DJ Paul was fantastic!! He was so easy to work with, listened to every suggestion we had and did everything we asked! There is a reason this is the top company to go to and its because they are the most customer oriented entertainment company I ever came across. They aren't to just sell you anything, but truly become invested in giving you the best wedding you could possibly have.

My DJ was Tony Tee and he was able to find the perfect balance between my wife and I. He played music for everyone and included all my special dedication songs (mind you I had like 10) while still having the music blend seamlessly. Having the right DJ is key to any party because if the music is great, people won't care about the food or the venue.

Jason Jani and the team at SCE Event Group exceeded our expectations for our wedding. We were looking for a DJ that was not too intrusive or someone who thought they had to "entertain" throughout the night. Jason was great with taking all of our suggestions and ideas and making them work seamlessly. For example, we didn't quite have our father-daughter song set in stone. Not only did he include the father of the bride in the selection process but he also found an Al Jolson song (not in his normal repetoire) within minutes. The wedding was great and our friends are still talking about the great mix of music. Thank you to Jason and his team for an unforgettable evening!!!

We knew from the very start that we had to have SCE DJ our wedding. From the moment we met Jason we knew that he was going to do an amazing job. From the first 5 minutes of our first appointment with SCE and Jason Jani, we knew they were the DJ for us. Just from speaking for a few minutes, Jason knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and he delivered! Our friends and family are still talking about how great the music was at our wedding and everyone was on the dance floor all night. Jason Jani and the Sound Connection team went above and beyond to make our dreams come true and give us a party we needed to kick-off our marriage. From Day 1 Jason was awesome. Jason was very flexible with meeting with us being we lived an hour away and stayed late hours for us. We signed him and SCE immediately because we didn't want to loose the opportunity to have them at our wedding. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Jason was always quick to respond to emails and any questions we had. We had a couple enhancements that SCE provided such as uplighting and intelligent lighting. The photo montage with the monstrous HDTV screens they provided was perfect. Jason did exactly what he promised and delivered from the first second to the final. He entertained and worked extremely professional in every manner. We truly didn't think so many people would be on the dance floor, but Jason had the whole room on the floor and having a wonderful time. Jason would also go out of his way to make sure we were okay throughout the night and if there were any issues, he'd be first to tell the maitre d. He even pulled us to side and gave us great advice and some very kind words that I won't spill. I'll let him tell you when he's your DJ. We would HIGHLY recommend Jason Jani and SCE to anybody. Since we are an older couple we were worried about the music. From the beginning Jeff Balkin assured us there would be no problem. Well he listened to everything we said and were extremely pleased. I could not have asked for a better DJ. There were a few changes we had to make and Jeff was professional and did them with no problem.
Our music was so good that people from other parties asked to come to our wedding to dance. As they peeked in they saw the dance floor full and they wanted to be a part of our good time.

This review is based solely on the performance of Jeff Scott Gould at SCE Event Group. When working with his colleagues, it was frustrating and quote a challenge, but Jeff really pulled of an amazing reception for us. While SCE Event Group was not as professional to start with, Jeff was incredibly professional!!!! He managed to integrate the songs we like and our style. Essentially, we did't have any worry because he is true to his craft. He kept the party going and there were always people on the dance floor. He was AMAZING and I have already started recommending him! Trust me, we did not have to worry one but because Jeff was great. The price was a little steep, but well worth the high standard we were looking for. If you choose him, you are in great hands!!!!

After being referred to SCE by several coworkers, we met with the team and instantly knew we had made the right choice... we had met with several DJs who also had good reviews, but the professionalism of the SCE guys was unmatched. The online tool came to be extremely useful when a song or idea would pop into my or my husband's head. Lisa was always onsite at the office to answer any questions and help with scheduling. Our DJ took the time to learn more about our families, wedding parties (including perfect pronunciation of a few very difficult names!), and the vision we had for our day. On the wedding day, the guys looked sharp, kept us at ease, and guided us through every step of the way! We left our DJ in charge of most of the selection aside from the decided upon songs and "must-play" list... we have gotten endless compliments on how they were able to keep the party going through the night with a lively and packed dance floor. So happy I took the recommendations- SCE definitely made our party exactly what we wanted and their dedication, professionalism, and true love for what they do is unmatched. Also... we did the room uplighting, definitely worth the money and looked incredible in our pics!!

