Erin was incredibly easy to work with, always responded to emails, even took pictures of a brochure and emailed them to me so I wouldn’t have to drive to her office to see it.
My only complaint is that we missed our connecting flight after repeatedly asking if we had enough time inbetween them. On our flight home from our honeymoon we had to fly from Jamaica to Miami and then Miami to Chicago, and when I got my flight schedule and saw that we only had about 90 minutes inbetween the connecting flights, I immediately asked if that was enough time to make it through customs, get our checked luggage, recheck it, go through security again, and make it to our departing gate on time. I was told multiple times that everything would be ok. Well, we missed our flight…only by a few minutes, but we were literally running through the airport trying to make it to the gate on time, if we hadn’t ran we would have missed it by a good 15-20 minutes. Thankfully there was another flight leaving in a half hour that we were able to get on stand by, so I was just upset that’s how our honeymoon ended, us running through the airport, sweating, and missing our flight when all along we could have just been scheduled on the later flight and not had to run around like...

Lyndsey at Starship Travel was great! They helped up plan our honeymoon, while staying in our budget. We listed off a few "musts" and they were able to find a place to accomodate what we were looking for. A few times, it took some time to receive email responses. I had to make a few follow up calls to ensure all last min. things were taken care of, but overall a nice experience.

Although we live in Chicago, nearly all of our guests traveled to our wedding from out of state, and some from overseas! This was definitely a "destination wedding" for our attendees. Our guests needed flights, hotels, and rental cars during their Chicago visits. Starship Travel helped arrange theatre tickets in Chicago, museum passes, airport transfers and truly catered to our out of town guests.
