Spectrum Venue

We are extremely sad to hear that we have a client who was not completely satisfied with our services. It is always our goal to go above and beyond to make our clients happy. We are in communications with her to ensure that we know everything we need to do to make certain that these mishaps will never happen again.

We are already taking action to prevent future clients from being dissatisfied with our linens and are ordering color samples from the manufacturer to solve this. The linens which were provided to this client were in fact the ivory that she ordered but the off-white color of the walls and ceiling combined with the lighting made them look white in comparison. This is an issue we are now aware of and will not let a client be disappointed again.

The employee who was our on-site security at this event has already been terminated and will not work any future events for us. We are completely dedicated to providing only the most professional, helpful, and courteous staff.

The lighting this client is referring to is the LED lighting we are switching over to. This lighting we believe will enhance the venue by bathing it in a much cleaner, pure white light that is far more energy efficient and doesn't produce heat, as well as eliminating the yellow coloring that standard incandescent lights have always put out. These are all on dimmable switches and none have been placed above where this client chose to have her cake table under standard incandescent light. As we are transitioning we will be more than happy to switch out all the LED lights for regular bulbs upon request. We would have been happy to do so upon her request as well.

We can not apologize enough for the oversight on returning this client's deposit. There is no excuse for this and it will from now on be a top priority after the conclusion of every event. That is our promise.