We worked with DJ Paul Knox for our Nov. 5th wedding. In one word, he was AMAZING! I have never seen so many people on the dance floor having fun, it was awesome. He played all of our requests and was very professional. He also took pictures during the wedding and make them into a photo slide show which he shared with us on facebook.
We also had them put purple up-lighting in the ballroom and it changed the whole look of the room, I'm so happy we did it.

Brides, with all that goes into planning a wedding. Have no fear booking SCE for your special day. They go above and beyond to make it a wedding people will be talking about for a long time. Our DJ Jeff Gould was the "total package". He builds incredible energy at the event and maintains it right to the end. He's fast and funny without being offensive. He gets wedding guests that would not normally dance, up on the dance floor with his dynamic personality and sense of timing and what brides and guests want. We were very pleased and would recommend SCE to anyone planning a wedding. SCE is well worth the price for their services.

Sound Connection was awesome!! Everyone still keeps talking about how great the DJ was! Jeff Balkin was our DJ and he was GREAT!! We had lighting, 4 plasma TV's, and the monogram on the dance floor which was awesome! They also provided music for me for the church and cocktail hour! I don't think i sat down the whole time at my wedding! I also got the photo booth which everyone LOVED and i would highly recommend getting one if your getting married!!! We had Jeff Scott Gould DJ our wedding on 10/29/11 (day of the freak October snowstorm!) and we could have not been more satisfied. From the minute we saw Sound Connection at a bridal showcase, we knew we had to hire them for our wedding. They had such a positive and infectious energy that I knew would have our wedding be the talk of the year. And on top of that, they were utterly professional.

My husband and I had custom audio production done for our mother and father dances and it was so worth it. What is such a special moment was made even more timeless with our voices and messages to our parents being played during the dance. It brought them to tears!

Sound Connection also provided us with uplighting and a gobo of our initials which they were able to use the design we had on our invitations. It really made the room pop and provide that extra special touch.

We also booked our photobooth through Sound Connection as our wedding favors to our guests and our guestbook. Again, this absolutely made our wedding. Guests did not want to get out of the photobooth as it was so fun! Sound Connection brought props with them as well and everytime we view our guestbook we just laugh at the memories everyone made.

