SRQ Trolley

They were on time, friendly and decorated the trolley! And turned up the music for us!

We booked a trolley through SRQ Trolley for 2 hours to take our bridal party and my husband and I (the bride and groom) from our beach ceremony to our reception 3 miles away. I was very clear beforehand who the trolley was for - they were supposed to first take the bridal party and then come back for us after we finished taking our pictures on the beach. The driver never came back for my husband and I. There was supposedly a miscommunication from someone else with the driver but the driver should not have listened to anyone other than myself (the person who signed the contract). The driver also left the reception site immediately after dropping our bridal party off (which was an hour after the service began - we had booked for 2). We would have been happy if he had at least stayed so we could have gotten some pictures on it. When I contacted Priscilla, the owner, she was very uncooperative and rude. She should have at least refunded the hour of service that we paid for but didn't receive. We considered taking them to small claims court for the hour of service we didn't receive. I'm sure we would have won since they did not fulfill their end of the contract but I just didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Please do not book with them. This company doesn't deserve your business.

SRQ Trolley had beautiful transportation and my guests LOVED the idea! It was especially perfect getting guests from the reception to the after party on Siesta Key! They were jamming out and dancing; even my father in law was getting down with his bad self :) They were great in working out my time constraints of picking up guests and were flexible with my dwindeling budget! Completely recommend them! Amazing time!

Although my husband and I did not ride the trolley, our guests really enjoyed the experience. Most rode over from the hotel (where we had a room block) to the church. The many out of town guests really enjoyed the open-air trolley and ability to see the surrounding area. The trolley driver was very friendly and put us at ease when we stopped by to take a quick photo on the trolley after the ceremony. And after the reception, the driver took guests back to the hotel and waited for them while they changed, so that they could get a ride to a downtown bar to continue the party. This was a great value and lessened our stress, so that we were not concerned about guests getting lost on the way to the ceremony. So glad we decided to choose Sarasota Trolley for our guest transportation!

I would not recommend SRQ Trolley. Our service was cut short because they had booked another wedding too close to ours causing us to hasten the end of the night festivities including the departure of the bride and groom so our guests wouldn't miss the final shuttle. A very unhappy ending to an otherwise beautiful day:(

SRQ Trolleys was great to work with. Their drivers were alot of fun & they kept all of the wedding party happy & joyful. I would highly recommend them for any event.

SRQ Trolley was the perfect choice for our wedding day transportation. We wanted all of the wedding party and our family to be able to ride to and from the reception site and hotel with ease. I loved that I was able to set everything up via email and web communication. They were on time for every aspect of our evening and very professional. The trolley is an awesome choice and very unique. We loved it!!

We used the SRQ trolley to transport guests back and forth from their hotels to the venue and between the ceremony and the reception and, although I never got to get on the trolley, all my guests that rode the trolley loved it. I loved that they got all my drunk friends back to their hotels safely at the end of the night too.

My fiancee and I used SRQ to move our wedding guests from the reception site to the beach (ceremony site) and back. Two trips each way to make it work and it all went off without a hitch. SRQ was great to work with, the driver was very friendly and personable and the whole trolley idea went over great. Thanks for everything

We used SRQ Trolley to transport our wedding guests and party between the hotel, ceremony location and reception location. The trolley ride ended up being the most memorable event of the night! Our driver was a blast and turned the ride into a party.

The only problem we had was that there was some confusion as to when we were supposed to depart from the reception location. The issue wasn't resolved on the spot and we ended up scrambling a bit to leave the reception only to find out we actually had the trolley for a half an hour longer after we had already reached our final destination.

However, if you're deciding how you're going to get around on your wedding day I wouldn't choose anyone else!

We used both of their trolleys for the wedding parties and to shuttle guests. All of the guests loved them and you couldn't beat the price considering each trolley can shuttle over 20 people. We loved it because it was unique and the SRQ staff were quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We utilized SRQ Limo to provide small bus service to/from our wedding site to various area hotels that our guests were staying at. The SRQ staff were very accomadating and were flexible in developing a package that fit our needs. All of the paperwork and payments were taken care of prior to the wedding and transportation went off without a hitch. Great job.
