I didn't even notice what she was doing because we were so busy chatting. Once she finished, I immediately loved it. I booked her for my wedding in January, to do one bride, two moms, 4 bridesmaids, and 4 flower girls. I don't know how, but she did us all in about 3 hours (starting at 5am...omg)! No one's hair moved the entire day. My bangs did drop, but I already knew they were because they have a mind of their own. Thank goodness for the 8 billion bobby pins in my hair-- I was able to pull one out and secure the crazy bangs.

My hair was so securely in place that when I went to take out everything later that night, my hair moved probably half an inch down. How's that for in place!

I'd totally recommend Andrea to anybody who is getting married. The best part (other than that she does a great job) is that she comes to YOU, so you don't have to worry about getting all your girls together and waiting for everyone to finish before you continue getting ready.

Andrea did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my January 9th wedding! I was so relaxed after our trial knowing I was in good hands and that I would look amazing on my wedding day, Andrea gave me the confidence to shine on my wedding day! She works very fast and made sure I was completely happy with my look. I wasn't sure if I wanted my hair all up or half up/half down and for my trial Andrea experimented with both looks to help me decide. We hired Andrea from Something Blue, she did my (bride) hair and makeup + lashes. My sisters eyelashes, my sister in laws hair and makeup + lashes and my mothers hair. I had a preview with her several months before the wedding, she only does the preview with the bride (no bridesmaids this day). She arrived promptly and was so friendly and professional. She listened to our every suggestion, concern and opinion and in no time at all had my hair and makeup EXACTLY as I pictured it in my head. Andrea is absolutely AMAZING. I booked Andrea for my October 25th wedding to do my hair and make-up all well as all my bridesmaids hair and make-up; a total of 7 girls. She was up and early to get us all set for my noon wedding. My girls all looked fabulous and hair and makeup held up all day and well into the night. I couldn't ask for a better stylist. Her and her assistant are both professional and easy going and I felt like friends were there doing the hair and makeup with us. She has awesome prices that I could not find any better. I actually found her through this website and was happy it was so successsful. We did a preview before the wedding and tried all different types of things to see what was the best and she took pictures so she made sure it was the same on the actual day. Andrea even gave me a recommendation for a cost effective (cheap) way to have temporary hair extensions and she was happy to add them in my hair to make it fuller on my special day.

Andrea was awesome! She was not only on time but EARLY, was calm and professional, very prepared and organized. She and an assistant managed to get me (the bride), 5 bridesmaids and a mom perfectly coiffed and made up, easily on time for pictures without a bit of stress or rushing. This is no easy feat. She is friendly, warm, personable, and very talented. My girls looked amazing. They all looked different, but glamorous and beautiful. I LOVED my hair and makeup and felt amazing. It lasted all night. The lashes were so beautiful. I have gotten many compliments from my mom and the girls on how well-organized they were: my mom is telling everyone that she was shocked how efficiently we all were "beautified", saying that they had it down to a science. My mom has gotten so many compliments that she looked "like herself but better." She is known for always having the same hairstyle and she allowed Andrea to do her work and she looked great. She said she felt beautiful.

Andrea did such a great job on my Sept 20th wedding. She managed to do 5 girls with both hair and makeup and then 3 girls with just hair. Everyone looked so amazing! Everyone kept coming up to me throughout the night to tell me how beautiful and stunning I looked. I am so pleased with the job Andrea did that I would HIGHLY recomend her. I did a hair and makeup trial run but at the last minute decided to change a couple of things to my hair, even with that last minute change I was so pleased with the final style.

Andrea is Awesome! She is very professional and an over-all sweet person. She was recommended to me by a fellow knottie and I think it was one of the best recommendation I got. I gave her two pictures of hair that I liked and she managed to combine the two ideas and make me look like I had a ton more hair than I actually do.

She travels to you, which keeps her prices lower, since she isn't renting out space at a salon and she works quickly, but is not sloppy. My trial run was about 45 minutes for hair and makeup. Also, all of her prices are posted on her website, which I liked because I didn't want to pay a ton for hair and makeup.

I used her as well as 5 of my bridesmaids and they were all happy with the outcome.

I absolutely adore Andrea!! She is super professional, extremely friendly and made my bridal party, my mom, and myself absolutely gorgeous! What an amazing artist! I planned my wedding in 6 weeks and needed a hair stylist asap. I went online and found Andrea and she called me right back. She scheduled a preview date within 5 days and I LOVED her style. She listened to me and understood what I wanted. I don't generally wear much make-up so she kept the make-up light enough for the naked eye, but heavy enough for the camera...she has an amazing talent! As for my hair - I showed her about 6 pictures of completely different hairstyles I couldn't choose from. She helped me weed out what wouldn't look right on me and used the remaining to create an amazing creation of her own. So on my wedding day, I had a unique hairstyle all my own; not one straight from a magazine.

Now that I have helped you to understand her talents, let me tell you about her also incredible personality. I honestly felt like an old friend was making me up for my wedding. She is so personable and easy to get along with, but she gets right down to business. I really couldn't have asked for a better professional to be with me and to help make all of my pictures ones that I love. I felt very beautiful all day.