Finally, due to the weather of the day, so many things could have went wrong. I never once worried about Sound Connection making it. Jeff was right on time and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. Once everyone was in the reception no one even remembered it was snowing outside.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mr. Tony Tee DJ our wedding, at the Westwood in Garwood NJ on October 28, 2011. It was an amazing night,and there are not enough words to express how fabulous Tony and his team were from day one. I first met Sound Connection at a few bridal shows when we were looking around for a DJ and it can be quite overwhelming with some many options out there. Sound Connection did a little performance and I loved there engery and the vibe they had going on in the room. I saw them again a few weeks later and my bridesmaid actually knew them and said they were great so I said ok lets see what they got. We met with Tony and we knew that was it!! From there everyone was so helpful and truly wanted us to have a fantastic wedding, they responded so quickly and I never felt like a bother (thank you Lisa and Kira!) Tony set up for our ceromony cocktail hour and reception. Everything was perfect, the uplighting we had made every room stunning, every song we wanted was played and the photobooth was the biggest hit of the night. Tony and his crew made sure everyone was dancing and having a great time. Catherine and I were married on 10/22/11 with sound and lights provided by Jason Jani & SCE Event Group. I don't know that there are sufficient words to describe our experience… First, Jason and his staff were extremely accessible when it came to meeting with us prior to the wedding. We had a very “particular” way we wanted our Wedding Party introduced, including 16 different songs to be played during the intros. Jason had no problem taking the extra time to listen to and really get involved with our crazy ideas, and to research not only the songs, but different lighting and effects to go with each couple introduced, and had each song queued to the exact second we need it to be. Our jaws dropped when we walked into the ballroom for our sneak peak. The lighting was amazing and really set the mood for the night. The music selection was PERFECT, mixing in all the songs we wanted along with others while not playing any of the “stupid shit” we didn’t want played. Jay made sure the dance floor was packed all night. When it was over there was a room full of sweaty and exhausted people. Many of our guests commented on just how awesome the DJ was and how they had a blast from dancing all night. We can’t stress enough that EVERYTHING that SCE was in control of came off PERFECTLY, better than we could have hoped. We can’t begin to thank Jay and SCE for making it a night we’ll never forget. They get our HIGHEST recommendations for any event. Professional, Caring, Detailed, Classy, Affordable, are just some of the words that can be used to describe SCE and there are many more. CJ and his team honestly made my wedding such a total blast. I don't think I got off the dance floor once. When we first met, I told him I wanted my wedding reception to be a dance party and he delivered. He truly knew what to pick based off of our song list (I had complete faith from the beginning. He really is an awesome guy). I couldn't be happier with the services provided and how personable CJ was. He really made an effort to know my husband and I. My husband and I got married on Sunday, October 16, 2011. Jason and Jeff B. from the SCE crew did an amazing job keeping our guests on the dance floor!! From the moment we first met with Jason, I knew that I would have nothing to worry about when it came to entertainment at our wedding. He was very reassuring and confident in his abilities, and I trusted him completely. On our actual wedding day, they were right on point with all of their music selections, from general dancing sessions, to the Chinese tea ceremony, to the Filipino money dance! Sound Connection was everything we wanted for our wedding and more.. Jeff Balkin was our DJ and provided exactly what we and all our guest needed to have a good time. Jeff provided uplighting, intelligent lighting, and 4 plasma TVs. The music mixup was absolutely perfect our entire dance floor was packed the whole time. Everyone keeps talking about how good our DJ was and how nice the mix he played was. My friends age range 20-35 were up and dancing the entire night, but right along side parents and grandparents of all ages were right there next to us. The TVs were a big hit everyone loved the display and the slideshow. People couldn't believe we had live pictures rolling across the screens throughout the night, all thanks to SCE great extra services they provide. We also had the photobooth which was a big hit, and the best way to have a guest book to look back on. We are the first of many of our friends planning to get married, and a lot are already planning to use Sound Connection. I highly recommend... worth every penny.

You really don't need to continue to look for a dj. Sound Connection has it all. We worked with Jason Jani and we knew we were in good hands from the first phone call. Music was THE MOST important part of our wedding planning since we are HUGE music lovers that don't prefer top 40's. Jason listened to our many requests and helped us complete our vision for the night. We found ourselves saying "Jason was awesome" a lot on our honeymoon! We were absolutely ecstatic to work with Sound Connection. We met with Jeff Balkin soon after getting engaged last year and knew from that moment he was going to be the perfect dj for us. We immediately felt comfortable with Jeff's skills and the many upgraded state of the art equipment Sound Connection had available to us. Jason Jani and the crew at Sound Connection made dreams we didn't even know we had come true! Two years ago while trying to look at wedding halls, we came across a youtube video of Jason at South Gate Manor. We set up our appointment with SCE before we even had our wedding place/date because we knew we absolutely needed him to be available for our wedding. From our very first meeting with him we had absolute confidence that he would do his best to make our wedding absolutely perfect. Being that you create your own packages there is so much more room to be creative. They have the best and newest equipment. The uplighting, plasma tvs, true intelligent lighting, and laser light show really set the mood and make the room look incredible. They personalized everything, from roasting our bridal party to and amazing entrance that led into out first dance. Dancing on the cloud looked so awesome the pictures of our first dance are incredible. Jason is a really down to earth person. He'll give you ideas to think about, show you how it will look, and helps you create YOUR OWN wedding not typical things that people expect from weddings. I absolutely hated wedding planning but everytime we would meet with Jason he would keep us excited for days. At one of our final meetings we were tossing up some ideas of things we wanted to add on and Jason puts everything into perspective, he advises you the best way to go. Most people will try to pressure you into adding more whereas Jason will make sure that if you are adding something your are comfortable with adding on. He makes sure it's something you really want and need. There were certain things we would have added and he would honestly tell us it may take away from this or think about it you dont have to let me know now. If he felt something wasn't necessary he would tell you which we really appreciated. We completely trusted Jason to make our wedding memorable for everyone. His music is beyond insane and left all our guests from ages 16 to 80 saying that it was the best wedding they have ever gone to. The photobooth was also fun for a lot of guests. Looking through all the pictures they took is just a reminder of how he had put everyone into a great mood that night. Kim Sozzi also put on an amazing performance, all guests, all ages were singing along to her songs! We had Dave the percussionist he also rocked it all night long. Jason and his entire crew made our wedding amazing. Our whole honeymoon we were trying to plan the next event we will use him for.

