This is the most amazing bridal shop. When you make an appointment, you are the only one in the store. When I was there both the owner and her assistant were there, and they were amazing. They completely knew every dress in there store and seemed to instinctively know which ones would look amazing on me. Other bridal shops left me upset or angry. This place was how trying on a wedding gown should be. I purchased THE DRESS after the first visit. Highly recommend!
I walked into Something New Boutique on a Saturday. I didn't have an appointment (rude, I know) but the staff treated me so nicely and helped me find the perfect dress for a second wedding within minutes! Even on short notice they were able to order my dress without any trouble!
By the time I made my appointment at Something New Bridal, I was completely frustrated and stressing out because I couldn't find a dress that I liked that was within my budget. Once I got to the store, my fears were diminished as the girls there made me feel like I was the only customer in the store!! Their manager even came out and made suggestions on dresses that would look best on my body type, which I really appreciated because I couldn't decide. I had told myself that I would leave the store with ideas if I could and sleep on it. I left the store, but not until after I bought THE dress! I was very surprised and pleased that I finally found a dress that I really really loved, and that it was in my budget! They treat you right at Something New!
This shop has a relaxing, elegant atmosphere, and great customer service!
