Spa City Duo

We had the SpaCity Duo play the ceremony music at our wedding and they were fabulous! We dealt with Demetria and she couldn't have been easier to work with. And the music was great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking strings for their wedding!

My husband and I hired Spa City Duo to play for our wedding ceremony and we would highly recommend them to you for your wedding or event. Not only are they incredibly talented musicians, Demetria and Tania were an absolute pleasure to work with. Since our wedding we have received so many compliments on the ceremony music and the beautiful tone it set for our special day. I can only reiterate how lucky we are to have found Spa City Duo and we hope to work with them again one day.

Spa City Duo did such an incredible job at my ceremony. They were very professional and responded to my emails in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier! I wish I was able to be there for the prelude music but all of my guests enjoyed it and told me what a wonderful job they did. Thank you!!

The music was absolutely beautiful! I could not ask for anything better. They were friendly and easy to work with to provide the songs that we wanted while following church rules. Their website is great for listening to samples.

One thing I was not pleased with is my husband said they were supposed to arrive at the church at 12:30. I'm not sure what happened, but they did not arrive until 1pm. They were supposed to play for 30 minutes before the ceremony but only had time for about 15 minutes. This was not something I wanted to worry about on my wedding day.

We were so fortunate to have the Spa City Duo perform at our wedding. The music at our ceremony was absolutely gorgeous!

Prior to hiring the duo, I had asked if 2 family musicians, a cellist and violinist, could play with them both before (when guests were being seated) and during our ceremony. They responded positively right away; they would be thrilled to work with other musicians in order to give us the personal touches and sounds we wanted at our wedding. They were very accommodating and worked with the musicians, suggesting musical pieces appropriate for the level of each. One of the musicians decided to play a guitar instead of his cello; again, the Spa city Duo took this all in stride and very easily accommodated this request. They made sure to practice with my family members prior to the ceremony to ensure all parties understood not only the music but timing issues, cues, etc. The music was perfect – many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was and asked about our fabulous musicians!

Demetria and Tania were responsive, flexible, professional, friendly and very easy to work with. They arrived early and stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of properly. They are a great choice for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony or for background music during your reception. I was thrilled with their performance; they helped make a beautiful day extremely special and have left me with wonderful memories!!