Sound Connection Entertainment were absolutley great to work with - they were flexible with setting up meeting times and with how and when I could make payments to them. From our first meeting with them we knew that they were the right company for us to work with. Our meetings were great - they gave us all the info we wanted and more with examples to show us also. They were also a little more laid back which made me feel very comfortable from the beginning - the music and lighting is the fun part after all :) I could not have asked for a better DJ and lighting for our wedding! CJ Westcott was our DJ and he rocked it all night long! I could not have asked for a better mix of music if I had picked every song for him to play. He also did my friend's wedding 2 months before mine and rocked that one too! We had 2 completely different crowds and he set the mood for each different group perfectly. He was really good at reading the crowd and the bride and groom and playing the right mix of music that kept everyone happy and dancing all night long. Also, the lighting was so amazing - I had chosen quite a bit as I really wanted it to be an impact and it was! Everything looked wonderful! If i could give them more stars I would and I would reccommend this company to anyone who is looking for a DJ or lighting for any type of party. I also found their prices to be affordable compared to other vendors I looked at in this category. We had a great wedding hosted by SCE! Tony Tee is the man! From the start to finish we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, reputation, responsiveness and laid back attitude. This DJ does a lot more than play a simple song. He feels out his clients and crowd to make sure everyone has a great time. He gets the crowd moving, plays great music that the audience relates to, and has an all around great approach to making your event one to remember. He plays the relevant part of a song and seamlessly transitions into new songs and even new music genres like he isn't even trying.

Jason and the SCE crew rocked our September 1st wedding @ The Venetian. We used Sound Connection for the following: DJ ( Cocktail/Reception) Lighting, Percussionist, Sax, BLACK LIGHT SHOW, Flute etc... IT WAS INCREDIBLE. When you have the youngest and the OLDEST guest on the dance floor dancing like its 1979 you know your DJ is doing something right. The wedding was awesome and people are still talking about it 3 weeks later.

On the business side of things, Jason and the SCE family were awesome to work with. Whenever we needed anything they were right on top of it. You can tell they love what they do and the passion they put into it. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Sound Connection is amazing! Throughout the entire planning process, Jason Jani was incredibly professional and put all my worries at ease. The website allows you to easily select must play / don't play songs, update details concerning the wedding and make payments - all very simple and convenient. Our wedding took place during Hurricane Irene and we breifly lost power during the reception. Jason had a back-up generator to keep the party going and stayed calm, collected and professional during the entire issue. Luckily, power was restored and Jason's quick thinking to put on "Rock me like a hurricane" really got everyone on the dance floor.
We also got a lighting package from SCE that really added to the fun atmosphere of the wedding.
The photobooth was a huge hit with the guests. The guest book of snapshots from the booth was a lot of fun to look at the next day - instant photo album.
Overall, SCE was an excellent choice for a DJ and photobooth. The team was professional, fun, and great at their jobs. They made us feel relaxed and confident leading up to the wedding. And as any bride knows - any vendor that can calm your nerves is critical!

