I happily travel to your wedding site. Most travel (within the first 50 mile roundtrip) is included in my fee, with a small milage charge to go beyond that distance.

I specialize in creating personalized ceremonies created just for each couple including any vows that resonate with them

I encourage couples to write their own vows and am available help them with that process as part of the services I provide.

I have a wide variety of readings to choose from, but I encourage couples to find those poems, prayers, and special words tht best speak to their hearts.

I do not require premarital counseling, however as a counselor with over 20 years experience I believe in the process and offer a great discount to encourage couple to take advantage of counseling services.

I do perform pre-ceremony rehearsals for a small additional fee.

While many religious officiants will not perform the wedding of couples from different religions or backgrounds, I am happy to perform weddings and create a special blend of traditions, prayers and rituals that honor each partner and unify families.

I am hoping that California will reverse its recent decision to ban same-sex marriages and will return to marrying LGBT couples at that time. In the meantime, I am honored to continue to perform the weddings and committment ceremonies of same sex couples. I am an active supporter of the effort to overturn Prop 8.

My background includes over 20 years of working with people dealing with relationships

In addition to my work as a wedding officiant am a community educator, published writer and author, college professor, and counselor. I have appeared on numerous documentaries, television and radio programs including the Today Show, Maury Povitch and the Home Show as an expert in relationships.

I am happy to work with your wedding coordinator and/or other vendors to make sure your day is perfect!

I am a preferred vendor at many wedding sites in the San Fernando,Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys and the Greater Los Angeles Area.

I remain available to each couple throughout the process of preparing for their wedding via phone, email and in person
