St. Clair Centre for the Arts

St. Clair Center for the Arts is more expensive but the views are worth it. They lift the blinds at exactly the right moment so the Detroit skyline makes a big impression.

We had ordered pizza to come out at midnight and there was a problem with communication between the staff and the people we booked with but the manager was really good about it, and they gave us a discount for it.

The staff was fantastic, no complaints there.

We were in a split room and the other dinner ended before ours. Their DJ came on during our speeches so it was a little distracting but we made the best of it.

Overall, I would really recommend it.

We picked SCCA (formerly the Cleary International) for the spectacular view of the Detroit skyline and proximity to hotels since a number of our guests will be coming from out of town. Their chef is from the same region in Italy where my mom grew up and has an excellent reputation around Windsor and Essex County. They are also very flexible with my decorator and will allow her to go in early to set everything up.

Diane made all the difference. She is exceptional to deal with, prompt with her responses to any questions. She is very professional and dedicated to making things go smoothly. The food and the service was great.

Diane and the staff of St. Clair Centre provide the best of everything. The food was delicious and our guest were all pleased with the venue and what they ate. Everything went perfectly and smoothly with their assistance.