Tony Tee Neto and the rest of the Sound Connection Entertainment crew are awesome and true pioneers of the dj business. We had our wedding on 8/26/2011 at Addison Park using Tony Tee as our dj and he was great. He had the entire room up on the dance floor all night long and played the right music at the right time. We had so many different generations in attendance and he managed to make everyone feel comfortable dancing to all different types of songs. We had a gobo, intelligent lights, uplighting that changed colors, the multimedia package and a photo mantage. It was the party of a lifetime and Tony and the SCE crew made it happen. All of our guests were telling us how great Tony was and how much fun they were having thanks to his music and great party vibe. From the moment we met with Tony 7 months ago, we knew he was the right dj for us. He was really easy to talk to and listened to our likes and dislikes and stayed true to our "no disco or line dances" request. We wanted to thank Jeff Gould for being such a WONDERFUL DJ at our wedding. He had our guests out on the dance floor the entire time and brought lots of energy to our night. From our first meeting with Jeff at their office in Belmar, we knew he was the right choice for us. His laid back attitude (with just the right amount of personality and organizational skills) won us over immediately. In the end, we decided to use SCE for our ceremony music as well. The process of finalizing our song choices, from the first dance to the cake cutting, was laid out in a simple form that we completed at home and brought to our final meeting. Jeff helped my husband pick out a perfect song for the Mother/Son dance and was always very patient with us.

Jason Jani and SCE are simply the best! What is there to say about them that has not already been said!!! Throughout the entire process the entire team was there to help my husband and I out. Jason or his assistant Kira responded to every email that I sent their way! Jeff took the time out of his day to record our special messages to our parents duing our parent dances. Kira made us our own personal monogram. Jason even mixed together songs for me for a special father/daughter medley. And all of this was before the wedding even took place!!!!

We also opted to have the photobooth! All I can say is DO IT!!!!! It was a big hit and seeing the guest book after with all the images was hilarious! Also, you get a CD of all the photos taken which comes in handy because not everyone put their photos in our guest book...but now we still have them! :) Jason also personally escorted us over to the photobooth to get a picture in there. Again, had it not been for him doing that, we would have never been in the photobooth for a picture of just the 2 of us! SO THANK YOU JASON!

Tony Tee Neto DJed our wedding on 8/5/11 at Bonnet Island Estate - he was the BEST and we would recommend him to anyone!! I found Sound Connection on Facebook and after seeing their v-logs and work posted on the internet I knew there was no other entertainment company that would be able to compare to their services. In addition to music, we had uplighting, intelligent lighting, and dancing under the stars. Although our guests didn't dance too much, the music was great, and he was still able to get a large group on the dance floor for a good portion of the evening. My wedding was on July 29th at the Palace at Somerset and Jeff Balkin was our DJ. Absolute amazing time, everything was perfect. He had the party rocking, dance floor was packed the whole night. One of my biggest pet peeves with wedding DJ's is when they are constantly on the mic talking and telling people what to do and how to dance. The people at sound connection do not do that! Jeff lets the music speak for itself, and the dance floor was crazy. Everyone at the wedding said they had an amazing time, thanks in part to the great skills of Jeff! Our experience with Jason Jani from sound connection entertainment was absolutely amazing. He made our wedding unforgettable and was in tune with everything we wanted. I can't say enough positive things about our DJ Tony! He was wonderful to work with and really listened to what we wanted. I told him I didn't want him to play The Electric Slide. Then when someone requested it, he made sure to get my permission first! We also bought a lighting package. When Tony set it up the room looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He played music that would appeal to all of our guests, so at one point or another everyone was dancing! Tony is extremely professional and personable. I’ve seen Paul work for several years now; being that I worked on the other side of a bar in a location that he would DJ at several times a year (a very well known wedding factory in Jersey). Every party that he worked was always pumping and full of life. So when it came time for my wedding, Paul was the only person I wanted and he delivered in a big way. We had a cocktail reception where the music did not stop from after the opening dances to when the house pulled the plug. The dance floor was packed the whole entire time. He did everything we asked him to do and then some. If it wasn’t for Paul, I don’t think our wedding would have been as successful as it was. My dad even danced, and he doesn’t dance for anything. Paul’s knowledge of his craft and willingness to be flexible easily make him one of the best I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen hundreds of DJs.

