There food was amazing and there was plenty of food. NO one at the wedding left hungry. I received many complements of the type of food and variety of food. I have been to many weddings done in hotels where you only have the standard chicken or beef...boring. We had fish tacos, jambalaya, brisket, ect... We even had godiva milkshakes instead of grooms cake. The chef was great. Jessica was great to work with and she never gave up on me even when I could not make up my mind on apps. There staff was great and professional!!
Fantastic place, I highly recommend them. They will do a taste testing that will leave you so full. You get to sample just about everything.

The service provided by Spice of Life was out of this world. It beyond exceeded our expectations. Mauricio, Jessica and Chef Mike made my wife's and I day even more memorable by doing a fantastic setup and exceptional food. Jessica accommodated any last minute requests we had and changes without any problems. They are very flexible and the best in the business in both quality and prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any event they need catered.

Jessica and Michael were so cooperative, innovative, professional and fun to work with. Any time I called with questions or changes Jessica returned my call promptly and with enthusiasm and ideas. No issue was ever out of the question or without a solution. They were out first vendor booked and even when we changed venues we were not going to go with out Spice o Life. The day of the event she arrived on time and followed through with all that we had planned and extra. I felt totally at ease and was confident that I had nothing to be concerned about with our caterer even though our wedding site was not centrally located. I would give her my highest recommendation and would work with her again on any event.

Jessica and Chef Mike went over and beyond for us! Spice of Life is really top notch. They REALLY listened to how we envisioned our dinner service to be and they really overdelivered. We couldn't be happier with their service. The chicken rouillade with tomato and vodka cream sauce, the braised short rib and the pepper medley cous cous were just phenomenal! Thank you for making our big day that much more special.

From the very beginning, Spice of Life (Jessica & Chef Bomberg) were very accommodating and professional. I have been told I was a "Momzilla" during the process of planning our daughter’s wedding; however, I tend to disagree and call it being very particular about receiving excellent service. And Spice of Life was top notch, from assisting with placing us with other professional vendors (lighting, rental of tablecloths/chairs) and planning the menu for our event. The wedding went off perfectly due to the staff arriving on time, placement of tables/chairs as specified, the turn over after the wedding ceremony to cocktail hour and dinner was superior. Our friends and family are still talking about the flambe’ station and coffee bar! Also, I would to add the staff before/during/after the ceremony were great! There are not enough words to express our thanks to Jessica , Chef Bomberg and their staff for making our daughter’s wedding so memorable!

Spice of Life was the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. They were amazing at meeting all of my needs. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. The linens made such a great impact on the reception. They looked so classy. Everytime I emailed them I got a quick response. I would highly recommend Spice of Life to anyone getting married. Best of all, it was a great price for everything I got.

Best decision I ever made was having Spice of Life cater my daughter's wedding reception for 195 guests! Very professional, easy to work with, and patient with the bride & me! My fiance and I were planning our wedding and wanted to incorporate both of our cultures in the menu. I am Hispanic and he is Indian so we weren't quite sure if this idea would work out. I found Spice of Life online and contacted them about creating a unique menu that would appeal to all tastes. They were really excited about this challenge and created a beautiful menu that truly reflected both our cultures. We were soon invited in for a tasting and it was immediately clear that we were going to book them for our event. They even made mango margaritas as our signature drink! The staff was so prompt and professional. Our guests raved about the food all night long! Thanks Chef Mike and Jessica for helping make our special day a success!

Spice of Life catered my wedding and they were absolutely fabulous. Although I did not get a chance to eat any of the food, the guests were raving about it. The set up of the food was beautiful and creative, setting up stations for the different types of food. After the cake cutting, Spice of Life brought out milkshakes, some alcoholic and some non alcoholic and they were amazing! People could not stop talking about those. We also hired Spice of Life to do our bar. My dad wanted all glass glasses and Spice of Life was the only caterer who said they could make that happen. We did not order martini glasses but at one point in the night I saw a friend drinking a cosmo out of a martini glass. I thought to myself WOW we got everything we asked for AND MORE. It was perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them.

Spice of Life was the best decision we made for our wedding! After meeting with several caterers, we began to get frustrated because no one understood what we really wanted. Then we met Jessica with Spice of Life, and I barely started to explain what we wanted, and she was finishing my sentences with exactly what I was thinking! I was so happy that she knew what we wanted I didn't even care what the food tasted like. But we were even more blessed with how amazing the food was! We had a variety of foods at our wedding, and everything was delicious! If I could rate the value for the cost a higher score than 5, I would give it a 10 because the food was amazing and very affordable! On top of the food being amazing, the people were wonderful as well! Everyone was so nice and so helpful and they really cared about us as a couple and our happiness with their services. I would definitely encourage you to use Spice of Life as your caterer! They are wonderful!!!

I loved working with them, I could call them 5 times a week or day and they would give me the answers or help. I even called them and said I need a cake stand and they were able to locate it for me and bring it to reception hall.

Spice of Life was an amazing catering service. They let us come in and taste all food before making a selection which was so much fun! After we had made all of our selections, I never had to do anything else. They took care of EVERY detail which allowed me to have a stress free time at my daughter's wedding. Jessica was very detail oriented and on top of everything, Chef was amazing...the food was above anything I ever imagined, and the wait staff did not miss a beat. Thank you Spice of Life for making our wedding perfect!

We had a wonderful experience with Spice of Life. From the very beginning of our experience with them (which was a year and a half before the wedding), Chef Mike was very receptive to my needs and really worked to create the menu I wanted for the wedding. In the last several months before the wedding, Jessica, the coordinator, and I spoke probably twice a week ironing out the kinks before the big day. She was SO helpful and was ALWAYS available for me when I needed her. On the day of the wedding, the wait staff was better than any wait staff I have ever come across. I never had to wait or find anyone to get a drink. Before my drink was 3/4ths of the way done, I was brought another drink. The service was incredible and it made for a very smooth and fluent wedding reception. There are no words to describe my gratitude to Spice of Life for making our special day so memorable and fun for everyone who attended. Thank you!!!

Spice of Life is fantastic!!! I did several tastings when I was trying to decide on a caterer for my wedding, and Spice of Life was the clear winner by far!! I didn't want the expected wedding meal so I contacted Spice of Life to see what they had to offer along the lines of what I was wanting to serve to my guests. They quickly responded with a mock menu to see if it was what I had in mind. It was so fantastic I responded to set up a tasting and decided to book them. They accomodated all the requests we made of them and came through for us. The staff at Spice of Life was extremely friendly and accomodating throughout my full experience with them. The food served at our reception was delicious and fresh, our family members and friends still talk about it (almost 5 months later).
