I do not recommend this vendor. I went with two of my bridesmaids to try on dresses. They made us take off our shoes although they were wearing shoes themselves. I told her my wedding date and she told me I waited too late to get my dress. I then told her that I was letting the girls pick their own dress and length and she proceeded to tell me that I should require that everyone wear the same style of dress. Then I was joking around with one of the girls about trying on a wedding dress and she said, "no you may not try on a wedding dress just for fun." When another customer came in to look at bridal dresses she completely stopped helping us and proceeded to help the other customer without saying a word. We left the store without her saying a word goodbye or anything at all. It was the worst experience I have ever had - I would highly recommend that you AVOID this store like the plague unless you want to be treated terribly.

The lady that owns this place designs most of the dresses. As soon as I rounded the corner in this place i saw my dress!! The girls that work here are the best I think in the state!!! They were not pushy, they listened to everything i wanted. The girl that helped me her name was Kourtney, the nicest person ever!!! She did say that it would be best to try on a few dresses in case the 1 that i liked didn't fit right, so i did, but she did not try to get me to try something that i didn't want. She listened to the type of style i liked & that's what she brought into the dressing room. The place itself is very cozy, warm feeling to it!! The prices are very reasonable as well!!!

This is one of the most elegant designer shops in the NE area. My daughter and I spent several weekend and appointment with other shops. They were good, but this one was exceptional. Lucia's eye for style relating to the individual was incredible. She listened and could understand what the bride was looking for in her dress. It's her passion to design and make each person look stunning. The individual care she and her staff show was amazing. She address directly the Bride desires and concerns no matter how trival. It's our feeling Lucia went well above and beyond what is usual and customary for her brides and their families. If you are looking for understated elegance .. you'll find it here. She explains things honestly and opening and take great pride in all her creations. PS I love the slippers, it was a little extra pampering and as a woman I enjoy that. Lucia and staff... Thank you for making this a wonderful experience even more memorable... Totally Satisfied & Highly Recommend!!

My mom bought her dress here and when we were there I asked Lucia the owner, if she did just alterations. She said she really didn't take dresses out side because she was so busy with her brides, but she took pity on me and told me she would fit me in. Her pricing I felt was very reasonable, as I had a simple dress but a lot of alterations and a very complicated bustle. $230, taken in at the bust and hip, bustle, hemming, and adding a comb to my veil. But more then the price, I felt she truly knows how to fit a dress to someone and I was very pleased when she fit the back area of my dress more loose then I have seen it altered on others, I think the dress looks better this way, then super tight around the bum. I didn't even have to discuss this with her she just fit the dress as it should be, she is honest, a bit frank about how something should fit.
I highly recommend her beautiful store, relaxed atmosphere (one on one service) She might have one assistant there to help with other customers but she is very devoted to one person at a time. I recommend making an appointment to get this attention. And the accessories are very fun and unique, more so then I have seen at other shops. If she was open when I was shopping for a dress I would have loved to buy my dress from her. It was a pleasure working with her.
Highly recommended