Although this wasn't my wedding, it was equally important. It was my Dad's 80th birthday party! It was a surprise party, and I was really nervous about everything coming together - especially the DJ - as I feel it's the DJ who pulls everything together. From the moment I walked through the door and saw Tony Tee, I knew everything was going to be ok. Although I was early, he was already set up, relaxed, and professional. He immediately put me at ease. He mixed a great blend of music appealing to everyone from 18 to 80! Everything flowed beautifully! Even my 90 year old great aunt got up to dance - a welcomed sight! Tony also worked extremely well with the staff at the Brownstone. It felt like family! Everything was perfect! I truly can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Tony Tee as a DJ! Jason did a great job at our wedding. Top notch lighting, equipment, service, everything! SCE is a professionally run and organized operation. I don't know where to start. Originally we went to see someone else at a Bridal show who was recommened, but Jeff Scott Gould and the Sound Connection Team got our attention. When we first got engaged, my husband and I decided that we wanted our wedding reception to resemble a huge dance party, where people could just let loose on the dance floor and have fun. Jason made our wish a reality that wound up being better than we ever dreamed! Our friends keep telling us that our wedding was the best party they've ever been to. Jason played a wonderful mix of songs that everybody loved. One of our college professors who attended the wedding said, "I think it was really neat that half the songs were from your generation, and half were from ours, but everyone danced to all of them!"

Jason makes you feel completely taken care of. He has a caring, calming demeanor. He repeated to us that he wanted, "Your guests to feel like it was Will and Elizabeth's wedding, not just some wedding." He succeeded tenfold! Our guests keep telling us that they smile whenever a song from our wedding play on the radio. Jason is a true expert. You could not be in better hands!

Jason also added so many sweet, personal touches to our wedding. He announced the 30th wedding anniversary of a couple who attended our wedding, played their wedding song, and asked them to dance on the floor. I loved how he didn't just play music--he emceed our wedding. He explained to the audience how we chose our first dance song, and how my dad and I selected the father daughter song.

The day after our wedding, we had a bagel brunch at my parents house. My friends and family attended happy but groaning because we were so sore from dancing so hard. Seriously. My friend Sarah said, "I was really confused this morning when my hangover was in my SPINE." Several of us also had sore voices because all of us sang along with so many of the songs. Jason would cut out the music and we'd all hear ourselves singing at the top of our lungs! It was awesome.

I cannot recommend Sound Connection Entertainment enough. Will and I recommend that couples budget for an amazing DJ like Jason. People will have a good time at an okay venue, eating okay booze and drinking okay food, but they will have an epic time if you have an epic DJ!

Sound Connection did our wedding, they were fantastic! Jason Jani was our DJ and he did such a wonderful job. We heard about them through a family member and booked him almost 2 years in advance because we knew right from the get go he would be great! Very flexible office hours and if you can't make it don't worry, Jason made it easy for us to Ichat for final detail meetings. He also made is easy and stress free with an online planner that went over every detail. The music was great!! Not ONE person was sitting at our wedding he really was a crowd pleaser to every age group. I could not be happier to of had them a part of our day. Our wedding was at Crystal Point Yacht Club in Pt. PLeasant. CJ and his team were amazing! They had every song that I wanted and a full list of other songs to choose from as I planned out my playlist.

CJ discussed with us all of the services that SCE offers; (Photo booth, enhanced lighting, photo montages, etc.) and he discussed all of the costs with us as well, so there were no hidden surprises.

They also provided us with our ceremony music, and live musician at the cocktail hour (we had a steel drummer).

