St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach

The St. Regis is undoubtedly gorgeous, and their facilities are top notch. The food was exquisite, and their in-house bakery created the exact cake I wanted from a photograph. Our catering manager was similarly helpful and sweet. I can honestly say that I was very glad I had my wedding there. However, on the whole, the St. Regis has many customer service problems. They made multiple mistakes concerning our room block, the elements and prices for our event, and we had to move our wedding back three weeks when they booked our date out from under us after we had told them we wanted to book it. Worst of all, we never receieved an apology for any of this. The suite they gave us the night of our wedding was stunning, and we loved it and were very grateful for it, but when we went to check out, there was a $115 charge on the room that was not ours. They removed it, but we thought it was a fitting end to an experience that had been full of their mistakes. Finally, I would also add that their prices are outrageous, even for the quality of the resort. If you fall in love with its beauty like we did, just know that you will definitely pay for it!

We couldn't look at another location after we visited St. Regis. It was perfect! The entire location was grand and beautiful with palm trees and water falls. Their service was five star on my wedding day and the food was so delicious that everyone made comments about it.

The St. Regis Monarch Beach has an impeccable staff. On a day that can be very stressful and overwhelming they take control and leave nothing for you to worry about. Always wearing a smile they bend over backward to make your day perfect. The views are amazing! Every room delivers the opportunity for epic photos. I loved shooting there and look forward to returning!
