I had ordered hairpins from their website, but made the mistake of not reading the shipping policies. They ship from Canada and I was not going to get the accessories in time for my wedding. It was totally my fault for not picking up on this but when I had emailed to ask what options I had as far as returning them, Lou (I think the owner) generously offered them to me as a post wedding gift and even refunded my money. I was so taken back - it wasnt even her fault and she was apologizing on the miscommunication. When the pins did arrive they were exactly as described. For all the reasons above, I recommend this retailer. Just be sure you order far in advance if you are placing a US order.