CJ and his crew were on time and already set up by the time we arrived at our reception site to take pictures and relax before the reception began. CJ was amesome during our reception....he came up to us SEVERAL times throughout our reception to see if we were having fun, if we needed anything, if we wanted drinks, songs we might want to hear.....I mean he was better than our Maitre d!!

During our garter/bouquet toss he was funny and got everyones attention but didn't hog the microphone or talk to much like I have seen some DJS do.

They were even able to accomodate staying an extra 1/2 hour after our wedding had ended, because noone wanted to leave, so we got to party for an extra half an hour.

When my wife and I first envisioned our wedding reception, we knew that great atmosphere would be key for a fun and memorable wedding. Obviously music and lighting plays a major role in this. Jeff and his associate at Sound Connection Entertainment did an absolutely phenomenal job DJing our wedding! The reason that my husband and I hired SCE to DJ our wedding was because they were very accommodating. My husband had a specific list of songs that were on his ‘must play’ list and we were looking for someone we could trust to make sure that they all got played – and also someone who could make them work with my dance music! ;) Jeff certainly when above and beyond, as our fairly large dance floor was packed for most of the night!!!

We were also most pleased that not one song from our ‘do not play’ list was played, which is a testament to Jeff’s careful preparation and attention to detail! When we first met he offered the idea of a photobooth and that turned out to be such a hit- so happy we took his advice and added this to our reception. Jeff and his Dj's were awesome... Played everything we wanted, the lighting was perfect... After a few meetings with Jeff, it seemed some how he knew exactly what we wanted to hear. Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful things you will ever do in life, hiring Sound Connection takes one of those stresses away. They also provided violin players for our ceremony, which was one less thing we had to worry about.

Where do I start?!  

I have been planning events for the past 7 years in Las Vegas and South Florida however this was my first big event in NJ. Not only was this another big event for my career but this was also the biggest event of my life, my own wedding!  
From the start I wanted nothing but the best, however being in the business I wasn't going allow someone to take advantage of me and my budget.  (which is very easy to do in the wedding world) 
From my first conversation with Jason, Sound Connection Entertainment, I knew I hit the jackpot of all Deejay companies.  Jason and I sat on the phone for almost an hour throwing back and forth ideas. Jason was not only able to produce all my ideas however he also blew my mind away with his own.  For months Jason and I perfected our ideas, designs, music selection and over all concepts. 

On the day of my wedding I had tons to worry about.. hair, makeup. weather, limos ect. One thing I can honestly say I had no worries about was my reception. I knew that I would walk in to perfection and I was going to have the Best Night of My Life..and thank you to Jason Jani and Sound

From the introductions and music to the photo booth, gobo, intelligent lighting and stars everything was amazing!

Everybody always says music sets the mood....and I wouldn't recommend anyone else but sound connections (our dj CJ)!! He did an amazing job and had EVERYONE dancing within the first half hour of the reception. We provided our dj with a list of songs we liked and told him to play in between what he thought was best. CJ knew exactly what to play and how to keep the party going. CJ had a great sense of humor as well that kept my wedding fun just as I was hoping for! I danced all night and loved every minute of it!! SC was very organized,on time, friendly and def AMAZING!!!

