In case you can tell by their beautiful pictures, these photographers are absolutely phenomenal. They are easy to work with, punctual, friendly and really do care about you as a couple. They form relationships with almost all of their clients and are just so fun to work with. My husband and I just got married on March 17, 2012 and we absolutely love ALL of the pictures that they have taken....we definitely picked the right photographer to capture our special day and now we will have their beautiful pictures to take us through the rest of our life. Hire them ASAP! :)

Karin and Roger have the way of making you feel like the biggest rockstars in the world. They are both charming, passionate, down to earth, hard working individuals that make up an amazing dynamic duo. Not only did we get awesome pictures, we gained an awesome friendship!

I don't even know where to start with the great qualities of Karin and Roger. They are young and love what they do. I wouldn't even consider it a "job" for them because they are so passionate and simply just do what they love. They are organized and on time with everything. If I had an issue they worked around my schedule, if I wanted a particular picture they did it with no complaints. There attitude on my wedding day just lifted up my spirits. They are not the photographer that works strictly on an hourly basis. They come early in the morning and leave late at night. They catch so may eye opening pictures you just wouldn't imagine. To be honest, I felt like I knew both Karin and Roger forever, and I met them like 3 times. Enough about there great personality and wonderful organization skills. As for there work.........Phenomenal. That is not even the best word to describe it. I heard about them through word of mouth, then viewed there facebook page, and I was like, I will do anything to get this company at my wedding. There pictures are amazing. Both photographers are catching different captures at the same time due to the type of camera and lens they are using. There shots are unbelievable. They capture so many moments that you missed on your wedding day because you were busy. I would 100% recommend both Karin and Roger. They switched there company name, shortly before or after my wedding. I didn't mind at all. Sometimes it took them a while to return phone calls, BUT after the treatment I received from them. I didn't care as much, b/c they are such wonderful people. I realize that sometimes you are just busy! Fantastic job to both Karin and Roger! You guys are absolutely wonderful, and you both were given a true gift.

We got married in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and had a wonderful experience with TenSixteen! They were professional and fun. They scoped out the beach and resort before the wedding day, finding some awesome spots for pics on the actual day. They captured every detail of the entire day and we could not have asked for better pictures and memories of our special day! I highly recommend them!!

Karin & Roger were fabulous! We had a destination wedding in Destin, FL and then a reception back home in Illinois. They took amazing pictures and put together a breathtaking slideshow for our reception. I feel like we made two wonderful friends in the process! I would recommend TenSixteen Photography a million times over.

The BEST! Karin and Roger (and their support staff) are absolutely incredible! Their talent is simply amazing and their work seems magical. Just look at any and every picture available on their website...each wedding/event seems to out-do what they have done before and every past wedding/event is just as great as the present!

Karin & Roger are amazing photographers that are so unbelievably talented and LOVE what they do for a living. Without a doubt one of the best photographers that I have seen. My husband and I have numerous pictures all over our house from our engagment and wedding. It is amazing how they can truly depict a couples love story through their photography. I still love going on to their website to check out other weddings that they have recently photographed.

Karin and Roger were hands down the best vendors we worked with during our planning process. The quality of their photography skills blew us away. The value of their wedding package is awesome - you get everything for one price. We highly recommend this husband and wife team. They make you feel so special and take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have!

Bottom line, best decision I made. Karin and Roger are married and work together. They orchestrated our day perfectly. I communicated with Karin constantly and she got a good idea of the type of photographs I liked and wanted. Her and Roger then went above and beyond, coming to Saint Charles to scope out areas to shoot. They went so far as to save them in their GPS so we could be quick and efficient with our time on the day of the wedding. Their work is impeccable. If you have any doubts, take a look at her blog. She is truly one of the most talented people I know. She combines her pictures with her writing to tell a story. Starry Eyed is worth every penny and so much more!

There are so many things to say about Karin and Roger, it will be hard to sum it up in this review. First of all, my Mother found their website and we instantly fell in love with her work. We were so pleased when our wedding date opened up (because it had been booked and then that bride needed to change the date)and we were able to book Starry Eyed Studios. It is so comforting knowing that I won't have to worry one bit if our photos will turn out - take one look at their website and you can see the time, effort, and elegance they put into every couple's photos. Karin has even let us opt for a "second session" after the wedding, so that my fiance and I can get all the photos we want for our wedding, but don't have the time to do the day of. This was an option to us, rather than an engagement session. Also, Karin has been so much more to us than just a photographer - I am the first member of my family to have a big wedding, and really haven't been to that many weddings. Karin has been so helpful with the million questions I have sent asking about dresses, colors, centerpieces, etc. Her and Roger see it every weekend, so they know what's "in", and what will look nice and photograph nicely. I can't wait until our wedding day - I will be on the edge of my seat until our photos get posted on her website - that may take time, but Karin puts so much extra work into editing the photos, that it will be worth the wait!

Karin and her team are great to work with. They all have such wonderful personalities! These are the kind of people that a Bride and Groom want to share their special day with. Karin and Roger are an excellent team of creative professionals. Not only are they the most genuine, caring people, but their work is stunning.

I often visit their website just to look at the beautiful photos and catch up on their blog (which is often hilarious). They are very fun to work with. And, I actually speak from experience because I worked with them for my own wedding. My wedding video makes me cry and laugh every time I watch it. It is truly priceless!
