St. Pat's is my home church and I was excited to find out that the ceremony costs nothing for parish members (of course, we are making a donation to the church anyway). They just renovated the church and it is gorgeous. I'm excited to get married where I always dreamed I would.
St. Patrick's was wonderful to work with for our ceremony. The wedding coordinator for the church, Kay Ferrel, was wonderful. The church was very accommodating to all of our needs. They were accommodating in letting us use the music equipment and we had a priest from a different parish conduct our ceremony. The only complaint I have is that the area we had to get ready in was a large multipurpose room with terrible lighting. The pictures of us getting ready were not very good because of this. But, other than that, the church is beautiful and has good parking. It is in a beautiful location on Capital Hill.