We used Jason Jani and SCE and were nothing but satisfied from start to finish ! From the way they made sure we had the perfect package for us to the way they made our day perfect in every way!!! I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us to make our atmosphere one of a kind , basically if you do not use SCE then you will definitely be missing out !!!!!!! From start to finish SCE was one of the most professional vendors in the wedding industry. We worked with Jason Jani and both my husband and I felt that not only was he one of the best in the business, but that he actually took such great pride in what he does. Leading up the the wedding, Kira was such a great help with coordinating our event details and was so accommodating and professional. As for the day of the wedding, Jason had the dance floor packed even before the first course was served. Everyone said how much fun they had, and to me hearing that was a huge compliment. Everyone had so much fun taking pictures and my husband and I now have a treasured memento from our day with the photobooth guest book including in the package we booked. SCE was incredible to work with from start to finish. My first point of contact was an email requesting some aditional info to 10 pm at night. Within minutes Jason Jani called me. He was so professional and was offering all the services we wanted. We had a hard time deciding between a band and dj and when we discovered he offered a percussionist and a sax player to add to his dj services, we were immediately sold. I highly recommend the photo booth as an add on as well. It was worth every penny. We had people lined up all night long to do this. The guests loved it and we were so excited to be handed a photo book professionally put together the night of our wedding! It was an instant way to see how much fun everyone had that night. I'll never forget the feeling of walking into our ballroom before our guests were seated to get that first sneak peak and seeing how incredible it looked with the lighting package SCE provided and the excitement continued from there. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. Jason kept the vibe going and even at 1 am people weren't ready for it to end....including us! Jason Jani & his staff at Sound Connection are incredible and such a pleasure to work with! From the moment we first sat down in his office, until the end of our wedding reception, we had nothing but smiles on our face and no stress at all regarding the entertainment. If you want the perfect DJ for your wedding night then Jason Jani and crew from SCE are a must have. We originally hired Jason to DJ our engagement party because he came highly recommended from several friends. Before the night was over we knew he was the right person for our wedding. Not only did Jason make us feel comfortable, but he was also very accomodating, thorough and detail oriented. Moreover, we live in North Jersey so he was very flexible with appointments and always worked around our schedule. Everything we wanted he made sure to deliver on and exceed our expectations. His interaction with our guests had people of all ages up and dancing. We cannot say enough good things about the SCE crew especially Jason. We look forward to using them for future events.

Sound Connection did a great job on our wedding. Tony and the musicians were amazing, really had our crowd, young and old, moving all night long. The uplighting setup was unreal, it made the room look absolutely awesome. We got so many compliments on it and made for some ridiculous pictures. Everyone there had a great time.

We recently got married this past April and used Sound Connection for all of our entertainment. Jason and his whole crew were phenomenal, they outlined our whole reception to meet what we wanted and kept the dance floor full the entire night. We had used Sound Connection's resources in lighting our reception spot to go along with our color and theme which looked fantastic. They had put together photo montages for our father/daughter & mother/son dances which didn't leave a dry eye among our guests. The most fun aspect that they had provided for our guests was the photo booth; these pictures made for an easy wedding favor and an awesome guest book which was put together right on the spot! Jason had really gotten to know my (now) husband and I over the months leading up to our wedding and we felt completely comfortable with him throughout the entire day of. We highly recommend Sound Connection Entertainment and cannot wait to use them for life's next big occasion & let's face it, we'll never forget who we walked down the aisle to.

Paul Knox and his brother were amazing at our April Wedding. Everyone was up on the dance floor all night, and the music selections could not have been better. Paul was always quick to respond to us, he's extremely friendly, and has a great personality. He was taking pictures all night, and he put together a video of the pictures he took for us to watch while we were on our honeymoon! 5 stars all around. You seriously can't go wrong when you book with Paul. Thank You So Much Knox Brothers, we'll remember that night for the rest of our lives!

I found Sound Connection through a wedding I attended. I decided to have a DJ at a party I was hosting so Jeff at Sound Connection was the DJ for my daughter's christening. He did a great job with keeping 16 young children (age range 2-14) occupied and enjoying themselves tremendously. They played different games and everyone got involved - it was a lot of fun. The photobooth was a big hit too and we have tons of great photos. The booth is easy to use and it prints high-quality photos in color or black and white. I highly recommend Sound Connection for all of your entertainment needs.

Jason Jani and Sound Connection were simply the BEST!! I wish they had a hiring rating on here because they were spectacular and deserve more. SCE provided us with uplighting, 4 plasma TV's, non-stop party music, professionalism, and also a very exciting PHOTO BOOTH. Our guests had a great time and gave many compliments to our entertainment. Thank you SCE for making our day unforgettable.
